Nevýhody: "Flight going out cramped seats, going back much bigger space and USB ports. Cabin crew weren’t very cheerful"

Výhody: "Older aircraft; no charging or internet. However, I was able to stretch out and sleep due to the aircraft not being full. The crew was great!"
Nevýhody: "The flight was very late to take off. The aircraft could be improved with charging outlets for smartphones/computers, and Internet. I was offered food and beverage, without knowing these were not free. For the cost, the size and quality was poor."

Nevýhody: "These jerks delayed our flight because our plane was late in arriving. Fine. They give us zero information on what’s going on as we stand in line forever. Then they load us onto the jet and apologize for the delay. Then the jerks announced a new delay. This time a flight in Palermo had technical difficulties, so we would take on their passengers. After another hour sitting in this tin can and our own flight passengers now missing there connections due to this double delay the pilot announced he has no clue what’s going on. He hasn’t heard from the company!!! The passengers were mad! Another time elapsed. Captain says we can’t wait. Let’s go. Now half of us missed our connections!! Air Malta I have a message to you. Clean up your unprofessional act. I get it that a flight had delays but then you did the same thing to us!! I’m pissed at your holier than thou attitude. You were 100% unprofessional."

On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby."

Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next."

Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."

I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."

They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Nevýhody: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."

Výhody: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."
Nevýhody: "Rough landings but not sure if that's due to aircraft model."

Nevýhody: "One guy is very rude. Even said if we have any problem with him we can stay at the airport."

Výhody: "Despite leaving 40 mins late, we arrived only 20 mins late."

Nevýhody: "Departure frim tel aviv was very! bad. Departure delayed a lot, but the check in was really terrible. Slow, inefficient ground crew."

Nevýhody: "They are very strict about luggage control at the gate; any other company charged for the pieces that were sent to the storage. It took so many time that they lost their takeoff slot and we had nearby one hour of delay."

Výhody: "On time, good service"

Výhody: "I liked nothing. I wasn’t notified about the specific luggage requirements and had to check and extra bag. Then my money was stolen out of my bag by the crew so do NOT fly this airline."
Nevýhody: "Literally everything. This is a gargbage airline."

Výhody: "Boarding process was painless."
Nevýhody: "No free food."

Výhody: "didnt like it"
Nevýhody: "That they nevr mention that there was no bag included until I got to the air port and I have to pay extra to check in my bag."

Nevýhody: "It literally DID NOT HAPPEN. I NEED A REFUND."

Nevýhody: "Extreme charge for extra luggage because it was code share with smart wings. Didn’t honor delta gold medallion status. €2 for a small bottle of Watson plane"

Nevýhody: "We missed our flight after it was delayed because the screens with the flight information did not update after we were told it was delayed and to pay attention to the screens! The screen never said boarding it went straight from gate open to gate closed! The service at the airport was terrible and they were all very rude!"

Výhody: "The leg-room was ok only because we were assigned to an exit row."
Nevýhody: "No advance check-in. All food and drink cost money aside from water. Take off was late in both directions. Landing was horrible, pilot dipped without warning several times. No options for entertainment at all."

Výhody: "Boarding was fast and quite organized nicely"
Nevýhody: "I asked for an emergency place due to my height (6"5) and got one, only to realize that instead of placing 2 rows for the emergency area they placed 3(!) rows, making the emergency exits the smallest rows on the plane. Eventually we were moved to other seats, but that was horrible. No food. No Entertainment. Crew was Hebrew speaking but talked to the passangers only in English (bad one, I must add)."

Výhody: "Rear passengers boarded first, which is sensible, however this wasn't repeated on the return flight."
Nevýhody: "Called to gate even though the aircraft wasn't even there! Could have had extra half hour airside."

Výhody: "Flight was late for like 3 hours"

Výhody: "The crew was OK."
Nevýhody: "Don't let it fool you. SmartWings is a low-coster, although you pay a full price of the CZ Airlines. No food. A glass of water is 2EUR. No service whatsoever. The smallest legroom I ever had. The flight was delayed by an hour and a half with no explanation. And the best part - you're only allowed to check 15kgs of luggage, although you paid a full price for CZ airlines, which allows 23!"

