If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."

This happened to me on the entire journey on Swiss from Miami to Zurich to Cape Town. It is almost a health hazard not being able to move and forget about trying to even use a laptop because when the person in front recline her seat, you have no room to even type (and my laptop was only a 13 inch Mac.) I am a million miler on United and this is one of the most miserable flights that I have taken. I also don't like the fact that we cannot get seat assignments until 23 hours before departure- not even for preferred travelers."

The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

The flight was fine, nothing special, but no problems either.
This was a code share operated by United with a 787. Don't care for the herringbone 2-2-2 seating in business, many other carriers have gone to a 1-2-1 which is better. Food wasn't much better than economy but what really counts is lie flat seats.

Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

Another disadvantage is that the lounge only opens at 5.30am in the morning but first flight already leave Vienna around 6am. Mine was at 7.05am which meant that I just arrived when the lounge opened and I had to wait in a long cue. Boarding was due to the limited space in front of the gate a mess, priority boarding was announced but I was not made sure that priority passengers board first. The seats on board are for business to small and there is not even space to hag up the coat."

This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Crew was helpful; food was horrible AND expensive; they had us wait on the tarmac on a bus for nearly 30 minutes; the flight departed more than 90 minutes late and weather was NOT an issue. Miserable really, but at least my luggage arrived and we didn’t die - could have been worse I guess.
The staff is super nice and happily works with everyone in need of something. Prepare to have cash in Euro on you to buy drinks and food.

Here’s the truth / I paid $29 for a flight that lasted 45 minutes - so the experience was short on the plane and the expectations I had, given the price tag, were humble. However the airline was comprised of professional and courteous people. Long on smiles, short on legroom on the Boeing 737-800 - but what else would one expect? Nicely done to the folks at SunExpress.
It was really hot whole the time during the flight
Ticketing was a nightmare! Did the online check in never to receive email tickets and upon arrival at the airport, long lines taking an hour to get your boarding passes then running though security to the gate. The web site was not working, overall We could have missed our flight.

Nevýhody: "Have never seen this happen elsewhere, but shortly after boarding, the crew announced they had to do a safety check, which required all the passengers to collect their personal items (i.e. everything from the overhead bins) to hold with them in their seats, as the crew 'checked' the bins and aisles. The procedure didn't seem to delay the flight, but just seemed a little pointless and a waste of effort. Thankfully there wasn't anything found or any other cause for alarm, but it just seemed odd."

So, thankfully I had an aisle seat so I just stuck my knee out to the side...this was a partial solution only as the crew came by at least 5 times on a 2 hour flight with the service cart, smacking my knee each time. No complementary snacks or beverages... not even water. Somewhat surprised that they didn't charge to use the lavatory."

With little to no communication on it status or refund on all the baggage fees I was made to pay.While the crew was pleasant , price point attractive and plane modern, These factors are enough to deter me from choosing this airline in the future"

Nevýhody: "I did not like that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to change my flight because I had gone to the wrong airport. While I understand that it is my responsibility to have that information, it was simple human error (having flown into a different airport) that lead to the mistake, which should have been forgiven seeing that I called the airline, and informed them of the mistake. As the customer, I feel that the airline is not responsible for such mistakes, but do believe that there should be room for good will and customer service. The fact that the airline was not willing to help to make a change affordable (I was quoted $600+ to make the change) sadly is what determined if I will continue being a customer, and rely this airline. I won't. I also did not like that every other item during the flight had to be purchased as most other international flights include these expenses with the purchase of the ticket. Again, I understand that the airline has it's policies, but you might want to try seeing it from the passenger's perspective rather than just from a monetary one. Having to deal with such costly changes at the last moment of my trip was very unpleasant; I almost didn't have enough money to get home. Výhody: "I liked the premiere lounge a lot. The premiere class seats were comfortable, the entertainment selection was good, and the food was decent. We arrived safely and on time."
Nevýhody: "One of the flight attendants was rude. When offered an extra bread, the attendant rolled his eyes at me when I asked for butter . The same attendant had a very unpleasant tone with me when I was waiting to use the lavatory. Instead of kindly asking me to return to my seat, he felt the need to express that I was in the way of doing their job and ordered me to go back to my seat. Premiere class doesn't get premiere treatment I guess."

