Same as my previous flight with crew, Crew were so late in responses, my wife actually walked to their place 2 times to get milk for the baby. Also she was not served food at all when they served breakfast. We requested Hindu meal and I was served hindu meal and she was missed and when they served lunch she was told she has not requested prior to the flight and can only be served a regular meal, which she gladly accepted. Kid was not served any food again, so we gave her solid from our meal. When we requested some food for the baby she was given a banana baby food(Kid did not even eat it). Taste of the food was edible(Not great). Overall do not fly emirates with a kid"

This meant a very quick transfer to the London flight and no helpful assistance from cabin crew even though I asked for assistance, I had to hail a buggy down at the airport otherwise we would not have made it to our flight as I would not have been able to walk that far in the time available. If the flight had landed on time then there would not have been a problem."

Crew and service was excellent. Qatar Airways uses Air France business lounge in SFO. Lounge was congested with very little available seating when we entered the lounge. SFO airport seating was far better than what was available in the lounge.

it would have been great to be disembarked from an Air Bridge instead of being bussed around the airport after a 16 hour Flight.

Nevýhody: "I have been flying Turkish Air quite a bit since 2011. I have noticed that on some shorter flights they are using newer planes with a bit more leg room, but on their longer flights (Like the one I take quite a bit from Los Angeles-Istanbul) they are using older planes that are horrific for anyone over 6' tall. I can't even sit in the seat without my legs jamming against the seat in front of me, and when the recline, I have to sit sideways. They are also very small sideways. I am a big guy, but not overweight, and barely fit in the seats. Their seats are definitely getting worse since I started and they ended their economy plus seat option, which at least gave you an option, for a couple hundred dollars more, you could have a nice seat. This is of course to make more money and jam more people on their planes without caring at all for the passengers comfort when you are flying, and it makes those long 12-14 hour flights miserable! Also, the planes are very hot when you board, which can be very uncomfortable, and they no longer give you a hot towel (As they used to) until the plane has taken off. They also do not serve a 1st beverage right away after take off (10,000'). Your first beverage is with the first meal, and then you are not served anything again until the second meal, whereas most other airlines serve drinks throughout the flight. SO you fly for 12 hours with 2 service times and no offers of drinks, snacks, etc. during the flight."

We had to stand in a security line for two hours thinking that we had as a consequence missed our connecting flight. Again, no communication. We found out when we finally got through security (we had already gone through security at the Paris airport), everyone was in the same situation and our flight had been delayed. It would have been helpful to know that as we were standing in line. While in the line, many people panicked and starting pushing their way to the front of the line. Again, no officials were there to keep order. It was truly a mess! And creating too much anxiety and stress that I really wanted to not have on my trip back to the USA. I realize that in these times, we must go through added security, but I am accustomed to US airports where there is more communication over the intercom and by airport officials. In Istanbul, it seemed that everyone did not want to give directions, and airport officials seemed to avoid the public they were there to serve."

They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

Every other airline I have flown offers these on long haul flights in the galley - usually a small snack like chips or cookies. Your flight attendant told me that she would be serving the second meal in about 4 hours. Really, I was shocked that nothing was available in between meals on such a long flight."

Nevýhody: "Overall Turkish Airlines did well in a difficult situation. But a few concerns. On my inbound flight, the agent servicing us was amazing and I was fortunate to be second in line, but the airline was ill prepared for the situation and the agent was being hung out to dry by his colleagues who kept calling him and wouldn't let him do his job. On the return flight, I was frustrated the agents at first pushed me to take a refund rather than letting me rebook with a partner. I ended up having to leave a day later than expected, and didn't get an itinerary till the morning after my original flight. This was all very stressful. Lastly, you have to think twice about flying through Turkey. Although this coup is over, the next crisis will be over whether President Erdogan creeping authoritarianism."

I didn't see any value that this extra security was adding, and I'm all about extra security... just not this experience. On the other hand, the extra security was also very frustrating to me because my previous Turkish Airline flight had arrived late and boarding had already started before I even got off the first plane. I just wanted to get through the gate and be done considering the big rush the delayed flight caused. Also, part of the last meal served was salmon. There were no alternatives to non-seafood eaters, but they did have enough other food on the plate, which made the situation bearable."

