Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"
Nevýhody: "Their check in system is not clear.. We have a reservation for 2 passengers, and in the system I paid for an extra luggage... considering the price I paid I didnt realize that that was only an extra piece only for one passenger, so we had to pay 57 euros for the additional piece of the second passenger at the counter... considering the total ticket for 2 passenger was 120 euros, that increased the total price for almost 50%... Not even in Mexico the ticket for these kind of low budget airlines are so confuse and "tricky"."
Výhody: "I liked the atmosphere on this plane. It was festive and comfortable. The people on the plane were moving around and talking to friends. Inexpensive to fly from Paris to Mykonos. Boarding was quick. Checked three bags for 12 euros! Wish the states could be that friendly instead of charging $25/bag! I have no complaints whatsoever about this flight!"

Afterwards, the crew didn't do as much as lift a finger to help us find another flight. We had to pay an extra $850 for a one way ticket on top of what we already paid. I understand things happen and people miss flights but the fact they had no intention on dealing with our dilemma especially after their customer service team kept us there 45 min to start with makes me not want to do business with them ever again. Nevýhody: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"
Výhody: "I have been a fan of Easyjet for years but my last four experiences with them have been poor to say the least. A return flight to Naples earlier in the year and now Palermo shows that their attitude to customer care is slipping badly. All four flights were delayed to a greater or lesser degree. That happens and is usually beyond the control of the airline. What is not beyond their control is the way that they communicate during the delay and the way they treat their passengers. We are people not self-loading freight. Easyjet is fast becoming as bad as British Airways and they are by far the worst. A very frustrating and sad thing to see. The beginning of the end for Easyjet?"

Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far."

That one suitcase was more than half the cost of the flight. I do not like being ripped off. You should be ashamed of your strong armed tactics. Not Happy Sam Morreale."
Nevýhody: "We had a 5 hour delay and were given absolutely no information. No one came to tell us what was going on, and we had to run all over the airport to find someone who worked for Ryanair to try to find help. Even when we finally located the "customer service" desk, they had no idea what was going on and were unable to help us. All they could offer was a "lunch voucher" but they sent us to the wrong café, which didn't know what we were talking about. Beyond this, the hassle of trying to figure out how much your luggage weighs while you are traveling (we had no access to a scale) isn't worth it. Would NEVER fly this airline again."

Nevýhody: "The flight was half an hour late arriving than its departure time, then we waited a further 1.5 hours before taking off arriving in London at quarter to 2. Barely any announcements were made meaning many felt confused and frustrated. Understandably the weather meant we couldn't take off but that wasn't explained until it was too late. Upon arriving in London we then waited a further 15 mins to disimbark as they only had one person who could open the doors at Stanstead. This felt like adding insult to injury."