Plane excellent new Boeing 787 but with least comfort economy section seating configuration.. Best ever technology in Greyhound bus comfort. Pay for food and drinks experience via entertainment screen was good but not perfect."
Nevýhody: "it felt like the Southwest airlines but 13 hour flights and you had to pay for baggage and water. Their upper end fares allow slightly wider seat, no-cost luggage, food and drinks but you cannot avoid the cattle experience of being bussed from far west LAX terminal to Bradley terminal with economy folks like me. Much better than WOW but trailing everyone else."
Výhody: "The flight had status of delayed for 24hours due to technical difficulties. No updates were provided, except to wait while they check the issue. Given the technical issues for 24hours there should have been another plane provided for the 300+ passengers."
Výhody: "Boeing 787 Dreamliner was a dream. Air system, LED lights and adjustable window features made travel less taxing, more relaxing and actually a bit refreshing! Flight attendants, relieved of strain of having to serve EVERY seat were accessible and ready to help."

Even water and soda is $3 for a small can. If you want a blanket, they charge, if you want anything, they charge. Luggage was over $80. Just pay more for a different airline, it will be less."

The rest of the party I was traveling with was on a different flight that left a bit sooner so I arrived with them at the airport only to be kept waiting as they were able to go through security upon arrival. Norwegian doesn't have a designated window or kiosk so I wasn't able to get any help on the matter."

I dont even know how they still in busines, well i do know and is because all the fees they charge.. i picked this airline because i though i was getting a good price to barcelona and end up paying almos double.. firts the service at the check in was terrible had incompetent people working and not willing to provide customer service.. they made me paid one checking in back in a such of long flight from new york to barcelona.. only allowing people to have a carry on.. which a lot airline do that, but not to euro cuz the amount of hr. Second they only allow 20kg per bag and not willing to combine the kg between carry on and checking.. and the answer for the manager "go to hudson news and buy a new bag and pay for it or you can just travel" then i found out that they dont bring no even water.. just imagine to be on airplane for 8 hr without even drinking water because they want you to pay for everything.. i would surprise me for them to ask me for money to use the bathroom. We all know what airlines bring for food and i dont think it was worth to pay $50 dollar for that food.. i have travel to barcelona and all euro plenty time and use tap portugal, kml, delta, airfrance, and so far this is the worst airline you will ever pick.. third seats are very unconfortible and have not enough space for such a long trip. Every time you call customer service to even ask a question they are they dont care.. i would love my money back.. i usually dont write review about thing but i said to myself i have to let people know so they aware of what they will be getting into.. so litteraly i end up paying 600 plus everything else i use on this airline.. what this people do is an abuse.. i asked for water and theh told my ticket didnt include water and i had to pay for it.. no even a glass.. i would understand if it was a short flight for few hrs.. but imagine 8 hr when at the airport dont allow you to bring any liquid.."
Nevýhody: "I think they make the plane extra cold just to sell you the blanket. That, on top of the worst check in and security lines I've experience in my life plus middle seat plus 1 hour wait on the tarmac at JFK after landing made this a pretty miserable trip."

Two adults sat in the seats we paid for. When we landed we sat on the plane for a half hour till they brought the stairs out. We took the same size plane both outbound and inbound yet on our return flight all of a sudden we had ti pay for one of our bags, exact same luggage as our departure flight including the same size plane"

Nevýhody: "My fiancé and I paid for meals and things were highly unorganized during the flight. The flight attendants were going through aisles asking everyone if they ordered a meal, and serving them after by checking a paper list. So we got our first meal and weren't even offered our second meal. I thought that the second meal might had been an option while on the plane. We landed hungry and bought food during our layover, which is when I found out through my sister that the second meal was included in our meal plan (she was sitting in another row). Also, our flight was delayed and we weren't receiving any notifications, updates or explanation why. It was not until 5 minutes prior to boarding that the agents told everybody that we will be able to board soon."

Nevýhody: "Booked through kayak and picked a Norwegian flight in a 787-9 Dreamliner. Got to the airport and with zero notification whatsoever prior (I've checked my email looking for anything) and got onto a plane from a company called Wamos. I booked my flight expecting entertainment, charging points, wifi and a certain type of new comfortable plane provided by Norwegian Airlines. Not an A330 with zero entertainment , no charging points, no ambiance available in the Dreamliner planes, no wifi, was told right before boarding the entertainment would be available only with the Wamos app (pronounced Vamos so that's what I was searching for) on a quick announcement before calling my boarding group and as I asked what app it was again from the gate attendants no one had any idea what it was because they are probably Norwegian employees, not Wamos employees. I don't understand how it would be legal to be this misleading with a booking."
