Checkin was greuling slow and an excruciating experience at the Indira Gandhi international airport. There were only 4 windows open to check in 300 passengers. It took me 50 mins to get to the window. I was there 3+ hours before departure time upon arrival from my domestic flight that arrived on Terminal 2. Security took another hour and no one from the flight ground staff came looking for me to expedite my security unlike the KLM staff. KLM staff was looking for their passengers in the security and immigration area for a good half hour. Also, I tried multiple times the day of my flight to WEB CHECKIN. the Qatar website and APP didn't let me do that either. I nearly missed my flight and was the last one to board!!!! I hope the airlines adapts to handle larger volume of passengers given the type of Airport rules and regulations. For example, IGA at New Delhi haa an additional Immigration step before security that's added an additional 45 min to my time to board the plane. Thank you and I hope a real human actually reads this survey response and it doesn't end up being processed by a computer bot that lacks human compassion and emotional IQ.

Výhody: "We received friendly attitudes with lots of soft drinks. Upstairs in the airbus was good as my seat was near the emergency door, where I had room for my long legs. I was given aisle seats on both return flights so I could move about more. The meals were lovely. The airbus was good for peace & quiet from crying children."
Nevýhody: "I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."
Nevýhody: "I was moved from the front to the very back upon checking in at the gate due to "Weight and Balance" issues. I was able to move back to my original seat once in the air, but there was no forewarning of this even with advanced purchased tickets. Just a hassle since this flight was long and all I wanted to do was get some rest."
Výhody: "Good crew, fair choice of food and drinks and served whenever you want it. Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Not sure we like the Dreamliner configuration and levels of comfort more than the 777 or Airbus offerings but it was fine."
Nevýhody: "A couple on our flight decided it was OK to have their 4-year old run around the cabin shrieking and causing a lot of fuss. Most of us in the cabin complained but these parents were pathetically weak and elected to allow it to continue. No sleep... spoiled experience.. miserable flight in this respect. Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

The seats are extremely narrow to the point out of unprobabability to have your own space even if sitting next to regular build person. Food was only ok and service was below average with trash often not collected and needing to request water etc"
Výhody: "I really enjoyed the flight, which was almost 15 hours long. I give an overall 4 star review for this flight. The boarding process was pretty organized (without including the ignorant passengers who can't read their zone numbers, haha) because they called us up group by group, in a speedy process. Even inside, the cabin crew welcomed us aboard and showed us where our seats are. This leads me to my 5-star rating of the service. Very warm, friendly, and generally helpful cabin crew Qatar Airways has. They fulfilled all my needs even if they had to go out of their way. As for entertainment, I was very surprised at how many great movies they have! Especially the new ones! I would not be bored again with this selection. Food was okay to be honest. It was a hot meal that satisfied my hunger and tasted good, but maybe it's just me and airplane food. Doesn't taste right for me. And to be honest, I was cramped. Not even me but many other passengers felt like the seats were too small. Overall, Good experience!"

Nevýhody: "Due to a misunderstanding at check-in we have been seated away from a baby bassinette (although booked) to sit together with my husband, nobody asked what my preference would be (sitting as a whole family or having a bassinette) and a 17-hour flight with a 9month old baby constantly on my lap was challenging. Also a very disappointing selection of films and documentaries for adults. I ended watching a kids movie with my older daughter and it was the only thing I found appealing. Kids section very good though, my 5-year old was glued to the screen and all the options had my approval :)"

They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated."

Deplaning by row groups due to covid was a joke - we were then crammed into a bus to the Munich intl terminal. Wifi did not work at all on the 9 hr flight.

Probably many missed their flights while waiting to go through passport checks. We lost almost 2 hours between security and passport checks. Airport personnel were unfriendly, they did show any care towards the hundreds that are herded like sheep in long lines. They could have eased this backlog of people by manning all their available stations but they did not. Will try not to go through this airport in the future."

When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

Nevýhody: "Too much of uncontrolled loud talk between passengers above 25 - 30 yrs old on either side of aisle at night 10 - 12 PM without even thinking that other passengers are around. Flight attendants could have been courteous by asking them to keep the noise low. My baggage did not arrive for 4 days in Cairo and no one was responding to calls and even went to airport twice . offices were closed during day time . Last day before leaving with the help of a travel agent I was lucky to get my luggage. There was almost a brawl at airport as people were unhappy because their baggage did not come from tel aviv to cairo. Very poor handling of delayed baggage. Not even a call from the airline. Not sure if it was offloaded in Tel Aviv or Athens."
Nevýhody: "In my electronic ticket there was no information about charges for luggage. I'd tried to access a site to learn about it but could not get it. At the airport I was told that I had to pay $50 (cash only) for a small suitcase I was checking in. I've found it dishonest. The seats were very tight - no leg room."

I reclined my seat and Icould feel my seat on top of someone's knees. So i sat up and struggled to sleep. I suppose in a sleepy haste I reclined my seat. I was awaken to a gentleman asking me to sit my chair up so he could put his tray down to eat his dinner. I felt horrible."

Nevýhody: "I was charged 68 Bulgarian levas on our way back to Beirut . I had the same language from Beirut to Sofia and didn't pay any penny They asked from me 40 EUROS but the lady accepted 68 Levas. I wonder if the money went to the pocket of the employee."

Nevýhody: "Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"
Nevýhody: "Didn't allow my carry on. Said too big. Same bag was on earlier connecting flight on much smaller plane. Also on flight on Southwest week prior. But larger intercontinental flight wouldn't allow it."

Nevýhody: "Since we had two extra bags (paid for in Chicago), they demanded to see my receipt before we could board in Amsterdam to Nairobi. We had trouble locating the receipt and we were not given an explanation as to why we needed it again. We were traveling with 5 kids including an infant and we were not allowed to board until we found the receipt. I thought surely they would have record that I had paid, but I guess not. We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."
