Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

Nevýhody: "While boarding a woman was in my window seat and her children were seated beside her. The host asked if i wouldnt mind letting the family sit together.I accepted the request where upon the host suggested a middle seat which i rejeceted and notified him that he just passed by 8 empty seats in business class and since the doors were closed I knew were available. He denied the request, had me stand awkwardly while he checked other peoples tickets for 3 minutes to find a single person who was not seated in their middle seat and was forced to move whereupon i recieved dirty looks for the remainder of the flight and right through baggage claim at our destination. I did Flydubai a favor and gave up my seat for the woman and her family. A hassle free otherwise empty business class seat would have been the appropriate response."
Nevýhody: "It was unacceptable I wasn’t able to catch my flight going there and the clerk had no record of our flight and he was very rude. Also had to buy a more expensive ticket just to get there"

Nevýhody: "Charter behaviour on a long distance flight? Well that is a new low in airlines. Well maybe except from Delta. I guess i can be happy that the crew did not drag people out and i managed to travel safely. That being said, having to pay for everything including water, snack (let alone food) or entertainment on a long distance flight is at least, excuse my French, a dick move. Not pleasant in any way."

Nevýhody: "Absolutely nothing was provided. For a 5 hour flight everything cost, including the water ($2). I bought a terrible, nearly inedible, sandwich for $6. No entertainment. No food or drink unless you paid. And the exit row seats went empty the entire flight because, unlike most other airlines, they didn't fill them when no one paid the extra $100 to buy the increased leg room, they wouldn't let anyone move there. Noting pleasant about the experience. And it was esp. galling after flying 12 hours on Emirates, which was fantastic in every way!"
Nevýhody: "I had an emergency and wanted to delay my flight, but they asked me to pay for a penalty that was almost the tickets prices."

Nevýhody: "This is second time I land in zone B, terminals F. The worst terminals and airport treatment by the staff ever. You can never get a complete answer or help, staff most don't care about your concern. No help can be assisted in any way possible. Few of the staff are professionals and know what their job is, others not at all. Bathrooms are disgusting, I have 12 hour layover, to sit in a lounge I need to pay 120$ , just to sit on a proper chair. In short you have money they welcome you, you don't , too bad find your way they don't care. Very over rated airport. Should be considered one of the worst, or maybe this terminal is made for unnecessary people, when their entrance phrase clearly states Dubai connecting the world. Connecting nothing. Simple money transfer isn't available, in case of emergency you need money, too bad sit yourself down and do nothing. Once again very over rated, and I will publish my review in all travel guides."

All the boxing and shrink wrapping apparently caused a 1.5 hour boarding delay, which isn"t fair to those who follow instructions. Even the pilot blamed American government? Why can"t people listen.? This rule was well publicized in media."

Výhody: "I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff"

Nevýhody: "The entire process was chaos. First you wait in a crowd to find out which desk to drop your bags and/or check in. Then you race there with the herd. Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

I checked a bag at the counter (not at the gate) and was surprised to learn that the fee was 40 Euros instead of the expected 25. Nevýhody: "I used my carry on suitcase for a Ryanair flights in Brussels and for multiple other flights with other airlines and had no issues. At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

Výhody: "I like that they are affordable. My flights were very short (1 to 2 hours) so there was no entertainment. I also can't rate their food because I didn't purchase food or beverage. Overall I am very satisfied."

On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

I called UIF office 7 times and finally one of the reps was able to give me full information and reschedule my flight with other airlanes. In the airport I saw a bunch of people who came for their flight... which was cancelled. I received email about cancellation after I spoke with UIF reps. Never will reccomend or use this airline again"

Výhody: "Nothing. You had to purchase soda for$4usd. The bathroom's were old and broken down. There are no TV's per seat just the old ones every 6 seats or so on the ceiling. Where were 3 movies shown in 10.5 hr flight. Horrible food and experience."

Nevýhody: "I was surprised to learn that I had to pay for a bag, as I'd had one free from Rome to Kiev. And it was more than my seat. I had not been given the choice of preparying when I bought my ticket. I understand this is a relatively new policy. I did prepay the bag for my return trip at half the cost I was forced to pay on the first day I flew. It is rather inconvenient to go to another floor to a special desk to pay for this, rather than just at the checkin desk at Borispol. airport."

Some passengers ordered hot salmon, this made me nauseous during flight. My meal included a fruit dish, slice of tomato, 2 slices of deli beef roast, bun, butter, jam, and coffee pudding dessert and 10 minutes into meal received hot cheese sweet cake with syrup. The combination of food was not appealing."

Výhody: "The gate area was large enough for the waiting passengers, the legroom on the flight was sufficient for my 6'5" husband, and flight attendants were very polite and helpful."
Nevýhody: "We boarded a bus to take us out to our airplane, got off the bus at the plane, and then were told to get back on the bus to return to the terminal. No information as to why, no announcements. We waiting for a few minutes on the bus before returning to the gate, again without any notifications. Once back at the gate, they just said to wait for information, but the flight would take off. It eventually did, and the pilot told us what the delay was (air traffic control and weather at the arrival destination), but no one in the terminal let us know that."
Nevýhody: "I paid money to you for ticket but Ukraine international airlines did not give me a ticket because you voided the transaction. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!"

Výhody: "First of me and my kids were left stranded when the ladies at the gate doing the check in told us our flight was for the next day, we had to sleep on the airport seats since we couldnt go out of the airport to get a hotel, also they were very rude to all the customers including an amputee, we finally boarded the flight the next day, got to new york and our suitcase was missing. Very horrible experience never flying this airline ever again. I regret using this airline."

I asked for a comment card, no one at the gate or on the plane had any idea what that was. Comments about the plane experience is written on what is called the "list" I filled one out. 3.) a charge for baggage under the plane, which was not well explained on the web site, where electronic ticket was bought. I had to go to another office place to pay extra for one bag to go under the plane. Apparently, other people have the same problem. 4.) the check in person was very restrictive of the weight of my carry on, like 7 kilos. I had to take things out of carry on and put into the bag that I had to pay for to put under the plane. It should be inclusive, or price shown with or without under the plane bag. The bag empty weighs almost 5 kilos, should be at least 10 kilos. 5.) much improvement is suggested, but not enough other choices."

The first thing he did was to say that I had 2 kilos overweight on my cabin bag, even before checking if I was booked on the 20.00 flight to Prague yet. And this is the exactly same cabin bag which I was carrying on the way from Prague to Kiev, its a camera bag with a tripad on the side (which at the check in in Prague the woman said was ok) . So I had to ask him if I was booked on the flight or not, since I didnt see the flight on the "departures" screen which made me a bit worried. Then he first said that I was not booked on the flight, but changed his mind immediately. But I did not receive any information from him that the flight was delayed with 50 minutes, I found out that after doing the security check. Not the smoothest service, but I think the guy was totally new so he was maybe a bit nervous. Thanks / M"
Nevýhody: "I arrived on a Saturday and still have not yet received my luggage (it is 5 days later). And to top it off, the staff has been extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I have not been updated as to the location of my bags and have been forced to repeatedly call for the status. Today I have called over 30 times and they have yet to answer the phone. Horrendous customer service. If you can afford it, do not fly Ukrainian Intl Air."

I wrote a letter to the service provider and I am awaiting a reply. I have been a loyal Kayak customer for several years, and this really came as a shock."
