Nevýhody: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

British Airways is significantly better."

Nevýhody: "The "Czech Airlines" flight I purchased was actually an Air France flight number. When I arrived later than planned but still within good time, which was my fault, I reported to the Czech Airlines check-in (D2). This is very, very far from the Air France check-in (A2). No person and no sign was at Czech Airlines gate saying to go to Air France instead. By the time I determined what to do by talking ro the airport information booth and I walked to Air France instead of Czech Airlines (at CDG airport this is 5 minutes walking very fast speed on conveyor belts.. perhaps more than half a kilometer), I was past the boarding time limit, but the flight had not yet left. Then I could not print the boaring pass because of the time. When I asked an Air France employee for help, he simply said "you cannot board" and stood there smugly. He must feel great being a 25 year old who can turn people away from international flights at his own discretion to completely ruin their day especially when the plane is still on the ground. I have not even explained yet about the similarly awful experience I had when I booked the next flight (Czech Airlines at 09:45) for a much higher price (118 euro) and was not told that this Czech Airlines flight is "really" a Czech Airline flight. After paying much more to a Czech Airline person, nobody informed me to stay at the Czech Airlines area (2D) so I naturally went back to Air France since I had already had so much trouble. When I arrived there, of course, they tell me to go back to Czech Airlines and now I was again late. Thank God that I was able to confront a random trolley man who Kew where the Czech Airlines people were and try tried very hard to get me to the plane even though the boarding time was over. All in all, this was the worst travel experience of my life. I have now wasted 40 more minutes of my approximately 2.5 days in Prague to tell you this. I hope you consider it."

Výhody: "Volotea flight was good and I would fly Volotea again but checking in at the Santorini Airport is Chaos for all airlines Santorini Airport needs to organize the check in area with better barriers especially for the very long line of psgrs lining up for security Without barriers it's unclear where the line ends and where those joining the line should go therefore causing a lot of confusion and people trying to bud in"
Výhody: "We printed the boarding passes a week prior and we were ready to go! However Volotea emailed us 24 hours prior to tell us some information had changed and we had new boarding passes. We were worried that we had to pay extra as we were already traveling and could not print the new boarding passes. It was no problem! We downloaded the app and the crew just scanned the app boarding passes. It was a huge relief."
Výhody: "The cabin crew don't know their job and don't care about security! They separate my husband and I from our children. They changed our seats, because they 2 people previous to us were too elder to seat at emergency exit. So we got stuck seating at emergency exit and away from our children! Who will put the emergency mask on my children now in case of emergency Volotea airline ?! Learn your job as flight attendant!"
Výhody: "Errrm...that we actually got to Palermo alive, that was nice."
Nevýhody: "Kind of sneaky with the hand luggage, you may well have the guidelines in small print somewhere, but you really should allow people to check their bags in online before the flight, as opposed to paying 80 euro per bag, so 160 euros for two bags that didn't even weigh 10kgs each. RyanAir would have been able to fly us the same trip for that alone, with bags! Then when we were boarding, both of our seats were taken - the flight attendant said "Welcome to Italy". So, that's our story. In a nutshell, overpriced, and didn't get the seats on our boarding passes..."

Nevýhody: "attendant in the check in was horrible. not nice, rood, when we tried to ask questions at the end told us "bye" and called next. prices are high for luggage check in, the standard size of the hand luggage is very small and not fair. plain was very very old. overall, bad experience."

Výhody: "I didn't like anything about it, it was a horrible experience and I will never suggest this airline."
Nevýhody: "I didn't like service, extremely rude and not helpful. They wouldn't let us check in early, they scammed us into paying $30 each to print out ticket. $40 for a bag!! And to top it off with their extremely rude service I had to go wait in a miserable line at the most in organized airport I have ever been in to pay this outrageous extra $100 complete scam and worst airline ever!!!"

Nevýhody: "Left us standing for a huge time in front of customs and arrived late to boarding gate. Ridiculous.y small measurement boxes for carry on luggage which would not hold standard carry on bags. This dispute the plane having full sized overhead bins that easily accommodated the bags. Forced us to pay $60 a bag under the pretext that the bags would have to be ch caked. But they didn't, we just carried them on and there was plenty of room. They were rude and unreasonable and let lots of people through without the charges after they simply removed items from their bags and carried them a few feet before putting them back. It was just a shake down."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed , no communication, no bus arrived at the gate to take us to the plane , no communication , no boarding process whatsoever , no communication , no apology offered , no in flight catering offered free or for purchase , a complete joke of a flight , my worst ever and I have flown all around the world including both poles !"
Nevýhody: "They nickle and dimed us on everything including printing my boarding pass when in the end I didn't even need it. The. They were over an hour late They they didn't even serve us a drink on the plane. Worst airline I've ever flown with. if I thought I'd ever get it I'd be demanding my money back."

Nevýhody: "My itinerary gave a 10:35am departure and the plane departed at 10:05am. I had to run through airport, pay a 60 euro self serv handling fee and they checked my carry on when that was uneccesary."

Výhody: "The price was very reasonable. Despite delayed takeoff and boarding area lacking clear instructions, flight boarded quickly and made up most of the lost time. Other flights and trains in Italy seemed to be delayed too!! (not operated by Volotea)! I did pay extra in advance for baggage and printed out boarding cards before leaving USA for Italy. Familiarize yourself with the rules. Ate a sandwich on board, good enough and friendly flight attendants."

