This was international (turkey to spain) and we weren't given anything. We couldn't even get water without paying for it. Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever taken."

Nevýhody: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Výhody: "The fares are cheap and they charge for luggage. Check-in was smooth, boarding was as well, and the crew was smiling just a bit. But then that's the Turkish attitude I have noticed all these years. Not bad over all. My luggage made it all the way to my destination with no problems, even though there was a connection flight."
Nevýhody: "The seats did not recline which makes it a little difficult to relax if the flight is longer than two hours. No entertainment and no food served (not even water) unless you pre-order or purchase it in flight."

Nevýhody: "I was unable to cancel the flight. I was on a work trip followed by a vacation, the vacation got cut short and I had to cancel the flight, unfortunately there was no way to cancel online and due to the nature of my job I cannot make phone calls to the states. I was not expecting a refund just an easy way to cancel the ticket online."

Výhody: "The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The plane was clean, and the flight on time. Was my first time to fly Pegasus, but will definitely do so again."

Výhody: "I'm actually surprised about the flight. The pilot was good and I think he was a pro. For a budget airline, Pegasus was good."
Nevýhody: "We had only problems with the delayed luggages. The boarding was not on time but I don't think it's a big deal because we arrived almost as scheduled. No entertainment at all and comfort was not a priority but it's okay since it's a budget airline after all. But it would be better if they consider comfort of flyers even if it is a budget flight because flying is a serious thing and can cuase a lot of anxieties to begin with."

Nevýhody: "The boarding staff not helpful at all for bags and for the seats. The crew was very bad talking she was very bad. The meals were not as expected.. Very poor trip. It is different at all of the going trip!"

Výhody: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"

Výhody: "I couldn't register in advance my second suitcase as their online system was not working. 10kg became 110.-CHF. All infos are in Turkish, it should be easier to change language from the main page. Water on board 2 and Coffee 3 euros. At the end, the price ended as expensive as a direct flight and good service from any airline."

Nevýhody: "Miserable experience. This was flight was diverted to Kuwait due to weather. We were told we would be taking off a few hours later. Then we were told that we would be given a hotel room for the night in Kuwait. In the end, we all just waited around in the Kuwait airport for hours without any assistance from any airline representatives. I wound up having to book another flight, as the Pegasus delay was 13 hours (even though other flights were departing to Bahrain much earlier)."

Nevýhody: "My tent poles, which were attached to my bag were lost. I am hiking in Switzerland and have no tent now!!!"

Nevýhody: "The smallest leg room I have ever experienced! Flight was 30 min late, with no explanation...but we had a long layover so didn't really care."

Nevýhody: "Crew lacks professionalism and courtesy. Distance, between rows, is small, a few cms (5-7) more, will bring great benefit. The bathroom was dirty and out of paper, towards the end of the flight. It wasn't very clean to star with."

Nevýhody: "It took me two hours in line just to print my boarding pass even though I checked in online. Many of us thought we would miss the flight. Terrible customer service. I'm never flying with them again"

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with using kayak as when I wanted to cancel I was very shocked that vayama charges $344 for changing both flights timings were as if I had booked through Pegasus themselves it would have been $75 , never again and I have deleted the app"

Nevýhody: "Totally useless. Dirty plane, lousy service. Was ready to pay for refreshments as I had to take this low cost airline for time reasons. When trying to pay with a credit card the stewardess was telling me it was a debit card (as if I didn't know what my cards are) - after a while it appeared she mixed online and offline cards for credit and debit cards, yet she was increasingly arrogant while trying to convince me my card is a debit one. So I tried to pay cash with 100 EUR bill and she told me she was going to return the change in Turkish lira! The male steward was just standing next to the trolley without saying a word, looking afraid of his aggressive lady colleague. That's what I call customer service! The particular flight was PC861 Kuwait - Istanbul on June 17."

Nevýhody: "When the flight landed in Istanbul, plenty of people had tight connections, and no one would help us. With any other airline and in any other airport in the world, every staff member would do everything they could to get all the passengers to their connections. When several of us asked for help and no one would help us. I missed my flight and Pegasus booked me on another flight that had already boarded, so I almost missed that one as well. I couldn't believe that the staff of the airline refused to take us to the front of passport control lines to get us through more quickly, and I can't believe that even when I showed staff that my flight was already boarding, they told me I just had to wait. I will not fly with Pegasus again if there are any other options. Absolutely unbelievable."

Nevýhody: "The long hours of waiting caged in the plane with an announcement every 5 mins that we will takeoff soon it was a round trip had 2 hours delay while going and 2 hours while coming back. The plane wasn't clean. Im not using that airline anymore"
