It wasn’t communicated that on the layover, we needed to again have our documents checked so after waiting in long line to board, we were sent back to another documents check line and then back to the long boarding line. It wasn’t a big deal but something to mention. Once on board the crew was phenomenal. Very friendly and constantly working and serving. I don’t think they got a moments rest during the 10+ hour flight. Best service on a flight in years….hands down above & beyond Delta airlines where I have my miles awards membership. Very pleased with Swiss Air.

Nevýhody: "We didn't fly to Zurich. Instead, we flew from Berlin to Frankfurt to San Francisco to San Diego. Although the alternate airlines did a fine job and we had nice flights thanks to them, we only found out about the change when we arrived at the airport and it caused us multiple inconveniences throughout the day. Our flight from Berlin to Zurich was scheduled to board at 9am, so we left our accommodations at 6:30am so we could arrive at the airport around 7am. It was a rushed, hectic morning and we stayed up late preparing for it the best we could. When we arrived and found out our flight was canceled, we learned our new flight wouldn't board until 11am. So we rushed for no reason and had to spend a considerable amount of extra time at the airport that we could have spent enjoying coffee one last time at a local cafe or something. We planned to fly straight from Zurich to San Diego so we could participate in an interview for our Global entry application (which you can only do when arriving in the US from an international flight). Because we had a brief layover in San Francisco instead, we had no time for this and were unable to do the interview when we arrived in San Diego because it was a domestic flight. The change also caused issues with our luggage. We're not used to checking bags when we fly OR flying internationally with layovers in the US, so we asked the agent at the Swiss desk in Berlin how it would would with both of those aspects in our travel with the itinerary changes. The agent told us our luggage would follow us all the way to San Diego and we didn't have to worry about it. However, we learned once we got to San Diego that our bags were left in San Francisco because apparently we were supposed to pick them up and recheck them, but we had no idea. It was a huge bummer and we wish we would have had more control over our itinerary that day. People book certain flights for certain reasons and need to have a say when their flights need to change."

He calmed me down and drove me to the correct gate, talking the agent there to make sure it was the right one before he left me there. I wish I had time to get his name because he was very kind and helpful and I don't know what I would have done without him - wouldn't have made the flight, that's for sure. (He was in vicinity of gates F 3 - 13 on Sunday June 11 approximately 5:15 - 5:30pm Vienna time, if anyone wants to know)"
Nevýhody: "Our flight was delayed almost one hour. Even though I had only one hour between flights, I was told (in Split) that all flights would be delayed, so no worries. On the plane, they gave information for some flights; for the rest of us they just said, go to your gate (for connecting flight) as quickly as possible. Flight landed at 5:05pm. When I walked out of plane (I was using a cane; recovering from broken ankle so have some trouble walking distances), there was no board with flight info, just immigration. Finally I saw a flight board, and had 10-15 minutes walk still. Also, signage wasn't great. I called after an Austrian Airline flight attendant who was also leaving, but she never heard me. Finally I found the right direction, still had security to go through. I was running with the cane (not good for my ankle). Essentially there was no help. Until a man driiving one of those carts helped me - I write about him above in what I liked about the flight."

I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

Thus, sleep is totally impossible on this aircraft. The sinks in the bathrooms also need to be deeper and need to drain more quickly."

This made it hard to sleep or relax on the flight. He was disruptive to everyone in the whole cabin. I tried to be patient, as it was a child, but when the child started climbing the seats of the row and kicking his legs in the aisle, I had to act. Not only was the child a hazard to the well being of the passengers of the flight, but he could have hurt himself. His parents did not seem to act on his behavior and did not speak my language so I was forced to approach the flight attendant in my cabin. I told the attendant, “N. Cara” as her name tag stated, how concerned I was with the child’s safety and how he was disrupting the flight experience of all the passengers on the flight. She was disgruntled as I was the third passenger to approach her. Instead of acting on the situation, she scolded me. In a rude and derogatory tone, she yelled at me claiming she couldn’t do anything and I should just move to a different seat. She yelled so loud she attracted the attention of all the passengers around. I am shocked and disappointed with the treatment and customer service I received from the crew on this flight. Furthermore, I recommend that the airline should ensure that their employees are competent enough to deal with situations where passenger’s safety are at risk. The fact that the crew member did not attempt to approach the child’s mother or address the situation at all was appalling. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to address disturbances or safety precautions on a flight. I do not think I was treated well on this flight and I am very unhappy with the services I received and paid a great amount of money for. I believe I should be compensated for the mistreatment I endured. This may have been the worst flight I have ever had and I do not plan on choosing Iberia Airlines ever again due to this experience."

We have traveled around the world for the past 45 years and had never encountered an airline that did not even offer its customers complementary glasses of water. I felt that we had been taking advantage of at the gate. I had never been on any airline where they would not give a glass of water that was not paid for. I have never been on an airline with such little class. Some of my family members are planning to visit Prague in the spring. I will tell them and everyone else I know to avoid flying with your airline.We felt that we were robbed at the gate and taking advantage. We are thinking of hosting our daughter's wedding next praying in Prague. We are expecting 80 to 100 guests to come to that wedding. If our daughter decides to have her wedding in Prague, we will be telling all of those potential customers to fly air France or some American airline and to avoid the Czech airline. He then told us that we had booked Economy Lite, which apparently meant that we were only allowed a carry on bag and no personal item. He said we would have to pay $35 euro apiece to check our suitcases so we could carry our personal item on. We had booked regular economy class through Kayak, and nothing was said by either Kayak or Czech Airlines about Economy Lite or bag limits. We then went up to the gate to talk with an agent about the lack of notice and to request that they waive the fee. They refused and told us to take it up with Kayak. (I agree that Kayak is responsible for not making us aware of this.) We then asked what it would have cost us to check the bags in advance and they said 25 euro. We asked if they would agree to charge us that instead of 35 euro. They refused to do that, and then the gate agent told us it would be 40 euro, not 35. We told her that the previous agent told us it would be 35 euro. She said, "well he was wrong." No apology for the confusion, and just rude overall. To top it all off, she then charged us 1220 Czech Crowns per bag. We asked her why so much, and she said that was the same as 40 euro. We told her that wasn't correct, and she said it was. We then showed her the exchange calculation on our phone and that she had charged us 200 Crowns too much. She then said, "well it's 45 euros, then." We pointed out that 45 euros wouldn't even be that much. At that point she said "then you can just write Czech Airlines" and walked off. It's easily the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Completely unprofessional, rude, and downright dishonest. And like I said earlier, Kayak needs to be proactive and let people know these bag rules apply so they can either a) choose a different airline or b) save themselves some money and pay to check their bags in advance."

As if that wasn't enough then I have to fly a small aircraft from Prague to Madrid with extreme anxiety and scared because who knows if this plane goes down for whatever problem! If there is a problem with the plane you fix it before you board yor passengers not after you're already on the taxi run way and stop the flight! That is the airlines responsibility and they were completely and utterly careless!"

I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."

We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Nevýhody: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."
