I tried to get to the back, the crew dint even move to help us with anything. They sat together and were talking and dint even care to move. I have never seen this amount of careless attitude so far in emirates. Food quality has gone down quite a bit compared to my travel before."

Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen."

You’d pick a movie and it wouldn’t play. The games, camera and flight status animation all worked but not the movies. Air hostess tried resetting , still nothing. But it was a great opportunity to have a lovely conversation with my new German Friend Barbara and read my book! More lactose intolerant alternatives for breakfast which had much (cheese, yogurt, croissant) Other than those two , excellent flight. Thank you Swiss!"
Výhody: "I was late ( I had to drive 230 Km ) and I managed to call in advance the company that was doing the check-in on behalf of SWISS - I asked them the Check-in time closing time and by almost flying ( speeding like crazy ) I arrived before that moment."
Nevýhody: "I did not check the terms and conditions of the ticket. I am a Star Alliance Gold member and I was expecting SWISS to have a similar booking system like the others I fly with. I found out that the ticket fare did not contain checked luggage ( so I had to pay a hefty fee for it ) and also my 20" wheeled case that was ok in all the other flights I took it with me, this time was oversized and overweight . My wife took out the 2 laptops so it became within weight limits but still oversized - My wife paid for the fee ( I wasn't there at the time and she is not a such experienced flyier as I am ) . When I found out about the fee, I checked their rules and I found out that the hand luggage is allowed to be 22" . I saw in the airplane a lot of people with cases having the same size as mine, that went as checked luggage at a cost fo around 40 . I want to see how can I get my money back . . ."

They are much better overall for sure. The food and staff were excellent! The food quality is very good compared to the other airlines. The cabin crew are always passing around water and chocolates throughout the flight. They were friendly and helpful as well. The pilots were also very good. We had no rough turbulence and their landing skills were amazing."

Perhaps it would be better to mix younger, less experienced staff with more seasoned staff. I flew three other Swiss flights during my European vacation and the service was much faster. Incidentally, most of the staff on these other flights were older and probably more experienced."

Again, they only had 2-3 people handling the distribution of the laptops. I understand the security issue, but this issue was known for weeks now and there is no reason not to have enough people on the ground to take care of the boarding and distribution of electronic devices to at least make this an easier experience. There is no excuse for such poor preparation and service."

Nevýhody: "boarding was horrible of both legs of my Turkish Airline. The Istanbul Airport is a total disaster and dysfunctional. Experience delays in both baggage and flights."
Výhody: "The food and service was outstanding. The pillows and blanket provided were excellent in Economy."
Nevýhody: "Second trip to/from Europe on Turkish Airlines. Overall the flight was quite good and the food, service, and entertainment was excellent. However, the comfort level was the worst. This was mainly because the cabin crew kept the temperature of the plane almost like a sauna. Sweating, opened shirt, rolled up the sleeves, impossible to get comfortable or get any sleep!! The plane just seemed to get hotter and hotter! This was on all four segments across and back! The local flights seemed to be a bit better, and while not as cool as I personally like, they were acceptable. For clarification I am a premier flyer with star alliance, primarily United, and fly close to 100,000 miles per year. To date I have received NO mileage credit for any Turkish Airline flight!"

Nevýhody: "Service desk personnel at the gate were very helpful and attentive. The plane was only 1/2-2/3 full, which made boarding quicker. The food was tasty and coffee was great! We were also offered juice twice during the flight. Bathrooms were clean. Since the plane wasn't full, they weren't dirty even at the end of the flight. I brought my own headphones, but the stewards provided them if you need them. My one big complaint was that our seats did not recline, thus making any kind of shut-eye near impossible. Our plane left and hour late, but the pilots stepped on the gas and we got in on time!"

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

This was a second incident with her. Our flight was delayed for three hours as a result of faulty plane."
Výhody: "So because of tge traffic and snow i got at the airport 25 min before the departure of my flight...but when i explained my situation every employee tried their best to help me in getting on the plane, by even opening the gate for me!! They were very helpfull, fast and efficient. Thanks to their kindness and efficiency i was able to get on the plane and see my family at home. I am verry thankfull to all the staff for it!"
Výhody: "We enjoyed everything about our Lufthansa experience. Crew and flight attendants were very kind and attentive throughout the entire flight. On both of our international flights my wife and I had 4 seats to ourselves, which allowed us to stretch out much more comfortably. Flights were on time, landings smooth, online entertainment worked great, food was delicious, and the service outstanding."

Also trying to buy the option for the bag on phone was difficult. Whole page with options would not show and getting English version was difficult probably because page would not fit on screen."
