First meal service from Doha to Washington (IAD) took nearly 2.5 hours to reach my home after the service started. The male attendants were sloppy, not well organized. Výhody: "Qatar is quite possibly the best airline in the world, especially on its long haul flights. It is heads above the other two major Persian Gulf airlines. All the employees with whom I dealt were excellent and customer-oriented. The planes between Doha and London were new, had more space than older planes and had an excellent selection of movies and TV shows. I ordered special meals on all the flights, and I was very satisfied. I have been a fan of Qatar Airways since I flew it to Australia in 2011. It continues to do a superb job, even in Economy."

Nevýhody: "I never made it to the Yerevan to Doha flight, because Qatar Airways did not get me to my destination in time. They had an emergency landing in The Azores, after turbulence and several passengers got injured, when the pilot failed to warn passengers to put on their seat belts and they flew into the air, hitting the ceiling before falling down. One passenger had a heart attack. Once they de-planed us in The Azores, not a single Qatar Airways employee helped us on site anymore. Passengers were left in the hands of hotel and airport staff. There was very little communication with the passengers. A relief flight was supposed to come in 12 hours. It did not come for another 35. After the emergency landing, some passengers noticed that a wing looked defective. The disruption may not have been due only to bad weather, but a defective plane as well."

Had to wait on said bus, packed like sardines for another 10-15 minutes. - Agents in Amman arrived late to the check-in desk and fumbled around for at least 10 minutes finding paper/logging-into the system etc. - MANY Customers stood up WAY before the pilot signaled it was safe. This has to be a safety regulation/problem. Flight attendants did nothing. - The screens/entertainment system on the flight didn't work. Absolutely useless."
Nevýhody: "The flight from dubai to Kuwait was on Flydubai NOT Emirates.. in site was Emirates and that make problems to me cuz i hade to to go to terminal 2 for flydubai !!"

They came once with the cart and charged even for water on a 4 hour flight. The expensive sandwich was old and stale. Entertainment system didn't work. I would avoid this airline at all cost."

Výhody: "The only thing I liked about this airline was the flight they had available the day I needed it, and the price was reasonable. But the flight was oversold, so I wasnt able to take it anyways."
Nevýhody: "Fly Dubai check in at Dubai Airport is run by non-employees. My wife and I waited 1.5 hours in line. The staff helps other customers who are late for their flight cut in front of the line, and therefore make everyone else late for their flight. We finally arrive to the front and are told our flight has been oversold, and that it is full. We asked to be put on another flight and they said the next ones leave tomorrow. We were told we had to go wait in another line to arrange a flight or refund. We waited in that line for almost 1 hour, and the employee gave us an email address written on a post it note, and said if we wanted a refund to email them. Just an awful airline. Some other passengers wanted the flight the next day and Fly Dubai offered them a hotel for the night but said the hotel is full. The airline has an awful check in system, awful customer service, and has yet to offer us a refund, or even reply to the email we sent them six days ago. Regardless of their ticket price I will never fly with this airline ever again."
Nevýhody: "Arrived 40 min before flight and was denied access. Lost my first plane."
Výhody: "Everything was great"
Výhody: "The crew were very nice and supportive"
Nevýhody: "At the boarding, I was supposed to have an aisle seat, he gave me a middle seat ticket. I didn't realize that except after I'm on the plane. The crew were supportive and managed to fix this"
Nevýhody: "The plane looked old and dirty. Windows were really oily so I couldn't put my head down."
Výhody: "I felt comfortable and content"
Výhody: "Help of Mr Jackson and other crew members"
Nevýhody: "A drunk guy make scence at flight was horrible"
Nevýhody: "I was surprised to learn you had to pay for tea, coffee, food, and movies. I was offered one water on the 4 hour trip, which seemed out of line compared to all other international flights I have taken."
Výhody: "Shortly I can say that I enjoyed and love the flight with you"
Výhody: "Crew was nice."
Nevýhody: "For the price, this flight is fine. Any airline should at least provide water for free. Would be nice to have more air circulation/ventilation."
Výhody: "Everything"
Nevýhody: "Nothing"