Nevýhody: "היה איחור גם בטיסה מתל אביב של חצי שעה לפחות, כי הצוות לא פתח את הכניסה למטוס בזמן, ואיחור של שעה וחצי בדרך חזרה. השירות היה נוראי, כיסאות לא נוחים, צוות לא באמת נחמד. מאוד לא מומלץ"

Výhody: "The flight was sopuuse to depertur in 23:50 and we take of after 1"

Nevýhody: "late on our way to and from Europe, seats are uncomfortable"

Nevýhody: "- 4 hour delay with no explanation, except that they knew and didn't tell the passengers. - treating passengers like sheep - demand money for water - old and dirty airplane NEVER AGAIN SMART WINGS/CZECH AIRLINES, TRAVEL SERVICE AIRLINES"

Nevýhody: "איחור של שעות ארוכות גם בהלוך וגם בחזור. יחס מזלזל ומחפיר. חברה לא רצינית ולא מקצועית. מטוסים ישנים ולא נוחים.דיילים קצרי רוח ולא נחמדים."

Výhody: "Nothing"
Nevýhody: "The boarding was really slow, there was no entertainment or any service during the flight."

Nevýhody: "we were supposed to take of at 4:50. the flight left the airport at 7:30"

Výhody: "We got there safe"
Nevýhody: "Delays delays delays"

Výhody: "Friendly service, helpful ground staff."

Nevýhody: "It may be was not the company fault, but the security check was very long and hypercritical"

Nevýhody: "It is very confusing that you can nto do the check in before the flight or to do it through different company and with code number wich you even do not have! and anyway it did not work! so thepassenger doesn't know about his terminal or check in before the flight! another thing - last call they did exactly in the same time of opening the gate - there is no reason for making your passengers nervous and pissed before the flght some of the flight crew weren't too polite... there is no place for passenger on his seat if passenger in front of him puts his seat down. I am flying pretty often. I also had few flights with smart wings and I never experienced this uncomfortable flight."

Nevýhody: "They broke my €1000 baby stroller"

Výhody: "Everyone on staff was really nice and efficient. They have really limited cabin luggage rules, but allow a free checked bag, so that's pretty great."
Nevýhody: "All food/beverage is for purchase, even water. The check in process was a bit lengthy too, maybe could be made more efficient."

Výhody: "The cabin crew was very professional and helpful. Food was slightly above average compared to nowadays low standards."
Nevýhody: "Departure delayed by THREE HOURS due to too late arrival of the plane from previous fligh. This can happen. However TOTAL LACK OF INFORMATION AT THE AIRPORT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The flight was scheduled for 10:20 and this information was still at the information board even at 11:00 while the information about the status including a new departure slot was definitely known to the airport as well all SmartWings officials by that time!!! Flight was ok but the landing was not. The first attempt was not successful so the plane took off again when almost touching the runway and the second attempt landing was pretty hard. Explanation given for the failed first attempt was most likely only a bad excuse (insufficient distance from previous landing plane). Later I found out the flight captain (Mr. Vojta) was also the instructor for new SmartWings pilots so presume a new pilot was learning to land which as a passenger I don't appreciate to be subjected to."

Výhody: "The plane was clean and crew was polite."
Nevýhody: "My flight ( Prague to London) was delayed for 1 hour. My previous flight ( London to Prague) was delayed for 40 min. I was speaking with other passengers, almost everybody was reffering to the numerous delays by SmartWings ( for 40 min to 7 hours). No warning or information about this delay was given in advance. We were waiting in the gates for 1.30 hours, instead of sitting in the lounge."

Nevýhody: "Delayed"

Nevýhody: "Our lugugge did not arrive from Prague!"

Výhody: "Nothing"
Nevýhody: "This airline lacks management, direction, structure and every detail required to run an airline."

Nevýhody: "They forgot our luggage, what the heck!"

Výhody: "Nothing"
Nevýhody: "See above"

Nevýhody: "Two days before the flight, they emailed to say that instead of 8:05 am, the flight would leave at 6:55 am. Ok, fine. I get to the airport at 5:30 and the flight is now leaving at 9:30 (and was further delayed to 10:20). I really could have used the extra sleep. Why bother with the email? Better yet - SEND ANOTHER EMAIL NOTIFICATION! They gave us a food voucher for the inconvenience but failed to mention that it wouldn't be honored on the plane. Very nearly missed my connecting flight which I had planned a full 4 hours between landing and takeoff. Harumph!"