Had to lay extra at the airport for baggage because LOT Airline website was not allowing me to purchase on there. This is the second time. So disappointed with this feature.

And guess what, when it does not work, the reading light and passenger assistance do not work either. Morale: only get bulkhead seats if you plan to sleep through most of the flight."

Výhody: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

Nevýhody: "I used LOT Airlines for the very first time to travel to Riga, Latvia. The problems started at the LOT check in counter at O'Hare International terminal. I packed my weeks worth of belongings into a 21" carry on bag expressly so I wouldn't have lost baggage issues. The customer service person forced me to check my bag because it was 3 kilograms overweight even though it was the correct size for carry on. As you can probably guess the bag was lost in the transfer in Warsaw, Poland. After filing a lost baggage claim at Riga, Latvia airport I never heard a word of support, communication, or even an apology from customer service at LOT airlines. I called them several times and their tracking system could not locate the bag during the entire week I was in Latvia. Now I am home in the states and have received an email from LOT Airlines stating that my bag is now at the airport in Riga, Latvia and to contact them for shipping and reimbursement for any costs. LOT is a TERRIBLE AIRLINE! Atay Away!"

Line moved incredibly slowly, many of us were afraid that we were going to miss the flight.m, with no updates from LOT ground personnel. Flight's takeoff was eventually 1 hour 45 minutes late, so did LOT understaff the check-in process knowing that the plane's departure was going to be late? I paid a premium to fly LOT and assumed that would avoid the consistently terrible Easyjet/Ryan Air check-in and boarding process. No such luck. It was a truly horrible. Next time I'll just fly Easyjet or Ryan Air. At least. I'll know whatï to expect evo, s"

Even when I finally got through, no-one could provide me ANY information as to the whereabouts of my bag. It finally showed up on the last day of my stay, but it was delivered to another hotel (which I only figured out after about 10 phone calls). Also, they offer perhaps the worst in-flight video selection I have ever seen."

Boarding was almost an hour late but there was no communication. Cabin crew did nothing to ensure people kept masks on and even with seat belt sign on people were wondering around the plane.

Then when you know that you have to go to terminal 2 for this flight, it takes them minimum 45 minutes to transport you from emirates terminal to terminal 2. 3. FlyDubai staff in general is less courteous and cooperative than emirates. 3. T2 is minimally maintained terminal with even basic amenities missing in some parts of terminal. 4. It also feels less secure."

WTH?!There is no room to put everything- no pouch in the seat ahead of you so nowhere to put the food or drink that you have to bring on board or any of your travel things. I have no idea why. The FlyDubai terminal in Dubai is also quite lacking- I felt like I was trapped in crappy restaurant. I'm not certain that I will ever use use this airline again- not impressed."

They came once with the cart and charged even for water on a 4 hour flight. The expensive sandwich was old and stale. Entertainment system didn't work. I would avoid this airline at all cost."

I’ve called every number I can find and emailed fly dubai- each person had shown very little care and not one person can even tell me if my bag left Dallas. Unreal."

Nevýhody: "This is second time I land in zone B, terminals F. The worst terminals and airport treatment by the staff ever. You can never get a complete answer or help, staff most don't care about your concern. No help can be assisted in any way possible. Few of the staff are professionals and know what their job is, others not at all. Bathrooms are disgusting, I have 12 hour layover, to sit in a lounge I need to pay 120$ , just to sit on a proper chair. In short you have money they welcome you, you don't , too bad find your way they don't care. Very over rated airport. Should be considered one of the worst, or maybe this terminal is made for unnecessary people, when their entrance phrase clearly states Dubai connecting the world. Connecting nothing. Simple money transfer isn't available, in case of emergency you need money, too bad sit yourself down and do nothing. Once again very over rated, and I will publish my review in all travel guides."

So I'm having a layover 12 hours, I pay 240$ just I can sit in a non smelling place and eat some food. Adjust some of these and would be great. Other terminals have so much to offer in same airport, over rated Dubai airport."
