The airport adherence to covid social distancing rules was a joke. I think it was the worst experience and provoked a lot of stress. The boarding was also chaotic and business class did not board separately. The Meals on board were poor - fish or lamb (smelly) they quickly run out of pasta in business class. This whole experience was bad."

Výhody: "Turkish Airlines is my favorite airline going to Europe. We even did the 20 hr layover in Istanbul and had a great time staying for a couple of nights going and coming back. Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights"

TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!"

That view of the northern sea and ice cap is Phenomenal and not to be missed if at all possible!! I wanted to wake everyone up to watch it and they could go back to sleep later...;-) Boarding also took a long time...we left 30-45 minutes late."

They made us walk even more to get us transferred to hotel for a night. Their crew repeatedly lied about how to get new boarding passes as they were busy and didn't want to do it for us. Sent us to another transfer desk. No veg. food option even after making a special request. They said sometimes those mistakes happen. You can't call the crew from your sit to get snacks. They make you get out of your middle sit and walk to the back of the plane to get a sandwich. The boarding process at the Istanbul airport is even more chaotic. They have their own security (after having done security at the o origin in Rome AND at the IST airport), which requires standing in an hour long line and getting profiled and judged by the airline staff."

Lufthansa‘s Crew was exceptionally polite, helpful, quietly serving food and performing tasks placed on them. I appreciate their professional attitude . I loved getting a pillow and a blanket, which had at other airlines been a problem. Food was served quickly, as well as drinks. Thank you for all the work you do!

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

I felt that I could get easily lost between flights and not have time to get to the Frankfurt/Denver flight. I told this to the person at the gate in Zurich, and he immediately arranged for someone to meet me in Frankfurt and take me there. I was met by Maika in Frankfurt and she was just excellent--personable and efficient and really helpful. I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the person at the gate in Zurich. He was also great. I wouldn't have done this if I had had more time, but this really made my day (and my flight!) ! Thank you!"
Nevýhody: "We were given seats directly behind their Premium Economy or whatever they called it on the return flight. We had purchased an upgrade. I have evidence of cc charges. While our seats (located directly behind the Plus section) gave us extra leg room (I don't know why) we did not have the wider seats, food service style and menu as given to those directly in front of us. There was actuallly a barrier between them and us which hit me in the head every time I stood up! On a long flight from Munich to LAX we felt and were cheated."

Then weather and traffic control strikes caused the flight to leave 2 hours late, and I missed my connecting flight in Frankfurt - stuck there overnight. Lufthansa wasn't to blame for all of that, but it was a very negative travel experience."

Nevýhody: "1st, neither seat that I selected when checking in were given to me. 2nd both aircraft took off late for no apparent reason. 3rd When waiting to board in Warsaw, I was almost bitten by a large pit pull that a passenger was bringing into the cabin as a comfort animal. When I and several other passengers question the desk at the gate about the bringing a large vicious dog into the plane, we were told they were to busy to deal with us even though they were just standing there doing nothing. I have never seen such rudeness towards passengers as I did at that gate. I will take a ship across the Atlantic before I go through Warclaw again."

Caused me to miss my connection and here I am having to pay huge for a last minute hotel. Not what was advertised to me which was a LOT flight not a codeshare on an old plane. Booked it through Kayak, will not be doing THAT again."

I booked this flight from Tel Aviv to London with 60min.layover in Warsaw, the schedule LOT offered. .The first leg to Warsaw was 30min. late without any announcement and no one mentioned about how it would affected connecting flights. So I asked the flight attendent before lading in Warsaw and she suggested to run throught the security. We thought we might have a chance as we were sitting close to the front rows. Nah, not so fast. It turned out that's not as rsimple as unning between the gates, everyone had to be shuttled to the main terminal and only the business class got a small van and went first, abd we were not allowed on that van even I told the guy we needed to catch the flight. Long story short, we finally made to the gate, Thanks to a LOT personnel pushed us to the front of security check and informed the gate we were coming. We literally RAN after the security to the gate. They reopened the gate to let us in and the aircraft pushed away right after we got on. The luggage, with that tight schedule, of course they would not be able to make the swich to London. So we had nothing except the cloth from Tel Aviv, its about 15C in tempture, we were freezing. Waiting for our luggage to be delivered to our hotel for warm clothes before we can go out"

What was even more surprising when I arrived in Budapest was that my luggage also made it - so thank you LOT a lot (!) for being so efficient."

Nevýhody: "NYC to Warsaw, the flight was 4 hours late no voucher for food. some got it some not. i lost the flight from Warsaw to Bucharest they put me on flight from Warsaw to Vienna that flight was late as well i got to Vienna and i ran to get the flight to Bucharest. i was very tired"

Výhody: "I like that I flew on a relatively modern plane."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed for 2 hours."
Výhody: "The actual flight was fine. Smooth flight. Nothing out of the ordinary."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed an hour. The crew in the Kiev airport wouldn't allow check-ins for a long period of time. Many people stood in a long line for at least an hour with no information about why they couldn't check in. When we did check in, they couldn't print my wife's boarding pass for the next flight and told us that we would have to print it at the gate. We found out in Poland that she was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With the flight delay and lack of information, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration."
Nevýhody: "Food was terrible"
Nevýhody: "Size for carry-on baggage is different than on Toronto-Warsaw flight."
Nevýhody: "I fly 35 years at least 2 times a year to different companies. For the first time in the life of the company flew Lot (and the last) and was unpleasantly surprised: 1. The stewardesses did not hide their antipathy towards the native speakers of English and Russian (they were scornful and rude), although they were friendly and attentive to the passengers speaking Polish, 2. The food is tasteless and small (I have ordinary needs)."

Nevýhody: "Airport staff seems rather brusque, but I don't think they really were bad. Boarding would be a drag in bad weather as you have to take a shuttle to the plane and then climb stairs."
