The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

Deplaning by row groups due to covid was a joke - we were then crammed into a bus to the Munich intl terminal. Wifi did not work at all on the 9 hr flight.

When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

Nevýhody: "With Kayak I booked Tel Aviv to Malta with 1 hour stop in Athens. The first flight was delayed by an hour hence making me lose my second flight. Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

The service of drinks and refreshments had to stop for some minor turbulence (I've had much worse where service was uninterrupted). We had to wait until 30 minutes before landing to be served food. It wasn't clear if this was the company's way of apologizing for the interruption of service. They served us a full course dinner with baked pasta with cheese and beef at 4am. I found that to be quite random, disorienting and inappropriate. There was no entertainment options provided on flight"

Nevýhody: "At the ticket counter, there was a very rude woman that gave misleading information. We asked if there was an earlier flight we could take and she said no. Then while waiting for our flight, we realized that was not true. There was one an hour and half before ours. She was very curt and practically threw our passports at us. She must have had a terrible day, month, or year. Aegean tic\kety personnel are usual;ly nice and helpful."

In addition, there was virtually no information or updates provided at Mykonos airport. The flight information on the monitors was incorrect and there were no announcements made. We had to exit the security area and walk over to Aegean Air desk in order to find out what was going on. This lack of information caused us additional delays as we sat in the airport waiting for an update. Aegean Air handed us a sheet saying that their service fell below the standard and that we were entitled to free flights, but we won't be able to use them as we were only in Greece for a limited time (on our honeymoon). It would be terrific if Kayak could get our flights refunded by Aegean Air. Thank you."

Nevýhody: "I missed the flight because I was provided an incorrect departure time in the booking confirmation. I was not provided any indication of the departure time change and had to pay 129$ changing fee. Never booking through this website again."

Nevýhody: "We lost a day and all the expenses such as tours, hotels, etc. that we payed before and nothing was covered by the airline, we were just offered to get our money back from the flight but they never gave us a solution. Some of the people in AEGEAN airlines were extremely rude and had no empathy for us, it was an awful day!!! because we had no sleep cause we where there at 2 am in the morning cause the flight was at 5:15 and we did that because we wanted to be for the whole day in santorini so you can imagine how frustrating and upset we were, they just gave us a snak for 6.50 Euro and 10 hours later We literalaly had to figth for our Food, We will apriciate if youu can do something about it or get us a refound, we where 3 people: ana Marrufo, Estefani Escoffie and pamela Ramayo"

Prague to Warsaw and transfer was great - excellent boarding, no delays at airports. Horrible experience was in Toronto Pearson airport at arrival - brutal lines, terrible organization of additional PCR selective mandatory testing - very bad in Canada comparing to other international travels of mine. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."

I had heard so many negative things about LOT Airlines, but I loved the cabin crew who were extremely courteous, and the food served was pretty good (dinner and breakfast since it was an overnight flight). The entertainment was pretty good as well; they even had some Oscar nominations like Dunkirk and Shape of Water available to watch. Overall, I was very pleased with my flight experience."
Nevýhody: "The only thing that I was not a fan of, but which didn't bother me that much/didn't affect me that much, was that we departed from JFK in NYC *an hour late* because we boarded so late. For some people, this caused an issue with their connection in Warsaw, but for me, I luckily had a four hour layover. Still, an hour is pretty bad in terms of departure."
Nevýhody: "I didn't like that there was no Wifi, the seats were a bit small, and the connecting flight to moscow was only about 40 mins from the arrival, and we were delayed and I missed my connection. They should not plan connections this close."

Výhody: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Nevýhody: "I travel internationally regularly on business. Lot Airlines was hands down the worst airline I have ever flown with. They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."
