Nevýhody: "USB charging didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t connect. Food was horrible. Cheap pasta. Flight attendants are just German, no warmth or connection, they just gave orders like we were employees. Will try to avoid Lufthansa in future if possible"

When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

Aegean needs to bring back hot meals and drink offer as before COVID!

No alcohol on the plane anymore. A glass of wine back in the day would make the flight much more enjoyable

Quality of the food is poor. No wine served on the board anymore.

Výhody: "Crew was ok. Cabin was super hot and they never answered call bell for us to ask for water and to cool down cabin. While doing pre departure and pre landing safety checks . Flight attendant never caught fact that person in isle seat was blocking our row ( I was on window seat) with a huge back pack . Poor safety and cabin service by flight attendants ! U satisfactory ! And Very unsafe !!"

What should have been a 2.5 hour trip ended up taking us 10 hours and we spent an entire day of our vacation waiting around in airports. Needless to say, this was the lowest point of our trip. In addition, there was virtually no information or updates provided at Mykonos airport. The flight information on the monitors was incorrect and there were no announcements made. We had to exit the security area and walk over to Aegean Air desk in order to find out what was going on. This lack of information caused us additional delays as we sat in the airport waiting for an update. Aegean Air handed us a sheet saying that their service fell below the standard and that we were entitled to free flights, but we won't be able to use them as we were only in Greece for a limited time (on our honeymoon). It would be terrific if Kayak could get our flights refunded by Aegean Air. Thank you."

Výhody: "Need to change flight to later date. Employee was rude and resold me wrong ticket and I lost my flight. Stuck in airport all day was forced to pay for a second flight from another airline to go home. No ticket was given to me."

Nevýhody: "Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."
Nevýhody: "You sold wrong tickets to customers. I booked economy tickets but I got Econony lite ticket. Had to pay extra charges. You shouldn’t make money to sell lower class tickets as regular."

Other airlines (Vueling, Air Europa) checked same bag as courtely, did not charge. First and last time flying Austrian."

Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

Plus, my back was killing me by the end of the short flight- and the long flight from Europe to the US was hard. It was pretty much knocking elbows with the passenger next to me when eating. And mind you- no passenger in my row as any larger than the average person. The seat recline was fine and marginally helpful in relieving back strain- except it did put you in the lap of the passenger behind you. The passenger across the aisle from me shoved the seat in front of her and told the passenger in front of her he could NOT recline. The passenger next to her (I assume her husband) joined in with the shoving. I finally felt a need to intervene and calm them down as it began to escalate- and I did want the flight to continue. Note- while I think the passengers shoving the seat were a bit rude- the crowded nature of the seating with the recline was hard, so I understand. But the person in front had a reason (and a NEED given the discomfort) to lean his seat back. The seats were simply too uncomfortable to keep them upright. I helped them find a recline for both passengers that was reasonably okay. I also tried to get my recline somewhere between comfortable for me (impossible) and reasonable in space for the person behind me, This is an airline problem. And when people wonder about the rise in passenger rage... this cramming in is it. I had to use Austrian because of a last minute need to book a flight- given the inability to relax even a little and the residual back and leg pain ... thus my ability to immediately jump into work during a busy work and travel schedule means that I will definitely not take this airline again. If you are shorter than 5' 5 and weigh about 100 lbs- this might be okay. Otherwise, expect to be a lot of rats shoved in a cage."

Prague to Warsaw and transfer was great - excellent boarding, no delays at airports. Horrible experience was in Toronto Pearson airport at arrival - brutal lines, terrible organization of additional PCR selective mandatory testing - very bad in Canada comparing to other international travels of mine. Border control: HUGE line, only one official Security check: rude and unapologetic; literally tried to open a sealed bag purchased at duty-free Airport (Warsaw): no crowd/mask control. A special form needs to be filled on paper for boarding, despite having filled a similar form online. As a result, a crowd of people (full flight on a 787 Dreamliner) gathered to board the plane, all swarming around the boarding counter, trying to get their forms to fill in. Again, no crowd control and/or attempts to distribute the forms.

My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."

The girl at the baggage counter called Pegasus and they told her the amount. When I got back to the baggage counter, the man there started checking my bags then the supervisor started yelling at me and him, because of a "miscommunication" between the other girl and Pegasus. I heard the other girl explain, and it was no communication. The supervisor as she called herself was extremely rude and short tempered with EVERYONE. Plus, they wanted to charge me 215 dollars for one extra bag. Really? I finally took a few things out and got away with under 90 dollars from the 20 dollars they were going to charge me before. I would have been happy to book with another airline that would have easily come under that price, and I barely got to my gate on time. I booked with Turkish air prior and it was 200 dollars round trip and I was very happy. My bags and food were free. When I got to Turkey to change flights, we had to get off the plane we were on and get on another, and my flight was over two hours delayed. We had to stay at the gate, and so I couldn't buy food at the airport. I would have gotten to Frankfurt at two so the small breakfast I had would have been ok, and now I had to buy food on the plane because I had planned also to meet a friend for dinner outside of Frankfurt before another flight (actually the entire reason I was flying with Pegasus in the first place) and now I wouldn't make it. Can you imagine spending all that money plus a hotel and the entire reason you went is just gone and you have to deal with all of this? So I go to buy food on the plane and I'm told my credit card doesn't work. The funny thing is, previously I checked my bags with the same credit card, and afterwards I rented a car and hotel with the same card. I knew my credit card worked. I made her try it again and nothing. So I just had to live on the small amount of yogurt I had had that morning. There was no apologies or anything for everything we went through except when my credit card wouldn't work the flight attendant gave me some coffee for free. I'm not a complainer and actually travel quite a bit (I've been traveling for 3.5 months straight all over europe and the middle east). This has been the only negative experience I've had. I truly believe that Pegasus does not care about keeping customers. I really feel like I've been treated like dirt, and that I was tricked into booking with them. I've always booked with Kayak and will continue to, but I would reconsider working with Pegasus if I were you. The other discounters like Ryanair are just fine. But this experience made me extremely angry and I will never book with Pegasus again."
