One of my bags didnt arrived. It was a priority bag. And the flight was a really bad experience. There were two kids (2-3 years old) from two families in business class that cried during literally 10 hours! Was a really long flight

We were offered a cup of water once during this delay which is inexcusable. (We were also woken up to serve dinner at 1am so that was incredibly inconvenient for an overnight flight) On top of that, I, as well as many others missed our connecting flight. Personally I missed my connection by 20 minutes, which seems a reasonable amount of time to hold a connecting flight with so many people from our flight on that next one. In missing by only 20 minutes, we have lost an entire day of our trip and are spending 9! hours in the airport today. There was no communication between flights clearly. Despite there being an earlier flight we could’ve been placed on after missing our connection - we did not get booked on this flight. I asked why and they just randomly placed people on random flights with no regard for when we showed at the desk. In this scenario, a first come first serve would have alleviated an absolutely awful experience. I will never fly Swiss Air again and will urge people I know to not fly this airline. The experience was extremely frustrating, the best response from an employee was “that’s all I can do for you” and I wish it on no one."

Nevýhody: "I landed at Zurich airport at 6am with an 11 hour wait and tried to get onto an earlier us bound flight. The ground crew were awful and rude!. The dint make any effort to smile, look at me in the face or ask how I was doing!. Instead she took one look at my ticket and said “ sorry you bought through an agent, I can’t help you”. When I tried to ask if in future it is advisable to book through Swiss airlines directly, the customer service agent looked at me and said “ that’s your problem”- then she turned to her friend and kept talking! Honestly! . The airport terminal E is grey, drab and boring. No TV and only 2 hour of WiFi. I was told I had to pay to use one of their lounges just to get a recliner chair to lay my head for 11 hours. I felt like I was in a holding cell- and the flight was delayed by an hour, had a gate change that they dint tell us till less than 1hour- boy was I glad to leave Zurich!. If that is Swiss hospitality, they have a long way to go. Save your money and use another airline. You will be much happier- trust me."
Výhody: "The flight to Zurich was delayed so I would have missed my connecting flight. We were automatically rebooked on British airways which got us home three hours sooner than the Swiss air connections. If they did the rebooking, I find that a real plus but can not rate them on anything else."

When I did the check in in Prague and got my boarding pass the told me that the system picked me to have the additional random checkup at Zurich airport. Its ok. If it’s done for security reason why to tell the people ahead of time that they will have additional checkup of bags and personal stuff. If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."

He first started to give my gate number, but then said there won't be flight to Amsterdam until the next day. I was very worried. When landing it was very difficult to find anyone working for Swiss to assist me. Then someone told me that my flight would be leaving in 3 minutes. I asked to be rushed through line, but everyone said not too worry because plane would wait for me. When I arrived at gate there was no one there. Then it took quite a while to find another Swiss employee to help me. There seemed to be a lot of confusion."
Nevýhody: "If you put the seats this close together, with the amount of recline. Once one person on the fligh reclines their seat it forces everyone else to do so. You can't eat if the person in front of you reclines!"

Very cramped flight, overhead bins were all completely filled, and passengers had to fly with bags by their feet which was not very comfortable for me personally.

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

Prague to Warsaw and transfer was great - excellent boarding, no delays at airports. Horrible experience was in Toronto Pearson airport at arrival - brutal lines, terrible organization of additional PCR selective mandatory testing - very bad in Canada comparing to other international travels of mine. I booked the flight and then they canceled it, i tried changing the dates but the website was giving me an error so i called them, after being on the phone for 2 hr some guy answered who seemed very tired and not thrilled working for LOT. Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my CC company."

Nevýhody: "There is no way to pre-order meals on LOT flights other than calling a Warsaw phone number. Other airlines allow this both during online check-in and at any other time as part of managing your booking."

Výhody: "From Toronto to Warsaw we flew with Air Belgium even though we paid a ticket for Polish Airlines and everything was horrible. We waited an hour without any explanation before boarding and another hour and half after boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and there was no leg room. Flight from Warsaw to Belgrade was a lot better, however 2 out of my 3 luggages were lost. Crew on both flights were lovely."

Nevýhody: "1st, neither seat that I selected when checking in were given to me. 2nd both aircraft took off late for no apparent reason. 3rd When waiting to board in Warsaw, I was almost bitten by a large pit pull that a passenger was bringing into the cabin as a comfort animal. When I and several other passengers question the desk at the gate about the bringing a large vicious dog into the plane, we were told they were to busy to deal with us even though they were just standing there doing nothing. I have never seen such rudeness towards passengers as I did at that gate. I will take a ship across the Atlantic before I go through Warclaw again."

Výhody: "I went from Belgrade to WAW and then to Chicago. The flight from Belgrade was delayed by almost two hrs which made out flight to Chicago delyed as well. This was my first time flying with LOT and so far so good. I think the flights from WAW are delayed bcz of the other flights coming into WAW are delyed and since there are only one international flight a day they wait for these flights to arrive so they can take off. This is what happened in my case. The crew was very nice. I traveled with two small children and they were very helpful. I would def flight with LOT again"

I bought I would be proactive and pay for the baggage for my return(only 20 euros). I received only a receipt for the 20 euros, but paid 63,250 drams. Something is shady and I feel duped. The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

Economy seats are very cramped so it's an uncomfortable and probably not healthy experience for that long. The flight delay meant that there was high stress in Warsaw to make the connecting flight. Why transit passengers need to be subjected to security checks and clearance I do not understand. We have just got off an international flight - transit passengers surely aren't combined with new passengers who have not been through security in Warsaw."

