Výhody: "It was a normal flight with any extra confortable feature."

Výhody: "Crew was great, food was great, timing was great! (Got to LAX about 45min prior to scheduled arrival), however seats are very narrow!! Good enough for a short (2-5 hour) flight but definitely not for a transatlantic one!"

Výhody: "The seat was much better than other airlines' economy seats. Great food and lots of it. Excellent attendants. Zurich is the best planned airport for changing to next flight. I'm going to try to use Swiss as often as I can."

Výhody: "The flight ,food entertainment was very good. But I don't understand the SWISS airline logic. When I did the check in in Prague and got my boarding pass the told me that the system picked me to have the additional random checkup at Zurich airport. Its ok. If it’s done for security reason why to tell the people ahead of time that they will have additional checkup of bags and personal stuff. If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."

Výhody: "Relaxing and graceful service Pleasant flight attendants the crew greeting you as you embark as well as when DS in barking restrooms clean floors clean The flight was very enjoyable this was my second time flying with Swiss air and it was just as enjoyable cannot put in any complaints I give you five stars No complaints it was excellently although it was a short flight from Budapest to Zürich but it was good and the flight from Zürich to JFK New York was excellent my first name is Ibolya"

Nevýhody: "The flight was 1:20 hours delay so it arrived at midnight to Vienna. Even they refused to accept all the cabin bags on board. Very disspointed with Swiss. I’m flying twice time a week and I never experience so frustating experience like Swiss Air"

Výhody: "The next best thing to the hard-working and kind crew was the lighting design. Meals were OK, and I was delighted that the vegan meals I ordered for my travel companion were right there as ordered. Not a common occurrence of late, I’m afraid, so I congratulate Swiss one getting this one right."
Nevýhody: "Legroom is non-existent. This was by far the most uncomfortable aircraft I have ever flown on, with the possible exception of an Ilyushin 62 operated by Tarom in 1983. I felt bad for the man in front of me, with my knees in his back. That is, until he reclined his seat and put my video screen in my face. Not much to watch anyway, but it was impossible to lean forward at all. Boarding at JFK was rather chaotic."

Výhody: "Everything!! This airline is a huge breath of fresh (old?) air. It reminded me of how air travel used to be. No baggage charge - we only checked one bag. There was plenty of great food and drink - alcoholic drinks were free. We will definitely look to use SwissAir whenever possible."

Yo ley las condiciones de mi pasaje y me daba exactamente esto que tenia derecho a las maletas. Grande falla de ustedes. ya no comprare mas con su compania K"

Výhody: "I appreciated the big meal, dinner, about 2 hours into the flight. Nice to have real metal utensils, not plasticware, to eat with. The 'breakfast' for the overnight flight was more of a throwaway: muffin, granola bar, fresh fruit cup. Nice to get wine, or maybe beer(?), with dinner at no extra charge, served from regular wine bottles, not individual-serving containers."
Nevýhody: "$35 per flight leg (Lufthansa policy) to choose seats was distinctly annoying. I didn't know when I booked the flights, so the surprise $70 add-in (for round trip definitely would have figured into the price/schedule choice in the first place."

Nevýhody: "Boarding was a mess, late as usual and with no organization of any sort. Terminal E in Zurich has no air conditioning, so you wait in heat and no air. Also who came up with the design to put toilets upstairs where you ave to go using small and crowded hallways."

Nevýhody: "Flight attendants blocked the aisle cleaning after meal service. The line of more than 10 people formed in the aisle trying to go to the lavatories, and the flight attendants would not move even after repeated requests by a parent who had a two year old needing to go. The lavatories were vacant at the time. Why can't they clear out and let people pass through. Never seen this type unaccommodating behavior."

Nevýhody: "The seats are so narrow and uncomfortable! The overnight flight from Boston to Zurich was the most uncomfortable flight I've ever experienced. There is no legroom. And the seats are incredibly narrow. When the person in front of me had their seat reclining I had even less room. Horrible. The only reason the flight from Zurich to Boston wasn't quite as bad was because I was able to get the seat by the exit aisle with extra legroom. The food was terrible. It didn't taste like real food. It looked and tasted totally artificial. Overall, a very poor experience."

Lufthansa was the one that scheduled two of my flights so close together, not letting people with connection flights to un-board first is completely counterproductive. Most other airlines let people with connecting flights unboard first."

