Výhody: "We got to our destination"
Nevýhody: "Everything. Possibly the worst airline in Europe."

Výhody: "The flight, food, drinks and comfort was good"
Nevýhody: "When I checked in they did not have a record of us prepaying for our checked bag and wanted to see a receipt for our payment. We did not have the receipt with us, we had all the other documentation so the only way to get on the flight was to pay again for the checked bag. I found the receipt later"

Nevýhody: "Boarding - via a bus at LHR T3. Comfort - Cramped “ Club Europe” seat with minimal legroom - same as in economy. Food - disgraceful “tapas” dish of literally one scrap of ham, an equally small piece of cheese and half a scotch egg. Crew - disinterested to the point of surliness. Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

Late departure for no good reason, watched our plane at the gate being prepared for over an hour, we finally took off but missed our connection and therefore missed our Cruise Ship departure. We were put up in a hotel but upon landing in Rome, we opted to wait at the airport in lieu of the second hotel because of the timing as we had to catch a 6 a.m. train to get to Livorno to meet the Ship, it's first stop. Up for 36 hrs as we got little sleep, and were very tired."

Nevýhody: "My seat was a little uncomfortable, my mid and lower back had very thin cushioning and I felt the knees of the person behind me in my back throughout the flight."

Nevýhody: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

Nevýhody: "No free food even though international flight. Plane delayed on Tarmac. Luggage was left in London and did not make it to Prague until next day."

Výhody: "Food was ok and they were pretty generous with the alcohol which I needed since the guy in front of me had a seat which allowed him to lean almost all the way back. He ignored several of my comments and none of the staff had anything to say about this even though it was pretty obvious."
Nevýhody: "Too cramped.The guy in front of me was laying in my lap the whole trip I have short legs and my legs were hitting the seat in front. Flight left late causing problem all along the way i.e. lost luggage for three days. Nobody was particularly helpful or knew what was going on. I had to make several calls just to have somebody find the luggage. We had to go all over the place just to find somebody to give us new connecting flights. The airport there is a disorganized mess which is beyond words. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for the loss between British air and Aer Lingus and my impression over the phone was that nobody cared one wit what happened."

Nevýhody: "Forced to check carry on bag upon checking into gate despite being among first to arrive and having proper size. Then saw many with larger bags enter after us. There was room in the overhead bins. Frustrated that no reason was provided for mandatory checking of baggage, especially when having alliance priority status."

The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

Not IB's fault, the customs at Miami came to a halt for an hour. 2000 people standing in line, missing connections. There was a shift change, most employees didn't show up for work. was told 'It's a special day'. Fortunately I was at the head of the line. A few of us were routed to someone who was surprised to see US citizens. As a consequence, the always slow MIA failed to transfer my luggage. Still waiting for it... Air travel is such a pain these days. I'm sure more would fly if it wasn't such a hassle."

Nevýhody: "The last thing I would ever expect from a flight attendant is negligent behavior. A child aged around 5 years old clearly unattended by parents throughout the entire 9 1/2 hour flight to Chicago was not only being disruptive but his behavior could have placed him in danger. From banging the table shut successively against the chair, to walking on top of the seat and placing his hands in the monitor behind him not allowing me to see my screen. Furthermore, his feet and legs dangled and kicked the person immediately next to him across the aisle, creating a dangerous environment for himself and for others as he could have gotten hurt from somebody or a cart passing through. I proceeded to express my concern for the child's safety and the flight attendant expressed these matters are delicate and refused to engage the parent in any type of conversation. This child's screams and incessant yelling lasted the entirety of my flight, hindering ANYBODY from sleeping or watching their entertainment without interruption. Hopefully in the future when faced with not only an extremely disruptive family but a clinically uneasy child, flight attendants will make an effort to at least announce the importance of respecting other people's flight experience. Needless to say this is the very last time I ever fly Iberia. This matter was not only brought to the crew's attention once but three times by three different people."

