Výhody: "Business Class on LOT Flight No. 21 from Warsaw to Los Angeles is excellent! The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is a beautiful plane and the Business Class seats are very comfortable. The food was pretty good and the flight attendants were extremely nice!"
Nevýhody: "There was a two and a half hour delay for technical problems for our flight from Warsaw to Los Angeles on Tuesday July 24, 2018. There had been a two-hour delay for my flight in from Warsaw to Moscow, also for technical problems, on Friday July 13, 2018. Obviously, LOT needs to insure its planes are safe, but it needs to do so sufficiently in advance of take-off so that its passengers are not inconvenienced by lengthy delays."

Nevýhody: "We were delayed. I was also asked to switch seats and was placed next to an ultra orthodox family, who was NOT happy to be seated next to a woman. This put me in an extremely uncomfortable situation, and the crew was not helpful in helping me resolve this. I basically had to go back and undo the switch myself - I would like to point out that the airline has just as much responsibility to protect me and my rights as they do to protect the other passengers, and I feel they fell short."
Výhody: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

When I told the gentleman that I needed a vegetarian meal he said there were none available but he did his best to accommodate me with putting together bits and pieces of other meals. He did manage to find a vegetarian meal for me for breakfast."

There were at least four other LOT employees standing around who could have pitched in. I had a window seat with a large man next to me who overflowed into my space making it uncomfortable to just sit. I couldn't even cut my meat without bumping him. Because LOT upgraded random people before the flight, I would suggest they wait until they board and see who doesn't fit in the tight space and move those people."

Výhody: "The aircraft was a Boeing 787 Dreamliner! Wow, what a great aircraft! Seats in coach were good but tight for a big person like myself, but that is more my problem than theirs. Flight cost was the major determining factor and Norwegian was the low cost leader. I'd travel again with them."
Nevýhody: "NO FOOD, NO DRINK unless you either bring your own (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) or don't mind purchasing a 12oz can of Coke for three Euros. If I were to travel again with them, I'd pack a bigger lunch and more water/soda for myself to save some cost. Even if purchased in the terminal."

Nevýhody: "Having the choice of no drinks or $5 drinks was unpleasant. Also, why were we crowded three in a row of three seats when there were rows (of three seats) with only one person? Also, it was a major pain in the neck to be stuck at CDG with all our luggage (which we had to claim after the previous flight — surprise! — since we bought out ticket through Kiwi.com) for hours, due to Norwegian Air not allowing us to check in yet."
Výhody: "Seats have so little legroom to begin with, but when the seat in front of you leans back, then there is no face/body room either, very clostrophobic, couldn't even reach my purse under the seat, and I am not an overly tall or wide person. Reclining seats should be eliminated to give all a fairer amount of such little space."
Nevýhody: "Already paying so much for tickets, being charged so much extra for a seat reservation, a "meal" of sorts, all beverages and snacks, a piece of luggage, where is there any good will in treating travelers with hospitality that makes them want to travel more instead to avoid it at all costs."

Výhody: "The flight from Rome to Oakland was comfortable, even in economy class. Bags and meals were free, which is a nice touch, and on-board entertainment was exceptional. The hot dinner was decent: chicken or meat ravioli."
Nevýhody: "There were no choices for the lunch: a sandwich with no meat. The bathroom was out of paper towels half way throught the flight, and out of tp near the end."

Nevýhody: "My cousin was not allowed to board because her passport was about to expire in less than 3 months and Norwegian did not refund her ticket or offer her a credit of any sort or schedule her for the next flight out after her passport issue was taken care of. She lost her whole ticket fare and I was forced to travel alone. No customer service no consideration - nothing. Will never fly Norwegian again."

Nevýhody: "I bought the ticket at the last minute and couldn't pre-pay for luggage or food. The food cost me and my companion $50 for sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Even water and soda is $3 for a small can. If you want a blanket, they charge, if you want anything, they charge. Luggage was over $80. Just pay more for a different airline, it will be less."
Nevýhody: "I've been traveling to Europe and back for 40 years+. This is the first time I have ever had to weigh in my pocketbook along with my carry-on bag - that's outrageous!!! I realize that you are a discount carrier, and one has to pay for luggage, but this is ridiculous!!! You go to the extreme, and a women's pocketbook should not have to be added to the scale along with any other carry-on bags for a total weight of 10 Kil. That's extreme and very miserly in my opinion and not a positive refection on your airline!"
Výhody: "Boarding was good. Flight was ontime. Lots of movies for entertainment."

