No help from Iberia at all in terms of providing any assistance like a shuttle bus, quick passage thru passport or security. And they were nonchalant in terms of “if you miss your connecting flight, it’s your problem...”. Come on, we paid $4,500 for 3 tickets, and deserve better customer service than this, specially when you changed the flight schedule for your operational reasons!"

With advance notice, they were unable to provide a meal that would not contain bell peppers, to which I am allergic. On the plane, both meal options contained bell peppers. Surprisingly, the ingredient lists were not available to flight attendants or passengers, and we were only aware of their presence because of seeing them, or having my allergic reaction (which I did) after avoiding the visible ones. The passenger in front of me put his seat in full recline for the entire 10 hour flight, including about 30 minutes when the seat was unoccupied. This put his seat about six inches in front of my chin and made it impossible for me to view the entertainment screen. It also made it difficult to get into and out of my seat. Several of the toilets had clear fluid covering the floor. I did not want to know is this was water or something else. Although our connecting flight in Miami went from gate E21 to gate E30, it took two hours (and 3,000 steps per FitBit) to get there because of being required to claim our luggage, leave security, recheck the bags, and then re-enter security. Our tickets did not provide for TSA-PRE despite having provided our known traveler number in advance. Many notices and directions were only available in Spanish. As they are based in a Spanish speaking country, this is perfectly reasonable, but their services are marketed to English speaking countries and it was a problem for me as a predominantly English-only speaker."

Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time online or on the phone. Even in the 3rd row it was difficult to fit my thigh length in the seat pitch. I had to sit with my legs splayed and with one leg in the aisle. My leg was constantly hit by luggage, pax, and cabin crew. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. With the short seat pitch emergency evacuation would be very difficult for me and the other pax. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years."

When I went to check-in, I had a window, not aisle and was positioned at the very back of the plane. I requested a refund on the phone and that wasn't allowed so I tweeted (as they adverstise) and now filled a claim. Still no response."

A child aged around 5 years old clearly unattended by parents throughout the entire 9 1/2 hour flight to Chicago was not only being disruptive but his behavior could have placed him in danger. From banging the table shut successively against the chair, to walking on top of the seat and placing his hands in the monitor behind him not allowing me to see my screen. Furthermore, his feet and legs dangled and kicked the person immediately next to him across the aisle, creating a dangerous environment for himself and for others as he could have gotten hurt from somebody or a cart passing through. I proceeded to express my concern for the child's safety and the flight attendant expressed these matters are delicate and refused to engage the parent in any type of conversation. This child's screams and incessant yelling lasted the entirety of my flight, hindering ANYBODY from sleeping or watching their entertainment without interruption. Hopefully in the future when faced with not only an extremely disruptive family but a clinically uneasy child, flight attendants will make an effort to at least announce the importance of respecting other people's flight experience. Needless to say this is the very last time I ever fly Iberia. This matter was not only brought to the crew's attention once but three times by three different people."

Schiphol airport needs to get their stuff together. I had to wait one hour at the passport control for EU national ID members, not the international one that they were waiting for 4 hours, and the baggage claim had an other hour on top of delays. That is insane, trying to exit the airport, at this point just let me get my own bag from the luggage compartment.

I reached the gate at 6:10 for a 6:15 loading open. During check-in the attendant told me the boarding gate had changed and suggested a paper boarding pass scanned better than one on a tablet or phone. She printed me a new one, but it still had the old gate number on it. Had the flight been offered for the next day too, I would have rested another day in Amsterdam from my transatlantic flight."

I had to go to the information desk to find out where your check-in staff was - which is quite frustrating for a person who travels as much as I do. This should be easy, right? The trains in Paris are under construction during the summer. The whole transport system is screwed up (also lack of signs as to where to actually catch your train). So you're ALREADY stressed about catching your flight, and when you show up at the airport the check-in terminal (where is appears Transavia is located) is EMPTY?! That is RIDICULOUS. I am NOT a tourist. I LIVE & WORK all over Europe as an artist. I don't appreciate this sick twisted pleasure that some Europeans have in seeing confused tourists rush around like chickens with their heads cut off when their own infrastructure breaks down...because it DOESN'T JUST AFFECT THE TOURISTS! It's not cool. It's sadistic & a really crappy way to treat people who are just trying to appreciate and learn about your culture while supporting your economy while they're at it. A little bit of consideration goes a LONG way. And when it's severely lacking, as it was in this case, it makes me want to take my business & creative projects elsewhere. You have a whole Transavian UTOPIA one floor down from the main level. How about a few big TRANSAVIA SIGNS saying "ONE LEVEL DOWN" that tell people where to go instead of making everyone confused and mad when they're already in a rush to catch their plane?! How about a little empathy - seeing travel from the perspective of the TRAVELER? Just saying."

This was not possible, and not only was I charged over $70 to check my carry on bag, the man at the gate so so rude, he didn't seen to even want to take my money. He ignored me while I tried to figure out what I could do. Very disappointing, and what a low way to rip of your customers."

Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."

The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."