Výhody: "First meal was pretty good (chicken, red sauce, rice). Snack before landing was very sugar heavy with bad lunch meat and weak bread."
Nevýhody: "Very poor customer service at Iberia check in combined with a very large airport with no info on my receipt from Kayak telling me which terminal I was in resulted in needing a full three hours to get from arriving at the airport to getting to my gate. Long line to check in and the person checking me in told me I could not check hiking pools. I asked twice because I thought I couldn't carry them on. I waited in line for the security check and they told me I couldn't carry on my pools. Went back to check in and a person managing the line told me to go to a check in desk at the end. I waited there for 15 minutes and then when he finished with the family he was helping he told me he was on break and walked away. Went back to the woman that told me to go to him, she offered no apology and told me to wait back in the check in line. I then needed help to get back in the security line because my pass wouldn't scan, then had to take a tram to get to the correct gate (this is after taking a subway and then a shuttle bus to get to the right terminal). It is very unlikely I will fly Iberia again. The night before it took almost one hour for them to get luggage off the plan on a small local flight. Boarding both to and from Madrid was also disorganized and no one at the desk ensured that only people in a given boarding group were in line. Another source of frustration is that this was booked through Finnish air (code share?) so I could not check in on line or choose my seats."

Nevýhody: "The plane was delayed after boarding and nobody accommodated the temperature in the plane, food, or informing us of what was going on."

Nevýhody: "the poor Air Canada Rouge employee boarding the passengers from the gate was alone but it was hard to see her working so hard. There should have been 2 employees there as it was very busy and many had to wait. I had wheelchair assistance and was left at the wrong exit for my shuttle and had to walk quite a distance, which took me a very long time, and therefore added over an hour to my travel home."

Výhody: "I was not given a seat assignment on an early 6:30am flight but was given a first class seat...that was a bonus because I was travelling with my dog so I had ample space."

Nevýhody: "Almost missed my flight because an Air Canada representative insisted I could not use my visa debit card for the luggage fee. I then tried to pay cash, but he said that he didn't accept Canadian currency, so I would have to use the ATM to withdraw American cash. I did, and the fees were ridiculous. Then, he didn't have change to break the 40$ i withdrew into his $25 fee. I proceeded to follow him as he walked around for twenty minutes asking random people at the airport if they had change for a twenty. It was very embarrassing and stressful, as I already was in tears from saying goodbye to my partner. Boarding the plane wasn't a problem, but getting on a plane in Orlando, Florida with the air conditioner broken with a plane of 300+ was outrageous. It felt like a sauna in the airplane and the kids were screaming in discomfort, something a 20-something like myself wanted to do as well but had the control not to. It's a shame because we used Air Canada a lot to travel back and forth to visit each other, but with this last trip we will no longer be using this airline and will shop for alternatives who are worth the price of admission."

Nevýhody: "The return flight to Orlando was just shy of 2 hours delayed. It was delayed 30 minutes prior to boarding. Then we sat on the plane, at the gate for over an hour. The plane was absolutely filthy. There was food on the seats, on the floor, smears on the window. It was disgusting and I could not wait to get if that plane. I will not be choosing air Canada in the future."

Nevýhody: "I made a mistake on my reservation. I thought I made it for July 30tb , but it was for August 30th . They charged over $600.00 to fly home , which is a lot of money to me ."

Nevýhody: "They only had two people at the counter to check in passengers for two flights that took off fifteen minutes apart. they closed the ticketing/ checkin counter downstairs an hour before the flight was scheduled to take off. the same people moved up stairs to work the counter at the gate. it took us an hour and ten minutes to get check our bags. Once we got to our destination, only one of two bags was with us. the airline won't even deliver the missing bag to us. they will only get it to the destination airport if they can find it."

Nevýhody: "Pretty much everything. From boarding late, rudeness of crew, tight space of seats, no airvents etc. 1hour late as well."

