They pressurized us to make one baggage over weight from all 7 bags and harassed us to do it quickly because they are closing counter in 20 minutes. That's how they charged me another $65. Also they lied on the counter that your seats are in a row but when i went into the plane our seats were separate. Lesson learned don't trust the person over the counter of Qatar airways."

We had to pay $250 USD to fly standby (and "reissue" the tickets that we had already paid for) on a flight that was oversold by at least 6, and we heard other passengers also being told their tickets were sold. Their customer service for the ticket change and the phone calls made before hand where they promised to hold our tickets, were so disappointing, it was like dealing with any US based airline. We won't be flying with them again."

We almost missed the plane due to the lack of early information and check in, the cumbersome payment process, etc. It was the worst check in process ever."

I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. Nevýhody: "To whom this may concern: I am writing to express my absolute dissatisfaction and poor experience with the customer service and lack of working amenities on flight #TK11 leaving Istanbul into New York City, JFK. It was sadly a horrible ending to my trip and left me with a very unfortunate impression of Turkish Airlines. Less than an hour into the flight I spoke with a flight attendant making him aware that the USB port was not working so I was unable to charge my phone the entire flight. In addition, the wifi was not working. This is a huge problem because I planned on working remotely that day and my job was under the same presumption. The attendant blamed my phone and did not take my word that I was unable to connect until I insisted further and another passenger in front of me turned to my rescue and agreed with me stating the wifi was spotty and only worked for a short period of time until ultimately shutting off. The attendant did not apologize but said he would check on the port and the wifi and would get back to me. I followed up several times and he fed me the same lines until I grew frustrated that I was being completely ignored all while losing a day's work. During the last 20 minutes of the flight I decided to finally walk to the back of the plane and follow up for the last time with someone else. I explained the situation to the other attendant who seemed as though this was the first time he was hearing about this issue and he spoke to his chief who gave me a customer feedback form to fill out. No one offered me a different window seat to fix the port problem or even Miles Plus points for the inconvenience even though I requested it. I have never felt more disrespected and dismissed on a flight before this experience. As a star alliance member (CX765361), I frequently fly for work and personal trips and out of loyalty and assurance that I would be able to fulfill my work duties remotely given the features this airline promotes. I chose Turkish Airlines because it was apart of this program. This experience did not uphold the company's reputation and by flying with Turkish Airlines I completely missed a full day's work, deadlines and was behind when I physically returned to work. For the inconvenience, stress, disrespect and empty promises, I am requesting that Turkish Airlines reimburse me the portion of that flight. Best, Rachael"

I had to pay 25 Euros to get mi visa stamped and walk out of the airport. The Turkish Airlines attendant that set up the free hotel for us, walked us to a shuttle that would drive us to the hotel, but the shuttle driver got lost? or something happened that caused for him to drive around town for more than an hour, speaking on the phone loudly in Turkish and completely ignoring us when we asked questions, This got a little scary since we had no idea what was going on, at some point we were in the middle of a dark residential area, and listening to the driver yell on the phone (god knows what). Luckily a driver came over and guided us to the hotel, but seriously, they should be careful about who they hire for these kind of tasks. (I posted a video on instagram with footage of the guy driving us around in case my family needed to find me)."

They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Therefore I was able to flew just the following day as my connection to the oversea flight was more then an hour delay. It happened with me flying to Budapest, and also flying back from Budapest. Make you better understand, that does it mean for me: in Budapest I missed the first part of my conference, and with the flying back one day later I lost one payed work day. As I have family in Budapest I decided to stay for the night there, and not at Munich, but just rescheduling my flight and providing me a taxi drive was so complicated, that it took two and half extra hrs at the airport, Also Lufhansa put me in my rescheduled back trip the MUC-IAD flight on the 45C seat, what was the worst seat on the plane. Not just that. When they have plenty of empty seat in all of the section, and they wanted to sell it the economy plus seats for more than hundred dollars, I mentioned to the fight attendance my misery ,and how I don't like the seat what I got, and she laughed on me, and I heard her telling her colleagues,this kind of funny way as they were behind me. That's no how they need to treat passenger, Also on flying back they didn't react fast, and they missed to put me on the Frankfurt plane, what could be an alternative route, on the same day, instead they sent me desk to desk."

This leads to cramped, tight spaces with little to no freedom to shift your body. Because of this limited space, seats can only recline so far and leave one uncomfortable, though that angle is enough to create even less space for the person behind you or for you, when faced with a reclining front neighbor. So, minimal benefit of minimal recline and maximum discomfort caused for that minimal gain."

I have flown Lufthansa before in the past and AWAYS had a wonderful experience. However, I have NOTHING good to say regarding Lufthansa/KAYAK/Vaymara regarding your missed flight/re-booking policy, nor working with anyone who speaks anything other than broken English at best. If it had been possible my mother and I would have completed the flight from Frankfurt to Houston on 5/15/16; however, my mother's medical condition precluded that from happening. I submitted hospital admission paperwork which I was told that the airline was requesting that I needed to get the forms in English. REALLY???? We were in Germany; the hospital admission and discharge paperwork are in German. Lufthansa is a German - based airline. Nobody speaks or can read German? The hospital did not offer an option of English paperwork and I could pay for translating the paperwork for a price and it would take a couple of weeks.. I had to re-book through another carrier after receiving clearance and a certificate that my mother was medically cleared to fly. The price was ridiculously high but I had no other option since your representative told me it would take 4-6 weeks to reach a decision. Thank you so VERY much for inquiring in to my satisfaction on flight from Frankfurt to Houston Intercontinental on Lufthansa. As you can tell....it was quite the experience."
Výhody: "A delay on our first leg (from Marseille to Munich) meant we missed our flight connection to SFO. Ok, these things happen. Lufthansa customer service in Munich was excellent--courteous and informative. We did not have to negotiate for lodging and other amenities while we waited for the next day's flight. Lufthansa provided for us with grace, including hotel, dinner, breakfast and the shuttle to and from the airport. The accommodations were excellent and we adjusted to our new departure time in comfort."