Nevýhody: "I have never been on an international flight where they made you pay for food and water. They, in fact, won't stop the beverage cart for you unless you've paid for a meal package. When I booked my flight there was no option to opt in nor out of any meal package. I called the airlines 48 hours in advance, and they told me that, in order to pay for a meal package I would have to have called at least 72 hours in advance. Also the flight had no vegetarian hot meal options, which sucked for me. I was appalled that you had to pay for, even, water!!!!"

Nevýhody: "Boarding handled poorly, stuff in standing-room-only and they boarded privileged members and families before disabled people, causing those of us who can't stand long to... stand a long time in line."

Nevýhody: "I believe it's an airport issue so I'm hesitant to put this but I was unable to check in until 2 hours prior to my flight. The rest of the party I was traveling with was on a different flight that left a bit sooner so I arrived with them at the airport only to be kept waiting as they were able to go through security upon arrival. Norwegian doesn't have a designated window or kiosk so I wasn't able to get any help on the matter."
Nevýhody: "My flight was cancelled, and I understand Easyjet couldn't control that, but the way they handled the situation was absolutely terrible. I waited in line for 3 hours trying to talk to a representative about rebooking my flight and getting a hotel, but after a while they said they couldn't book hotels anymore and we would have to do it ourselves. After three hours of waiting in a line that barely moved I decided to give up and went to my hotel which I had to book myself and booked a flight for the next morning with a different airline."
Výhody: "The plane was clean and there was a lot of space for luggage. At baggage claim the bags came quickly."
Nevýhody: "The crew seemed like it was their first day on the job. I understand they were probably trying to provide quick service, but they were running around chaotically and were not very friendly. They seemed cold. Also on a long flight charging for water seems ridiculous."

Nevýhody: "we paid for seats 8a and 8b but were put in 18 a and c with the excuse that row eight was for families with infants. Our flight attendants told us there was no such thing. Two adults sat in the seats we paid for. When we landed we sat on the plane for a half hour till they brought the stairs out. We took the same size plane both outbound and inbound yet on our return flight all of a sudden we had ti pay for one of our bags, exact same luggage as our departure flight including the same size plane"

Nevýhody: "I asked for a refill of a glass of wine and it was denied. I found that very stingy. The flight from Oslo to Fort Lauderdale was packed with kids and the flight attendants had no control over them, running around, disturbing everybody and they just wouldn't stop. Very annoying."
Výhody: "Low fare"
Nevýhody: "When you purchase their lowest fare class, EVERYTHING except water requires paying a fee (even a blanket, and they keep the cabin very cool). And, they charge a $25 penalty if you don't pay to check a bag before you check-in. Check-in at their counter is required, and they weigh your CARRY ON BAGS, WHICH ARE LIMITED TO 10KG TOTAL. (I missed this requirement when purchasing the ticket and in the pre-flight emails.) So they made me check my small roller luggage, which required standing in another long line because ONLY ONE agent could collect fees. So by the time I was done paying, I had already decided that I would NEVER AGAIN fly Norwegian Air!"

Nevýhody: "Boarding was chaotic. No one gave any instructions so the passengers crowded the gate area seeking an advantage to board. Flight was very crowded in the Economy cabin. Fortunately it was short."

Výhody: "It was an easy flight from check in to landing. I always find Norwegian a great value and flight. I think the meals are definitely over priced at $45 but other than that a fabulous experience. Trust that if there is a delay in your flight they will take excellent care of you as well."

I went to the galley and explained to another crew member what had happened and was told I would have to buy tea for four Euro. I had to get bitchy for him to provide me with the tea. He was condescending and told me to calm down. When he returned I was afraid to drink the tea for fear he had spit in it. The same incompetent stewardess treated me poorly during breakfast service. She completely skipped me one serving. I had to get her attention, then she said something to her coworker. Then she walked away without providing me any beverage. She quickly handed me a tea and tried to leave and I had to get her to give me. sugar milk. Basically, the stewardess and the steward were jerks to me. You better hope you don't have to sit in the back of the plane. Service is definitely lacking back there ."
Výhody: "Crew was polite and accommodating. Seat were comfy and they inflight movie selection was pretty awesome."

$40.00 check in fee if not checking on line, even though we ALL have to check in at counter too. 2.50€ for a water, but at terrible exchange rate for Huf. Uncomfortable at best for 6 hours. Zero entertainment. Crew are nice😃

Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."
Výhody: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

More than the cost of the one way flight! Nobody could help at the airport despite me explaining in detail that I had tried multiple times to book online to save $. Seats were smallest I've ever been in, lines were extremely confusing and unorganized in boarding, and the air conditioning wasn't working. Will never fly wizz air again"

So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."