Not sure I will fly with this airline again in the future."

When I addressed one crew member he was not only occupied watching something in his phone but responded plain rudely to me. Its quite obvious that on the airplane the crew is working. Ukrainian airlines was offering the same trip cheaper but I decided to take LOT. Also I was surprised that I had to pay my luggage in my fly back. Next time I'll try Ukrainian airlines"

My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

When we flew with my little daughter - toddler to the destination the plane was late and as a result we were late to another plane, so they sent us to the same destination country but to the different place and then I had to find out were to go further while our luggage was lost (found in 3 days). When we flew back, the plane was late once again and I was told that we might will be left until next day morning, so lots of nervous and stress. The food provided was very poor as well - basically just small chocolate bar and water, tea or coffee, so if you are hungry it would not really help you."

Be aware, in the event of a delay and loosing your connecting flight you might end up spending a night in Warsaw. I WILL NEVER USE LOT AGAIN and I will make sure to spread the word!!!"

I almost had a heart attack when Anna Aleksandrovna Esina (agent at registration counter #131) informed me that my ticket has been cancelled and she does not see me on the passenger list. I was in shock when I heard that and ready to cry as I was so anxious to get back home. Then she added that it is not her job to look for my ticket and there is nothing she can do for me. She did not want to make any effort and do something to resolve the issue. With the help of another agent it was determined that I WAS on the passenger list and I finally (after some agonizing time) was given my two boarding passes. It is amazing how just one unprofessional agent can spoil your trip... Thankfully the rest of my journey went really well!"

She promised that the crew is notified about this stuff and I would be taken care of. What a load of bull. They also claim that I’ll receive a 75% refund on my ticket. I’m not going to hold my breath waiting. My wife and I travel business class all over the world and this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had."

On the way back (LON - FTT) the airline did not have any headphones and did not have any snacks for purchase - obviously very poor planning for a cross-Atlantic flight. If they were unable to properly stock the plane prior to departure, they should have notified people waiting at the gate, so that the passengers would have the opportunity to purchase those items at the airport prior to departure."

All of these are major inclusions on trans-Atlantic flights, and were not visible when purchasing this flight. I thought it sounded too good to be true. To be honest, if this were all included up front, I couldve brought on-board food and drink for the flight. I dont like being nickel and dimed on everything. Charging over $50 for a checked in bag is ridiculous. At least if it were for $25 like every other flight, I wouldnt of minded."

We didn't get it until about 3 hours after take off (which was 10:30pm at the origin). It was completely disorganized and made no sense. Based on this alone, I have no plans on flying Norweigan again except for my return flight back home."

Positive: The flight was on time, which is quite a rarity, especially for low-cost carriers. The flight attendants "upgraded" me to an extra legroom seat (although it was more for practical reasons, as they needed someone by the emergency exit). Negative: In full Covid-19 pandemic wave, most of the passengers were checked for boarding, but instead of either being allowed to directly board the plane or at least to wait in front of the boarding gate at a relatively safe distance, everyone was crammed into a tiny space between the boarding desk and the actual gate. I'm not sure I wouldn't been comfortable being piled together with 150 other people in a little over 50sqm in "normal" times, let alone during a pandemic. Also, despite the plane only being at around 2/3 capacity and most of the extra legroom seats being unoccupied, the flight attendants were very reluctant to allow a fellow travel companion to sit in the same extra legroom row with me, because "these seats cost more than the regular seats", which I thought was very petty (regardless of whether it was company policy or the attendants' own rigid attitude towards the situation).

I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

It will make Budapest a more enjoyable time before you touchdown."
Výhody: "The plane and crew from Pilots to Flight staff more than perfect. We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Nevýhody: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."
Nevýhody: "Never ever gonna choose Wizz air ... not a frist time I had to pay extra because of the suitcase ... But this is happening always on Hungary not in London."

Nevýhody: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."
Výhody: "I use Wizzair very often .flight is always good.Pilots and crew are very well experianced.so if turbulences there is still trust in flight crew .today is very misty and cloudy in London .Very good landing in these bad conditions.i want to Thank all team of the crew."
Nevýhody: "Turbulences.It is sad that wizzair charges very high cost large cabin bags (especially on holidays time is bags different price than other months.)but other companies as Easyjet and ryanair allows one big and one small bag for free on board"

Nevýhody: "I had a standard carry on bag which in Wizz air world turned out to be a large bag. Not only did I have to pay and additional £40 at the airport for it, I had to take it on board with me too. This bag has been on many other low fares airlines without a problem. The Wizz air carry on limit is unrealistically small and is thus merely a money making racket."
Výhody: "No water for the passengers, tea should be paid for, full price was not shown before ticket purchase, worse customer service (very rude)."
