There's more flight time options, and the entertainment available is better."
Nevýhody: "Here's where the picky comes in. I downloaded the 'Go Go" wifi app beforehand. When I tried to connect I received a message that it wasn't available on my routes. Why couldn't they tell me that it might not work on my routes before they took my money? Further, why wasn't it available? It's not like I was going on a multi city/country trip, this was Atlanta to Portland non-stop. Then there's the 'Premier Seating". I opted for it on my outbound flight and received TSA Pre Check. I didn't buy the seating coming back; I did not receive TSA Pre Check. Coincidence? My fare was more than Alaska Airlines was offering it for, I paid for the wifi that didn't work, and in order to avoid the back of the plane, you must pay. So, I guess I'll be going to Alaska Airlines. They don't have as many flights, but I don't feel dinged for more money every time I turn around."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."
Výhody: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

We lost our car reservation as we would arrive too late to collect, we also couldn't check in to our hotel as planned as the hotel only allow check in until 11pm; we would have got there at 1am, so then had to book another hotel for the night. Airport staff at Lufthansa told us they could not help and told us to go away!"
Nevýhody: "When I booked with kayak I was not given the option for a vegetarian meal, so I was not able to eat a meal. I was sat next to a five year old invading my personal space. When I developed a migraine from lack of sleep, it took 15 minutes before my ring was answered for water."

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Výhody: "clearing customs in Dublin rather than US was nice. Since we chose the flight based on price, It's reasonable to expect some corner cutting."
Nevýhody: "Aer Lingus operated the flight. Haphazzard ticketing/check-in procedure would have been stressful if it wasn't clear that everyone else on the plane was there in line too. Both legs of our trip with Aer Lingus were on older planes, that had obviously flown a lot of miles. Sound on my seat console on this flight was so bad that it was unusable."

Nevýhody: "They airline left our luggage in Dublin and we still do mat have it. It's been over a day. 25 other people were impacted by this error. My daughters wedding is in two days. I have no clothes. My tray table was filthy. Had to ask the flight attendant for a wet napkin to clean the tray and my hands."

Nevýhody: "The checking in process was very difficult on The day prior to the flight. In fact, was rather impossible. My daughterwad on the phone for hours with this. The flight was with Art Lingua, couldn't use BAW, kayak, or ARE LINGUS. Very frustrating."
Výhody: "The individual seat provided me with privacy and a window seat, as well as the comfort of being able to lay down flat. And the chair had a massage option!"
Nevýhody: "The buttons to change seat alignment are too sensitive. Several times during the flight I just grazed my arms on the panel and my seat alignment moved."

Nevýhody: "We had a terrible experience at the Aer Lingus desk in Paris. We got there two hours early for our flight and there was already a long line at the desk and no agents at the counter. Finally some agents arrived started checkng people in. After 15 min in line, they told us that if we were flying to the U.S., our flight was delayed and we would not make our connection, and to get out of line and wait. After 20 more minutes, they said that was a mistake and get back in line. I waited for approximately an hour and a half in line there, and had to run to my flight. There was no effort made to hurry us through security or any apologies."
Nevýhody: "Since my ticket was with British Airways "Operated" by Aer Lingus, I was not the only one confused about which airport terminal to go to. The taxi driver was confused too. He was not sure he had dropped us at the right place. Even the person at the Information Desk at the airport said it could be unclear for someone "not in the business". Please rectify. Thanks"
Nevýhody: "I'm soooo upset about the service after my flight canceled. 1.the staff ignored me when I asked if I could have a VIP to rebook my tickets earlier because my mom got cancel and was going to do the surge . But he went away and never came back, no any response of YES or NO. 2.I don't know why the airline company still need 11 hours to rebook the tickets with all our flight information and our passport liscen numbers already , making us waiting till 3 am at the airport. 3. I asked my boyfriend to talk to the staff on phone, and the staff told my BF that he didn't know my English was not good. I said to him loudly that I had told him , but the manager besides said "don't shout at my staff"to me, even without asking me what happened . We sat on tarmac for 1/2 hour or more. People stressed due to short connection times in Iceland. Pilot made up most of the time by going faster so that was nice. But chaotic and running thru terminal and then customs in order to make it to connecting flight, Were put on a bus (about 30 people) to the plane which had already pulled away and was on tarmac."

Nevýhody: "The crew is not particularly caring. They are nice but we travelled with a toddler and the seat rests in between seats don’t lift. Try to let a toddler sleep on a single seat... They offered no help. The plane was too hot when we were boarding. Their commercials for Iceland are relentless."

Nevýhody: "I inquired about baggage prior to our flying get. I was told that we would not be able to check bags through to final destination due to there being a stopover. When it turned out the bags were checked through, we were unprepared for the overnight without our luggage. Could have been greT had I been given the correct information."
Nevýhody: "We boarded the plane and sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours before having to disembark due to a mechanical failure. We were told by the Iceland Air supervisor inside the terminal that no one would miss their connecting flights. Not true. We were also told that if anyone did miss a connecting flight, everything would be taken care of and ready to go once we reached Iceland Not true. The crew didn't hand blankets out to everyone who needed one. A single beverage was offered for an almost 8 hour flight. No snacks or meals. The attendants were the least friendly and helpful of any I've experienced. They didn't make sure bags were stowed. They didn't check to make sure seat belts were on. I don't even know why the airline bothered with attendants. They did nothing."