Nevýhody: "We avoid Air Canada and after this flight that will continue. First, they wanted $400 for the return trip to guarantee that my wife and I sit together. To guarantee that we sit together and that it would be safe for her 28in femurs it would be $800. Then the Orlando leg of our trip was delayed by two hours, guaranteeing that we would miss our connecting flight. They would not make arrangements prior to departure, nor would they respond to any enquiries from any of the passengers about their connecting flight arrangements. On arrival in Toronto, as we pulled up to the gate, they announced that they had found alternate connections for all but 4 passengers that we would get more information outside. There was nobody at the gate. There was noone at customs. We did not know if we had a connecting flight, or if we had to pick-up our luggage. Nobody from Air Canada gave us any information. We asked security at baggage if we should go on to connecting flights or wait for luggage and were only informed that once we leave the baggage area we couldn't return. When we got to the terminal entrance for connecting flights, we were told (by security) that we could not enter without a new boarding pass. THEY directed us to the line for Air Canada (no indication if we were in the right line, but other people in the line were in the same situation. We finally got to the counter and were informed that we were on the last flight of the night and given boarding passes. Thank heavens that my credit card has priority pass membership. Delays happen. The way Air Canada handles it turned a minor annoyance into a maximum-stress situation. We already avoid Air Canada because they took away almost 50,000 travel miles for not flying for one year. We will work even harder to avoid them in the future."

Nevýhody: "First time on Rouge. Really bare bone travelling. Entertainment replaced by flight attendants who have become travelling sales people. I"

Výhody: "Delayed and still on time overall great experience"

Výhody: "Better than driving 19.5 hours home comfort wise but much more expensive for 4 people. Would have driven if our stay was more than 10 days."
Nevýhody: "- Overhead storage was occupied by someone else sitting in a seat rows away so I had to store my carry on under the seat in front of me reducing my leg room even more than the cramped seat."

Výhody: "unfortunately, not much."
Nevýhody: "The check in was a mess. Ticket counters were scattered, three flights going to Canada and no one was directing the lines. People in line were shouting at each other and getting angry. Took two hours to check in.....had to run to catch flight and I was there two hours before boarding time."

Výhody: "Not certain the type of aircraft used for the flight from Orlando to Toronto, but it had more leg room and more comfortable seats that the flight to Orlando which was on an Airbus. The seats were a wee bit wider and the extra few inches of leg room made the difference between a completely unbearable flight and one that was "poor." (See comments about the crowding and heat.)"
Nevýhody: "We were returning after a cruise, spent part of the day on a shore excursion before being dropped off at the airport 5 hours before our flight. There was no rep at the check-in counter until 3 hours before the flight which meant we had to sit in the terminal for two hours. If they could have had one rep on duty to check in early arrivals, we could have proceeded through security and spent time in the MCO Lounge which would have been more comfortable than the terminal. Once their check-in counter opened it took about 2 hours to clear that and security. Once on board the sold out flight, we were told it was too cold in the front of the plane; while in the back it was baking. For a flight departing Florida, I would expect the airline to have A/C running before we boarded."

Výhody: "No snacks but love flying with Air Canada. Hope it continues."
Nevýhody: "Have to bring my own snack."

Nevýhody: "They lost our checked baggage. Luckily we did get them back within 20 hours."

Nevýhody: "Uncomfortable seats. Very cramped and I am only 5'2""

Výhody: "Great pilot(s). Took off in storm and had probably the best landing..."
Nevýhody: "Delayed 55 mins, delayed 5 more mins, delayed 20 more minutes by the time we boarded zone 5 they weren't even checking passports. Just scanning boarding passes and letting everyone on. I found most issues with the Orlando airport itself."

Výhody: "good communication from pilots on delays. Good boarding process."
Nevýhody: "Light didn't work, food not available on menu, beer was warm. charged incorrectly for trio meal. flight was a little late"

Výhody: "Seats were comfortable."
Nevýhody: "No personal TVs. Could download the app however staff notified you of this after already on board and free wifi was not available. I could have downloaded it while waiting at the gate of they announced it. Also, my overhead light didn't work. I couldn't watch anything or read. Very long flight without being able to do these."

