Everything is just great, it is worth paying extra, but I wish they had a better coffee.

Výhody: "I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight."
Nevýhody: "I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely."
Výhody: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Nevýhody: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."

Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

Nevýhody: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print. The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"

After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

Also apparently it is normal for passengers to line up at the gate an hour before boarding, apparently because there is not enough overhead space for everyone. So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far."

Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

That one suitcase was more than half the cost of the flight. I do not like being ripped off. You should be ashamed of your strong armed tactics. Not Happy Sam Morreale."
Nevýhody: "We had a 5 hour delay and were given absolutely no information. No one came to tell us what was going on, and we had to run all over the airport to find someone who worked for Ryanair to try to find help. Even when we finally located the "customer service" desk, they had no idea what was going on and were unable to help us. All they could offer was a "lunch voucher" but they sent us to the wrong café, which didn't know what we were talking about. Beyond this, the hassle of trying to figure out how much your luggage weighs while you are traveling (we had no access to a scale) isn't worth it. Would NEVER fly this airline again."
Výhody: "Price was very low. That said, if luxury travel is your thing this is not for you. For a short flight, as long as you pay attention to their roles about baggage sizes and the cost of extras, they can save you a lot of money. They were on time and well-run, a big improvement over the last time I flew them (10yrs ago)."

Nevýhody: "-- boarding process is terrible with very long lines in all Ryanair. -- not enough room for the allowed luggage, and this masses the aircraft -- other that EU people cannot use mobile boarding pass and must print it, which is stressful for flying away from home/office for more than 4 days, and with no airport kiosk to print it - some people were really stressed by the threat to pay 47$ for a flight that costs less than that, just since they could not print the pass in the hotel."
Nevýhody: "The flight was half an hour late arriving than its departure time, then we waited a further 1.5 hours before taking off arriving in London at quarter to 2. Barely any announcements were made meaning many felt confused and frustrated. Understandably the weather meant we couldn't take off but that wasn't explained until it was too late. Upon arriving in London we then waited a further 15 mins to disimbark as they only had one person who could open the doors at Stanstead. This felt like adding insult to injury."

Nevýhody: "They charge you for everything and it's outrageous, if you don't check in before and print or have the boarding pass on your phone, they charge you $45 euros!"
Nevýhody: "The check-in agent in Palemo was very rude. The seats are cramped (paying a fee for front seats provided no additional legroom). Even the boarding process was willy nilly. Vueling provided much better service for regional flying service and comfort."
Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"
