Nevýhody: "The airline ran out of meal choices before reaching row 5 of the economy class. Seat armrest were locked in place and did not pivot up to allow using the adjacent empty seat. The boarding was tedious and slow. Airline officials did not board according to zone numbers printed on the boarding pass."

Landed in LA just in time for the rush hour traffic.(4:00pm) We sat at the gate in Hong Kong for over two hours, fully loaded waiting for clearance to take off. Crew did get water for folks. As a diabetic I had brought some snacks just in case. They don't care any diet drinks and after my meal was over they brought a coke zero. You better be satisfied with water, booze, coffee or hot tea The next flight was late so we didn't miss it."

Muffin for breakfast was mediocre as well -tv was good, but touch screen sometimes doesn't work."

Nevýhody: "My complaints go to something not directly linked to the flight crew. 1. When boarding, I like to see when passengers are called in groups relating to distant seats in the plane such that they do not step over each other during luggage placement. That is more comfortable than let the crowd enter randomly. 2. I notice people enter the cabin with 2, even 3 pieces of luggage. Even though each one has proper dimensions, they overload the overhead compartments and it is hard for everybody to place his/her belongings in a suitable way. 3. The rows in the airplane seems to have gotten closer ti each other. It is not the airlines fault, except perhaps when choosing whose airplanes to buy...but again, there are only two major contenders in that segment. For overseas flights, it is pretty uncomfy. 4. Lastly, unboarding the plane could also be performed (enforced by the crew) to be in a more civil fashion rather than haveing5 a stampedo - again calling separate grouos of rows in the name of fairness, or simply vacating it row by row from the front to back."

Nevýhody: "Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

Nevýhody: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

Výhody: "After departing the cluster fk that is O'Hare airport it's such a pleasure to interact with Vienna and Austrian Air. I had 'only' an hour to make the connection, and yet all, that is all, formalities took no more than 10 minutes. I had plenty of time to spare. Waiting area at the gate had plenty of seating and the staff was professional and courteous. We had to gate check bags as the plane was a regional turboprop, but everything went very smoothly."

Nevýhody: "Aircraft was older 777 and lavatories weren't very clean. Upon landing in Vienna, my mobility walker (tagged to be brought up to me at jetway) was sent to my connecting flight to Sophia. The flight crew refused to intercept it and have it brought up to me at the aircraft. To make matters much, much worse, the flight crew eventually gave up and left, leaving me LOCKED inside the jetway for over 30 minutes after calling for a wheelchair. The replentishment crew refused to let me out of the locked jetway. Only after the wheelchair arrived was I let out of the locked jetway. I was taken to the Austrian Airlines service center where I lodged a formal complaint. Supervisor/Rene refused to upgrade my seat in any fashion to compensate for my distress. He did, however, arrange for me to given access to the VIP lounge and then taken to my VIE-SOF gate. Had I had a shorter layover, I would have missed my connecting flight."

Výhody: "Captain Schmidt greeting boarders. Spotless interior. Cheerful in flight staff. On time. Pleasant in flight refreshments. Smooth transitions through each phase of the flight. Prompt baggage delivery. I will always go out of my way to use Austrian Airlines."

Nevýhody: "boarding at Tel Aviv was terrible. Specifically a staff member name Michelle was unprofessional and did not care much about passengers who waited for hours at the Group line because there was no indication that it is a group line. No one from the airliner bothered to explain or advise the passengers who were waiting and after more tan hour waiting when they eventually got to the head of the line they were told to go and stand in other lines. This was insane Long waiting times confusion Flight was late hence almost missed connection"

Nevýhody: "At 11h30 of 14/9 we (HOANG MINH CHAU and NGUYEN SI THANH) were standing at the ticket counter in Vienna and we could not check in due to no payment yet for the ticket and so the reservation has been cancelled. Due to this reason we had have to buy new tickets at the airport ticketing counter. So please sort out your problem with the airline and get back to me. From my bank the payment has been done yet to you. We had have double pay for one trip."

Nevýhody: "Surprised to find out that there was no rock/metal playlist available within music menu, considering that Finnish artists/bands are famous worldwide and very proficient in this genre."

Výhody: "Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company"
Nevýhody: "Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink."

Výhody: "Free movies, TV shows, ok seats (but hey, it's a plane), great meals and service, and a pillow, blanket and water for each person. I really enjoyed both flights with Finnair and would gladly pick them again!"

