For over five hours I tried to use the restroom and she kept yelling at me to sit back in my seat, in spite the fact that several other people were using the restroom and several other people were up and moving about, she singled me out and wouldn't let me get up without harassing me. Eventually I appealed to another one of the flight crew who allowed me to urinate, but it was over five hours I had to pee and was inexplicably not allowed to."

I was telling a friend today, Swiss Air started with drinks, gave us a Parisian baguette sandwich, gave us a healthy breakfast of yoghurt warm croissant butter jam orange juice, drinks again, and several passengers surrounding me got special attention, one woman with a baby, a disabled person, and a teenager that was 6'5" was relaocated by the flight attendant without him even asking to a bulkhead seat for more comfort. You don't see this kind a attention to detail on any US flights or US airlines, so I noticed it. It was as if I was traveling back in the 70's or 80's when Airlines would compete for our dollars with their service. I mentioned to my friend that if I had a choice and Swiss Air was one of the choices, I'd choose Swiss Air over any other airline."

The food was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised that I could have wine with dinner or any time the attendants offered beveragess. The attendants were always professional and helpful. They all were fluent in English as well as several other languages. It was a nice touch when the attendant wore white gloves when he or she was collecting passengers' trash after meals and/or beverage service. I loved the cheese that was served at dinner. The warm croissants served at breakfast were a very nice touch."

They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

This should not have occurred- I should not have to run to my gate from one flight to another especially when I raised this concern to an employee of Lufthansa as well as a customs officer."

There were no self check-in kiosks with baggage drops so people could have another option besides going to a counter and there wasn't anyone monitoring the line to make sure it was an orderly process. We were early so there wasn't an issue with waiting per se but rather with the process itself."

Was rebooked on another carrier, but United couldn't get our baggage back to us in time to make that flight thanks to the absolute circus that ensued at the gate. 9:55am flight turns into a night at the airport hotel with vouchers that would only allow us to eat from the horrible buffett (ordering off the hotel menu was not covered). Put on same flight the follow day. Wait for it.... Delayed again (no weather). Would never have booked a flight with United in the first place due to similar issues in the past , but got duped when I booked this Luftansa flight and found out after the fact that it was operated by United. Never again, again."

I suspect they would argue it allows passengers to have greater rest however in Y class the passengers are awake long before......could I suggest serving the snack earlier as it prevents a very rushed service as trays are collected and cabin secured very near to the actual landing?"

But when I asked LOT employees to insure that my luggage is on a plane to Toronto too, I received arrogant answer that I have nothing to worry about... In Toronto I found out that there was no my luggage on the plane..."
Nevýhody: "Flight was more than 3h late, it took time for the airline to accommodate with another flight to catch up with connection. They did after many customer complained, and adding to that, my checkin bag didn't make and they have no information on it's location. Still 24 hours later and no information a d i don't have clothes to change or stuff to shower. I had to buy few stuff and they said they won't payback anu other expenses, mean telling to just wait for my only lost bag."

Výhody: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Výhody: "I took an international flight so we were on the new Dreamliner planes and they were very nice. The windows were huge and had a way of dimming so that it was dark in the plane without having to shut them completely. The seat spaces were fairly small but overall it was a very updated plane. I am a very picky eater but 3 of my 4 meals were delicious!! They mostly serve pasta with some sort of meat but I noticed that myself and I were licking our plates clean!"
Nevýhody: "It was VERY obvious that the people that work for this company REALLY hate their jobs. When I checked in they were rude and threatened to take my computer because they told me I couldn't bring it into the US. When I got back home to customs they laughed and told me that that isn't true at all. In the flights the stewards and stewardess' never smiled, they hardly made eye contact and just seemed to absolutely hate life. At one point I was so hungry so I asked to purchase some pringles because that was something that advertised on the loud speaker. When I asked the flight attendant she made the biggest deal about it, laughed in my face and basically told me no. To be honest I am not sure if this sort of a attitude is something that is part of a different culture but I feel that if people are in the service industry that they should at least smile and respond with, "you're welcome" when someone says, "thank you". I will 100% not take this airline again due to the very rude people one board and horrible customer service."

Nevýhody: "I flew in Premium, but I had to call the airline to have the seat assigned. I could not choose the seat online although the website said I could choose a seat ahead of time. The only way to see the arrangement of seats was through seatguru.com. The best seats for the Premium Class are 4A, 4B and 4F and 4G, which are the first row in Premium. The rest of them have legs or boxes under the seat in front of you, so there is really now way you can stretch your legs fully under the seat in front of you during the flight. I was able to secure 4G for my return flight from Warsaw, but going to Warsaw from O'Hare I was put into 6B, no proper room for the right leg. They did not let us use the Business Class bathroom, which was much closer. We had to go all the way to the bathroom behind the row 19. Very inconvenient. They allow dogs in the Premium cabin, so if you are allergic to dogs brace yourself. I fly LOT only when I have no other option."

No way to get a drink, as with the trip over, the chairback screens didn't work, and they never notified me by e-mail that you had to order food in advance. Not even a glass of water available on a 7 hour flight, that's actually a health hazard, should be illegal. No coffee or tea. The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks."

They ended up giving me a ticket which departed more than 12 hours after my arrival in Madrid (!). I had to go to the horrible inconvenience of wandering through the huge airport looking for their customer support desk, waiting in line, returning an hour or two later, and eventually getting myself a standby ticket on an earlier flight. I still ended up in the airport for about 4-6 hours. They provided a coupon for a free lunch, and there was a lounge to stay in, but for a transatlantic flight, adding an extra 4-6 hours was really bad."

We had just landed there and our connection was leaving from there too JFK! He said there was nothing he could do and he sent us to the other airline counter to see if they would help us!"

While the plane and crew were great, between Madrid andBoston we were severely bitten by bugs - probably a kind of gnat. I was bitten on the face and arms and my wife was bitten on the face and neck. We are still covered. This has caused us much discomfort (including welts) well as cost to ensure these bugs did not come home with us."
