Nevýhody: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."

Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Nevýhody: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Výhody: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Nevýhody: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

Nevýhody: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

But now Joon is showing its true nature as a LOW COST airline.Seats cramped. Snacks and apple juice are now available for purchase only."
Výhody: "That we were heading home. Nice seats. Good food. Lots of entertainment choices. Power plugs ( USB and European power) were appreciated. Wine as a choice with meal was appreciated and brandy after the meal."
Nevýhody: "Some of the shows and movies were a bit 'trashy'. Long flight. I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."

Nevýhody: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

Nevýhody: "The check in process was terrible at SFO. We all felt like cattle being herded on. It was such a mess. The seats are surprisingly uncomfortable in premium economy. The headrest is not conducive to sleeping."
Výhody: "The time of the flight was great as well as the arrival time and subsequent connections to Paris. Enjoyed the rather full line of in flight beverages!"
Nevýhody: "Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!"

Výhody: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"
Výhody: "Seat room was better on most economy flights. The food was good and the glass of champagne did not hurt at all. The aircraft flew very smoothly from takeoff to landing."

Nevýhody: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."
Výhody: "Our flight attendant and fnally making it home!"
Nevýhody: "Disorganized uninformed staff. One says I have to have an additional "random" security check after going through the same thing in security. Turns out it wasn't random and I didn't need it. Both times they read my boarding pass wrong thought I was going to Tel Aviv - not random. Airport was hot as hell! Flight kept getting delayed then we had a gate change as well. Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes."
Výhody: "Punctuallity"
Nevýhody: "Bording far away, got my cabin luggage and everyone elses into the cellar because ¨it didn´t fit in the plane¨. There was plenty of room, I had breakable stuff in my luggage, didn´t get the chance to choose. No entertainment AT ALL. Confort: no leg space at all. Not an AirFrance plane, subcontracted. Lousy food."
Výhody: "Other crew members were very polite to us, in particular a younger tall woman."
Nevýhody: "2 crew members, one named Terri were quite rude and short with us. I even heard her say she was ready to get off the flight. She also asked everyone around me if they liked their flight but did not ask me. She basically threw my coffee condiments at me and dismissed my concerns about the food. I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation."

Nevýhody: "I requested a lacto-ovo vegetarian meal, which I received. However, it appears the meal was also vegan. Normally, that would be okay except one of the two standard meal choices was also vegetarian and seemed much better. Since I had selected lacto-ovo vegetarian, it seems I was not allowed to select the standard vegetarian option. Hard not to have cheese on an Air France flight - just saying :-)"

Nevýhody: "we paid for two seats together (one aisle and one middle) an exit row with extra legroom from paris to LA. but when we got to Prague they had one of us in the middle seat in the exit row and the other in a completely different part of the plane, also a middle row. The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

However, flight was on time, everybody was polite, movie selection was excellent (several classics, box office hits, comedies etc, they even appropriately put "Die hard" under Winter Wonderland), food was good and salted caramel ice cream for dessert was a very nice touch."
Nevýhody: "Tiny seats. My God, would it hurt to have TWO arm rests? I ended up sitting for 8h crooked to the right, just to avoid touching the guy beside me."

I had to buy a box for $15 to put my purse in and THEN pay $35 to check my PURSE in! I couldnt check in early. I had to go to the gate to get a seat assignment and then even though my assigned seat was in the 10th row, I then had to line up in groups like Southwest and I guess my punishment for sitting in economy was to wait to board last. I felt like third class boarder on the Titanic. United has become less than a Greyhound bus. They will NEVER be my first choice again! It was HORRIFIC I will go to ANY other airlines before them. P.S. the service at the Houston counter were rude and awful except for Ms. Edwards"

Nevýhody: "After spending $3000 on two first class tickets- my fiance was sent to urgent care and we were unable to make our flight on time. Customer service told us that they were unable to re-book us without a fee and even then they couldn't honor the tickets until 3 days later. This was frustrating given that there were numerous first class tickets available on various third party sites and united.com that would have been able to get us there the next day. Long story short I spent another $2300 to book a new flight with delta and I will never use United ever again."
Výhody: "they switched our flight in boston to another flight which was totally inconvenient. then the connecting flight was delayed so we had a three hour layover. then they switched the terminal and flight time to an hour earlier than posted w/o our knowledge. that flight left and we were stranded in new jersey airport until 6 am the next day and had to rebook. now we will have to make another stop in san Francisco's before getting to portland oregon a day late. total joke."
Výhody: "After many flights with United, I am always pleased with the level of customer service. I've only encountered friendly staff from the skycaps to the captains and everyone inbetween. I have never felt like I'm just a warm body filling a plane seat."
Výhody: "The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold. The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."

Nevýhody: "No comfort at all. Plane was jam packed and I had no leg room, arm rests would not come up, no free wifi or free entertainment."
Nevýhody: "Long wait on the plane on the tarmac."
Výhody: "Friendly and polite! Crew."
Nevýhody: "Middle seat. Space too small."
Nevýhody: "Air plane with mechanic problems and I buy firts class when they changed the fly don't give me the same class and can't take the refund"
Nevýhody: "I had no issues with my flights but my bag was damaged to the point I can no longer use it. They asked for volunteers to check their carry on due to a full flight (not my problem) so I did the nice thing and checked my small hard-case carry on never thinking it could get damaged that badly. It was only 2-3 years old and not only did the wheel come off but it cracked a portion of the hard case which came off as well. To make it worse when I called to ask what I should do to get compensation they told me the wrong thing and would only let me talk to people in call centers who wouldn't really answer my questions."

Nevýhody: "Entertainment from the 80s. Meaning one TV screen on ceiling. Violent entertainment for kids Uncomfortable seating. No power outlets and very old plane. Reminded me of traveling back in the 80s Adding all this to an 11 hours flight makes it a very undesirable flight. I understand this was a Lufthansa flight operated by United Airlines."
Nevýhody: "My plane was delayed so my connecting flight left me so I had to sleep in the airport."
Výhody: "Boarding was fast, staff were friendly, even though it costs the direct tv is nice."
Nevýhody: "Wifi was in and out and I paid for it, no free food, no free entertainment options"
Nevýhody: "Seats are too close together. I could barely fit my knees in, and I'm not an overweight person."
Výhody: "United doesn't care about customers, It was nothing to like about this flight over four hours late, the flight went to it's destination and came back, seems like every other United flight was canceled, Dora huge line about 2 to 3 hours long to get you an agent, there were no hotels available, slept in the airport"
Nevýhody: "Flight over four hours late, had to sleep in the airport on the chairs, because there was no hotels left, United didn't offer anything, I'm really displeased with them"
Výhody: "Great entertainment selection"
Nevýhody: "Some problem in the back bathroom made the plane smell very badly. Had to cover my mouth and nose with my shirt. Smell particularly bad on ground and of course we didn't take off for an hour after boarding. Third flight I've taken on united in two weeks that was delayed."
Výhody: "Nowadays the gate closes 10 minutes before takeoff which really helps get the plane off on time as we can make connections. Some may not know this and find it frustrating. As a regular traveler I appreciate the move."
Výhody: "Made flight smooth and enjoyable courtesy of the pilot and cabin crew excellent customer service"
Nevýhody: "Carry on compartment most of the time is full."

Nevýhody: "Information about seating for people with disabilities was not readily available. I purchased extra room seating then found out my co-passenger was entitled to it without extra charge. United refunded fees."