Nevýhody: "Website is very poor and ended up making booking through call centre and paying double what website was offering. Food & drink is expensive. In flight wi-fi expensive."

Nevýhody: "The flight from Helsinki arrived 2 hours late to JFK due to mechanical reasons causing some passengers miss their connectiing flights, which is quite normal in airline practice. What was not normal and supper aggravating was the fact that nobody met us at the gate to help us rebook our missed flights. We had to find an AA agent in the departure area and stand in line with other passengers who were checking in to their flight to Jordan. There was no customer service what so ever provided by Finnair."

Nevýhody: "Finnair had the worst leg room I've ever had in 50 years of traveling. It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!"

American Airlines customer service at JFK was horrendous, resulting in several passengers missing their flight. (I was there if 4 hours to spare, but had to wait 1hr+ to have my birthdate changed in the system.)"

Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."

Nevýhody: "multiple incorrect a/c notices by email containing incorrect information. Started with the confirmation of the original flight booking. It had the origin and destination mixed up but had the correct cities. That's impossible with the corresponding flight #'s. Called AC, they said; oh well. Then multiple notices in email of changes to times of depart/arrival/gates. Showing these email changes to A/ C Gate Staff, they said each of those 8 notices for departures or return flights was wrong info and they concluded; "oh well". They don't care, and they weren't interested in reporting the errors to IT people."

Výhody: "They were quick to bring meals and snacks. Friendly and accommodating flight crew."
Nevýhody: "For a 9 hour flight, I would have preferred a heads up that there is no in-flight entertainment and you need to have a charged device of your own with the Air Canada app pre-installed. And if you didn't get that memo and you have an Apple device, you're out of luck. Otherwise you can rent an iPad for $10. The chairs were thin and flimsy making it difficult to sleep. And unfortunately we got a "window seat" that did not have a window. It was very disappointing."

My bag was purchased a month ago and I made sure it met all major airline specs so when she immediately told me I'd have to check it, I told her it would fit no problem in her little mold. She insisted that it would not and I'd have to PAY to check it. I picked it up and easily popped it into the mould but my zipper snagged on the way in and she said that I was not allowed to "force" it in. I then easily lifted it in and out twice without the zipper snagging. Then she insisted that I weigh it. 22lbs is not much at all so I figured I might get caught here but to my surprise I was only at 23lbs. So she immediately said I would have to pay because I was over weight.... BY 1 LB! So I opened my bag and took out bag of carrots and put it back on the scale. She was so pissed that she couldn't charge me anything that she never made eye contact for the rest of the process. She then said that because I had my cat with me I could not sit in the row I had booked because it was an exit row. I insisted that it was not an exit row as I had just flown on the plane four days earlier with my cat in the same seat. She refused and moved me to a row with less leg room despite my having paid for the upgraded seat (I'm 6'4"). Upon boarding, I confirmed with the flight attendant that my original row was NOT an exit row. It was behind the exit row and there are no restrictions for that. One terrible staff member is all it takes to ruin a flight. Air Canada Rouge also happens to be a soda can with wings so that doesn't help."

No individual movie screens, had to use your own mobile device and earphones or pay $10 to use an ipad provided by the plane to access in-flight network. Overall very disappointing service. Expected much more from Air Canada."

After being told that this is apparently the normal experience for Air Canada, I don't see myself booking again anytime soon."

In Delhi, the Ethiopian Airlines people assured me that it could be worked out in Addis, and that they could change my final destination to get me where I needed to go. However, in Addis, the employees were rude and did not even read the email that the Delhi people sent them. They would not do anything except send me to Abidjan the following day, which was useless since I already had to be in the US by then. The level of service is incredibly poor and disorganized, with many people having to wait for hours to even talk to someone and no information about what needs to be done. In the end, i had to purchase a new ticket to get to my destination. Had I known this was the case in Delhi, and that i would have to purchase a new ticket, I would have done so in Delhi rather than waiting all night and going to Addis. I fly very often and this is both the worse experience and service I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and they weren’t even able to get me to my destination."

I have to wait till they all got settled. Only when them to start the service they were able to give me some water. I was really thirsty otherwise, I wouldn't have to ask for three members. I think it's important that they respond more promptly and do a quick service considering the long flight we have."