Nevýhody: "Lufthansa cancelled my flight on November 23rd a few hours prior to departures because their pilots went on a strike. When I called and asked if they would rebook me the lady on the phone said that she could rebook for a trip that had two layovers from 2pm(Prague time) to 8:30pm(NYC time) for the 24th of November (thanksgiving). When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

Výhody: "I like the friendly crew. They give refreshments at no charge on a 40 minute flight and get it done in time."

The desk agent at check-in wouldn't check my second bag and didn't know how much the fee even was for the second bag. She was not exactly pleasant, which might have been because it was 430 in the morning but still. I just ended up carrying on two pretty big bags. The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

After calling the 3rd party (kiwi) that kayak sold the ticket through, they were extremely unhelpful and could not accommodate me at all to try to get me on a flight to make my work obligation. Needless to say I missed the meeti"

Nevýhody: "There was nothing about the trip to like. I still have not made it to Agadir. The flight in Denver was delayed two hours, causing my family to miss all connections. This I turn required me to fork out $1000 additional to make it to my final destination."

Nevýhody: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed"

Nevýhody: "the flight was extremely late leaving Palermo which made my wife and I mis-connect in Rome. This was unacceptable since there were no weather issues. The plane was just a few minutes late arriving into Palermo, but it was extremely late leaving for Rome. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get the plane boarded. People were boarding the plane up to 45 minutes after the plane should have departed. I will try to plan better and use Ryanair in the future."

Nevýhody: "two adults one infant 3 piece of luggage is $140 euro. So infant bag is $70 euro where as adult is $35. We deserve $35 euro refund."

Nevýhody: "It was an awful experience. They lied to us that the connection flight from Barcelona to Tel Aviv was canceled and therefore we must stay at Granada. They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all of the hotels there are full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

Nevýhody: "Was one of the worst flights I’ve ever taken. No information, no updates, no announcements until 15 minutes after flight was supposed to leave. No ground staff apart from one lady who worked for the airport who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Nevýhody: "The plane arrived 12 minutes after we were supposed to have left. While a delayed flight isn't uncommon these days, there's usually at least an attempt at communicating that to the passengers. No such luck this time - we were all simply waiting and wondering."

Nevýhody: "Did not receive email on Having to print tickets beforehans and had to pay in insane fee plus another fee for 1kg overage on my luggage. By far the worst airline!"

Nevýhody: "Waiting for check in look about 50 minutes. When I got to the front I was 1kg over the allowed 20kg and had to leave to pay £11 at another counter and come back to check in. Note the allowance on other airlines are 23kg. Security screened my hand luggage twice. The reason was that the chargers for the camera, laptop, phone, etc was 'too dense in the bag' and had to be done seperately. This took about 25minutes. I am glad I arrived at the airport two hours before take off because by the time I checked in and passed security, there was just enough time to buy food and walk to the boarding gate. The flight itself was noisy. People played music and danced in the aisle, the cabin crew just left it and did not serve the middle of the plane. But the party goers brought their own drink on board and kept going."

Nevýhody: "the gate change many times, no information about the flight , no answers, many problems with the cases of the people, I hate rian air."

Výhody: "All boarded easily and managed to take off a little early from PIK which also meant landed early in IBZ. No probs on the flight."
Nevýhody: "Had to dust off seats of spilled Pringles from previous flight. And floor was covered and hadn’t been hoovered or even a dustpan. No biggie but wasn’t as clean as it could have been."

Výhody: "Quick flight, friendly staff and pilot deserves credit for taking off in horrible weather conditions"
Nevýhody: "No fault of the staff but we were an hour late boarding and I missed my connecting bus"

Výhody: "Staff at Dublin and on board very helpful we were traveling with a two year old and they were great help. Flight good and arrived on time all round good experience"

Nevýhody: "The flight was not so much Ryanair as Liverpoolair. There were hen & possibly stag parties on board who had obviously had a lot to drink , were very noisy including when the safety procedures were being announced & the crew had to constantly deal with passengers who would not obey instructions."

Nevýhody: "The staff was rude and took every opportunity to scam more money out of the passengers. I will never recommend Ryanair to anyone. Never have I been so disappointed in a travel experience. I'd rather be dragged off a United plane than ride Ryanair again."

Nevýhody: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."

Výhody: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."

I recon whats not there doesn't have to be inspected preflight. I love these things. The app works just fine for boarding. Loved the priority boarding too. I'm always happy to get on a 737. And tired of seeing companies get the airbusses."

Not really a big deal tho.. oh and 2 gate changes... gate 10 to 15 and then 10 again... again not something isn't out of the ordinary when you fly any airline out of a busy airport... security que took ages too ;)"
