Good flight- comfortable seating, clean inflight, caring air hostess/service and food, and on time arrival.
Definitely the first and last time I will fly on this airlines or taking any connections through Dubai airport again. They have no clue about professionalism, attitude problems with every body on the plane and airport, I won’t recommend it to anyone and I will make sure I will sue the airlines and Dubai airport.
The bread / bun which you hv served inflight was so chilled instead of warm .or hot. Unable to eat in that conditions. Earlier you hv servefd small bottles of Red Wines on our preference for drinks. But you hv supplied in small plastic tumblers. Otherwise food qualities are OK. No hot towels were supplied to freshen up

The boarding process at jfk was a nightmare. The gate staff were inappropriate. The plane was old and needs to be refurbished or replaced. There still is a middle seat in business class. The cabin crew appeared disinterestedor perhapstired. For the cost of the ticket qatar etihad or emirates airlines are a superior choice.

And be careful THEY DON'T have any announcement on the intercom system at Attaturk (I had no clue as to that being the case there, nor have I ever been at an airport that doesn't). No boarding announcement, no gate change announcement, no nothing.....and if and when you miss a flight because you didn't know the gate changed while you're sitting at what you thought was your gate and no one bothered to let you know (including the person who checked your boarding pass when you came into that gate area, it's down hill from there! They will tell you it's your fault and not give a dam* what you say to argue otherwise....and......if you don't pay the penalty they dictate to change your flight ($1114 on a $780 ticket in my case so I purchased another ticket on Turkish air on my own for $236 to get me where I was going), they WILL cancel your return flight without telling you, at which point you will have to buy a new ticket to get back home and they end up getting the money out of you regardless. This was an absolute nightmare of a trip, couple with being treated like dirt by everyone at the airport. I will not ever again fly Turkish Air if I can help it."

The Turkish Airlines attendant that set up the free hotel for us, walked us to a shuttle that would drive us to the hotel, but the shuttle driver got lost? or something happened that caused for him to drive around town for more than an hour, speaking on the phone loudly in Turkish and completely ignoring us when we asked questions, This got a little scary since we had no idea what was going on, at some point we were in the middle of a dark residential area, and listening to the driver yell on the phone (god knows what). Luckily a driver came over and guided us to the hotel, but seriously, they should be careful about who they hire for these kind of tasks. (I posted a video on instagram with footage of the guy driving us around in case my family needed to find me)."

I was at Frankfurt (FRA) airport waiting to board Air Moldova Flight 864 to Chisinau (KIV). Due to a delay caused by Frankfurt security (and no fault of my own), I was delayed in reaching the gate. Since it was past my boarding time, I grabbed my bags from the conveyor belt once past security without having time to repack. I arrived at the gate and the extremely rude Air Moldova gate agent on duty yelled at me and demanded that I give her my boarding pass. When I told her I needed to pack, she yelled that there was “no time for that”. When I searched for my pass, she again yelled and said “NOW!”. When I told her that it was not my fault that I arrived late since there was a delay at security, she said “Not my problem!”. After she checked my boarding pass, I tried to repack and she again yelled “There is no time. Go to the bus NOW!” I once again told her that it was not my fault I got delayed and she again yelled “NOT MY PROBLEM”. In addition to rude employees, the airline is clearly in violation of safety regulations. The safety card in the back seat pocket was written in ARMENIAN – and Armenian only, thanks to the plane having been leased and Air Moldova not appropriately changing the safety cards. How did they expect people who read Romanian or Russian (the local languages) or English to understand it! On top of that, the plane was easily 20 years old or more and dirty. If they can't even keep a plane clean or have the appropriate safety cards, what else are they not maintaining. Do not fly this terrible airline!"

She also refused to assist us, and told us we needed to exit the airport and reenter through the ticketing counter. I upheld my end of the deal by reaching the gate in time. This situation needs to be rectified."

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Nevýhody: "I was traveling with my daughter. There was no food choice left for my child and me. Crew member rudely said there is only beef option left do you want to have it? I said no. I asked her are we not going to get anything to eat since you are out of options. She continuously kept on repeating that I said no and that she kept emphasizing that there is only beef option left. Finally she save the supplement To meal. Her tone was very impolite when especially we pay so much and service we get for a long flight is good"

Nevýhody: "It wasn't an issue on my flight since there were empty seats in my row, but I don't enjoy the spacing provided for personal items on the floor under the seat in front you. For four seats there are three sections; so, you can hope that someone doesn't need any space or else you have to decide how to awkwardly split it up."

Nevýhody: "KLM had bumped us to a later flight for no reason and again we had to call with a long wait to get our original connection restored, However, we did not get boarding passes during checking in Europe and thus had to go outside security in Detroit to the main check-in gate and wait 30 minutes to get the error resolved. Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."
Výhody: "Comfortable flight to Amsterdam for vacation in UK. More meals than expected. Also wasn't expecting some of the comforts offered to "regular" class seats like eye masks, ear plugs, pillows and blankets. It was an overnight flight, so maybe that should have been expected, but I don't think we had those 4 years ago when traveling overseas."

Nevýhody: "With skyteam elite status cannot select free upgrade from economy to premium economy unless it is 30hrs before boarding for this code share which is actually a KLM flight"