Výhody: "The EasyJet staff both in LGW & PRG were excellent. I felt they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They were all friendly and professional. EasyJet will be our go to airline for our flights to London and back."
Nevýhody: "Though I’m not sure it is easyjet’s Fault, I didn’t like that in LGW the board said the flight was delayed an hour, but left on time. Could have gone horribly wrong had we procrastinated thinking that we had extra time."

Nevýhody: "Huge queues for security at Budapest airport that stretched to the front doors of the terminal, followed by terrible gate facilities in a warehouse structure in the middle of the runway away from the terminal building. Flight delayed by 40mins but no information shared with passengers who were standing in the queue with no access to facilities or any information about how long the delay would be. Flight itself was (eventually) fine but not encouraged to fly easyjet again from Budapest if it can be avoided."
Výhody: "Easy jet staff were fab! At bag drop and despite their conveyers not working all great. Gate staff just as good. On plane no issues. Many thanks."
Nevýhody: "Liverpool airport. No direct train link! Expensive to drop off £3.00 No staff to help navigate round. Signage poor. Forced through stupid duty free shops. No obvious way to avoid crowds and winding shop stuff! Despite being forced miles through the airport we still had to get a bus to the plane. No costa!"

Nevýhody: "Our seats did not recline. In addition, the gate to board at the Amsterdam airport would benefit from more chairs as everyone was waiting in a line for some time while waiting to board."

Výhody: "Daniel the long stay car park bus driver a real gem. he told us where he would drop us off, to ask anything we did not know ( that is if we knew we did not know) and best of all he told us were to find the pick up point when we returned."
Nevýhody: "I did not like going to the long stay carpark north terminal it adds quite a few additional minutes on my journey, I usually use the LtP in south terminal . Also very few spaces left in zone Z even at 6 am!!! I only had hand luggage and I could not see any escalators so I had to wait for lift which was daft. Then as I had already checked in had to ask where to go next...."
Výhody: "this was the worst EasyJet flight by far"
Nevýhody: "They have about a dozen flights that all leave at 7 am, so allow at least 2 hours to get through security. The boarding agent was extremely rude and insisted I had to check my small backpack - which had my laptop in it."
Nevýhody: "forced to have cabin bag taken away as hold luggage when they ran out of over head space athough it was small enough to fit under seat - very rude Easyjet staff at boarding who did not want to understand situation. thanks to being delayed by hold luggage pick up missed my connecting journey"
Nevýhody: "My luggage was lost possible it was stolen by the checkin desk, and they are not helping but a very minute amount"
Nevýhody: "The gate being posted immediately as boarding began, with the flight a 10 minute walk away from the main waiting area. Tough to blame easyJet for the idiocy that is the LYS airport Terminal 1B though."
Nevýhody: "To many people that had carry ons which would not fit. Long wait to board the flight."
Výhody: "Excellent. Flight was on Time . Easy to board and no problems! Would fly easy jet again!"
Nevýhody: "They had us stuck on a bus with no air flow on the tarmac for quite a bit while they sorted things out"

Nevýhody: "The seats don't lean back. My dear, in particular, had a giant stain, a small hole and was filthy. The seats are too narrow with almost no leg room. They don't give you water or beverages for free."
Výhody: "Once I got to the plane, everything was fine. The crew did their best to accommodate everyone. ."
Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"
Výhody: "The fact that it was on time which is unusual between Charles du Gaulle and london"
Nevýhody: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"
Nevýhody: "Extra costs for bag, ridiculously expensive. And, the bag drop process was a mess."
Výhody: "The cabin staff were awesome, and a credit to the company"

Výhody: "I liked the feeling of being free from the horror of the mean stewardess in common airlines. They harass you and interrupt you at all times, while playing boarding school mean head-teacher. Here at ezj, i brought my own food and entertainment, and was free to rest for the duration of the flight without any of those harassments. and so, combined with the fantastic price, this was a nice and refreshing experience,"
Nevýhody: "being unable to lean the chair back. this is a major con for me."
Výhody: "Gave us.hard time with the hand laggage"
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed for 1.5 hours on the runway. We were told we would receive a free beverage and snack however the cart never made it down to the end half of the plane so we couldn't even get a drink of water for almost 4 hours until we landed. The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."

Nevýhody: "El abordaje fue desagradable. Estaba lloviendo mucho, hacía frío y abordamos desde el aire libre. Salimos desde la sala de espera, nos movilizaron en un autobús, que duró mucho tiempo en partir ya con las personas sobre él, y con las puertas abiertas. Después, la salida del autobús y el abordaje, lloviendo, fue muy desorganizada."

Nevýhody: "Was told I had to check my international standard carry on suitcase because the flight was apparently completely full, really it was maybe 2/3 full. Waiting in the airport the screens showed to flight as delayed and still waiting for a gate. I bought I coffee and suddenly it was back to on time and final call without any notice. Flight crew made me put my very small backpack and even my tiny purse, which easily fit in the pocket in front of me, in the overhead storage. All little things, but overall, an annoying experience."
