Nevýhody: "I had to take flight from San Juan to JFK on Jet Blue seperate ticket that supposed to leave san juan 5:26 am and get to JFK at 9:18 am , Jet Blue got delayed 5 houres due to the weather , when i got to JFK i went to the counter of Turkish Airlines to re book on another flight , i was attended by Indian look manager , he was very very very nasty with me and he told that the Turkish Airlines had cancelled my ticket and his comment to me ( you boughtyour ticket socheap there fore you need to pay $1650 dollar for new ticket and there is not gurranted i will be takig the next scheduled flight and i have to waite for thenextday ) he was very nastuy, so i went to Emirates Airlines and i bought a new tickets for $1475 dollar and ileft JFKwithen twohours , now when i want to retune from Lebnon i caled Turkish Airkines and they had informed that they cancelled my return ticktes as well , when the plane was delayed in san juan Puerto Rico Jet Blue manager in San Juan call Turkish Airlines to exolaine the situatuion and the agent had confirmed that i will be rebbok on another flight. I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

I was told by the Turkish air agent to buy a new on way ticket from IST to NUE and use the origenal ticket from NUE to IAD and I did. The the nightmare begun when I try to get back to back to iAD. I was told my ticket was cancelled and have to buy new ticket. After 7 hrs exosting fight and inconvenience when they found out that I was not easily going to be hustled out $1100+ they finally reissued my tickets. During this time I witnessed how 10-20 customers old and young were being hustled for more money and some crying out of frustration. It was one of the worst experience I've had in my 45+yrs traveling experience."

Never took off on time. Always delays flying with Lufthansa. Seems like the planes are getting more and more uncomfortable as well. No room to even stretch out your legs. Pathetic. More likely will book next flight with someone else.

Food was the most mediocre I have experienced on a transatlantic flight. Crew and staff were superb. Comfort was OK. For the first time ever, my luggage was misplaced between Lufthansa change of flight number and a replacement United flight.
Boarding in Munich is so did organized.

Probably many missed their flights while waiting to go through passport checks. We lost almost 2 hours between security and passport checks. Airport personnel were unfriendly, they did show any care towards the hundreds that are herded like sheep in long lines. They could have eased this backlog of people by manning all their available stations but they did not. Will try not to go through this airport in the future."

When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

The water was handed out as we were entering the plane, instead of when we are set down and our hands are free of luggage. There was absolutely no food offered from Sofia to London, except a low quality chocolate, which was not delicious. The flight between London and Miami was ok, as far as service and food, but it was absolutely freezing, throughout the whole aircraft, especially in the back seats, I had to cover my head with a scarf, besides using the blanket and still I was feeling extremely uncomfortable. The passengers seating around me shared the same opinion. We did ask for something to be done about it. The gentleman did try to adjust it, but the effect last very short time, and towards the end of the flight it was extremely cold and blowing strong again ….

Bulgarian airlines lied to us in Sofia that we would be rerouted on other airlines and find out our new tickets only at transfer desks in milan. There were NO transfer desks"

Our luggage had to be also taken off the flight and we were not given a flight till the next day. As a result we missed our connections, had to book an additional hotel last minute. Bulgaria Air had no even a customer service desk at the airport!!!!"
Nevýhody: "The food was tasteless I took vegetarian meal. No salt and pepper and was not good Boarding took time! Staff at the gate not so nice"

Nevýhody: "No one told me why or how long the flight would be delayed. I got at the airport at 9am for a 12:45pm flight, the plane didn't take off till 9:30pm. Air Bulgaria didn't update Barcelona Airport so everyone had to assume the flight could take off any minute and spend a long day at the gate. Avoid Bulgaria Air."

Výhody: "We wish companies who share would advertise who they are partners with & that the other companies have your information when using their airline. We finally found the representative to Air Belin to check us in at the Frankfurt Airport to find out we will be flying with Balkan Airline at another terminal. The same thing happened on the way back. Luckily we arrived at the airport early both times to make sure we were flying. But getting information from one airline to another is hard when your booking # & flight number is different for each airline, & when you call the airline they tell you to go to the airport as they cannot help you over the phone. The flight was find but to board is another."

Nevýhody: "The boarding was a mess, because they decided to consolidate the passengers of two planes, so most of the seats were double booked and they were struggling to find seats. The flight was delayed with one hour because they were looking for lost passengers. Complete mess!"

Výhody: "The first leg, Madrid to Vienna, was great. Check-in and flight crew were friendly. Check-in line was very long though. Took almost an hour due to some passengers adjusting the weight in their bags."
Nevýhody: "The second leg, Vienna to Sophia, was not smooth at all. I did not get a boarding pass for it when I checked in at The beginning in Madrid. At Vienna airport, no one knew where I could get the boarding pass. They sent back and forth between terminals and between airlines check in counters. Finally Austrian airlines issued the boarding pass. My bag did not arrive in Sophia. Two other passengers, who had also transferred, did not receive their luggage either."
Nevýhody: "Neither departure terminal nor gate was displaying in the application even while refreshing it continuously. The information was available in schiphol airport website 3.5 hours before take-off time."

Výhody: "The aircraft was a fairly new 737-800 ,nice and clean interior . The passenger entertainment system was very nice with USB charging at every screen,with brightness and volume controls. Inflight service was beverages , followed by hot meal ( 2 choices Chix or Beef ) hot beverages post meal followed by another beverage service pre landing."
Nevýhody: "Because the Egyptians like it hot. The cabin temperature was really hot and the leather seats didn't help . It seemed like they did not have all the air pacts on .Very little airflow at the individual air vents. They prepare the cabin for landing way to early and you must have the window shades up which is painful with the hot sun beating on you through the window ( safety card is only so big)"

Nevýhody: "The crew did not have the key to unlock to doors leading to the plane, which forced everyone to wait 30 mins standing in line. It was quite silly! It delayed our flight about 30-45 minutes - not much, but really painful when the flight is almost 12 hours. The crew didn't tell us what was happening either, but it was pretty obvious."
Výhody: "I am so grateful and appreciative towards the staff. My flight was delayed and therefore I was very late to the gate. They let me on the plane - a big thank you! I was also in such a rush that I dropped my passport holder and they picked it up and returned it to me. The food was surprisingly good too. The service during the flight was also very good."

Výhody: "so, due to my nervousness and being upset so much so that I wanted to get off the plane, the crew let me sit in business next to a friend and the pilot and crew went to extreme lengths to make me feel safe and unafraid. The pilot answered all my questions and constantly checked that I was ok. Once we took off, despite cloudy rainy snowy skies, this turned out to be the best smoothest flight ever once it departed, and the pilot was probably the best ever I experienced on Egypt Air, and many other airlines actually. Shout out to a fantastic crew stewardess (Olfat Younis) and amazing pilot!! A really great experience"
Nevýhody: "During pre-flight checks the plane had a technical problem that needed fixing just as about to taxi to runway, so had to sit and wait 2 hours for repair which made me extremely nervous and worried"