Nevýhody: "Food was mediocre Entertainment movies outdated"

Výhody: "I liked having the pillow and blanket giving to us. So great!"

Výhody: "Almost everything about the flight. Easy check-in. Didn't loose my bag which is always a great thing."
Nevýhody: "The new app entertainment for Air Canada wasn't really explained by the crew but so I just doozed off."

Nevýhody: "no movie screens and I didn't have a device to watch anything on :{"

Výhody: "The plane was a large one so it makes my trip comfortable with my 2 years and 2 months baby"
Nevýhody: "it seems to be expensive to pay full ticket price for a 2 years and 2 months baby in addition to 1 small bag for the 2 of us."

Výhody: "Nice crew, complimentary drink during flight, I only brought carry-on bags so I didn't have to worry about tracking down any lost luggage, but I didn't hear about anyone else on my flight having a problem with their bags so eh."
Nevýhody: "There isn't much space between rows on air canada planes. I'm only 5'6" and it felt a little too close for comfort"

Výhody: "Flight crew was friendly."
Nevýhody: "Horrible smelly crampy cloth seats, awful food, they don't offer complementary wine and beer for international flights like other carriers, no tvs in the headrest. The flight crew works slower then I have ever observed in my over 200 flights. Took them 1hr 40min to serve what they called "dinner", Delta and others knocks it out in 30!!! And don't get thirsty, You'll die of dehydration before you get a drop of water. They treat ice like its gold. 2 cubes for each drink. If u ask for more u get one more cube. Lol. It was just a horrible experience! I will never fly Air Canada again."

Výhody: "We eventually got here...6 hours late"
Nevýhody: "Bottom line is that they appear to NOT service their planes well and Captain made poor decisions. Only flight on the board listed as "delayed" on a sunny cloudless day in Orlando. Never a raindrop and instead of leaving at noon, we left at six. 1. Took them 45 minutes to change a tire on the nose. 2. According to captain " a strange item was beside his cockpit seat and that took an hour. I assume he didn't recognize his empty Oreo box. How do you allow someone to drop a strange box in the cockpit. 3. Taxi out and a switch won't work. Sit there for 45 minutes. "We were able to reset it." Go 100 yards. Stop. "Need to do another reset." Doesn't work. Takes corporate 30 minutes to decide what to do. Return to terminal for maintenance on phantom problem. 4. Sit at terminal for a couple hours. No one allowed off. Beverages are all warm. Crew serves warm water and crappy sugar-bomb pretzels. Passengers get sick. Won't let anyone off. 5. Finally gets in the air. Crew has nothing but snacks; no real food. Beverages are warm. 6. EVERYONE misses connections."

Nevýhody: "We had a short time between flights. Custom wasn't to bad but having to get through security again was a mess. The security guard at first location told us the floor above was moving faster and had more doors. We were in a hurry and changed lines and the other was worse we walked up to gate right in time."

Nevýhody: "One of the bags came after 5 days as it was not loaded on our departure flight. What was worse, we were unable to get any information. Each time we called we were given conflicting information."

Výhody: "Movies were great."
Nevýhody: "Having to pay extra for a window or an aisle seat."

Nevýhody: "Trying to take off twice and warning lights came on. We had to sit in the plane for an extra 1.5hrs and an additional hour in the terminal. Third time was a charm"

Výhody: "Boarding early"
Nevýhody: "Leg room was not good"

Výhody: "Prompt, courteous staff, clean ."
Nevýhody: "Don't love having to watch movie on a phone. Would prefer screens on plane."

Výhody: "The crew in Orlando was efficient and kind to waiting passengers. We were boarded and in the air in record time. Surprisingly, my baggage was unloaded in Toronto in record time. I would hope that that it always the case."

Výhody: "new plane, premium economy was very good. chicken dish was excellent. better than expected."
