Nevýhody: "Don’t tell passengers they can make a transfer flight supposed to leave in 20 minutes because the first flight was late, and then have the plane leave without the passengers who sprinted through the airport after having to go through customs and security again."

I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

Výhody: "The staff from service center helped me to solve problem with my flight, it was short connection, around 35 minutes, and I missed my aircraft, but in the service center gave me ticket to the next flight, The problem was solved."

Nevýhody: "My row was bypassed a couple of times for food/beverage service even though we were wide awake and looking expectantly at the flight attendant. Sometimes she asked me if I wanted a drink or something and as I was answering she looked away and moved on. I couldn't believe it. Then after pressing the service button and waiting a long time for her to return, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience."

Nevýhody: "Food & extremely old plane with no electrical outlets no Wi-Fi and the entertainment system was rubbish . The food was terrible. One passenger mentioned that the bathroom was in terrible shape. I actually tidied up the bathroom before I left cause my bathroom was also in terrible shape or getting there. This plane needs to be retired it is so old! United Airlines should be embarrassed! I can't believe this plane is still in circulation at least the inside of it! How about updating it to modern times?"

Nevýhody: "There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago."

Then when she came out, she started interrogating me forcefully, about why I got United involved with my check in for my first leg of the trip, because I am causing her to have all this extra work and etc. How dare she!!! First of all. I didn't want to involve United, the service counter at SAS was closed the entire time, and the flight on my first leg was operated by United, so i had no choice but to go to United. In fact I should be the one asking why I had to involve United in the first place. Where was SAS when I needed their help and guidance???? Why was their counter closed the entire time??? Such a poorly organized airline, I'll be wary to fly with SAS again."

Nevýhody: "The SAS Supervisor at the gate permitted all preferred-level economy class ticketed passengers to board irrespective of the amount of their carry-on items - in some cases as many as three different items and many over-sized as per the measuring box located at the gate walkway, before conducting a bag-by-bag weight check on all the remaining economy ticketed passengers. Any carry-on item over 8 kgs was refused access to the airplane, and had to be unpacked at the gate in full view of other passengers to remove all electronic devices or breakable items, prior to being left with the gate agent to be placed on the plane as checked luggage. This procedure was conducted in an officious and highly non-customer friendly way, and was embarrassing to those passengers who had to "strip down" their single bag, in particular for female passengers who had overnight clothing and toiletries. A more practical and customer appropriate approach should replace such a draconian procedure."

Nevýhody: "The flight was cancelled causing a domino effect of plans. I spent the evening and morning canceling and trying to reschedule plans. Your airline rebooked me for a flight the next day that ended up having air filter problems. I lost 3 days of vacation from the 10 total I get a year and from the 8 I had taken for my vacation."

Nevýhody: "Multiple maintenance delays and groundcrew forgot to load some bags so there was an even further delay. Flight was cramped too."

Nevýhody: "No staff at the gate until fifteen minutes after start of boarding. Flight was delayed, but gate staff were not forthcoming with details."

Nevýhody: "We wanted to check bags and we needed to have our docs checked before we could get a boarding pass for the last leg of the flight. No one was available around the self service kiosks and the line to drop bags or get any service didn't move for 40 minutes. We finally went to the gate. In Copenhagen we had a delay and no one would even talk to us except to say " you are booked in tourist class so I can't help You". They do an excellent job of avoiding any contact with their customers. I fly almost every week for business and have never had this bad of service."

Nevýhody: "When we booked there was no mention of paying for the checked in luggage. When we showed up at the airport we were told to pay the inflated $75 for each bag. It was ironic since it was 6am flight and the plane was half empty. It left a bad taste for us and we are not sure if it was kayak fault or sas."

Nevýhody: "to realise at the airport that they will charge me 70 EUR for one luggage for one way only is outrageous! it wasnt clear at all that there wasnt luggage included in the price of the ticket... all of my previous tickets bought via kayak and priceline were also with luggage included and we have understood the given price as including luggage! i find it very negative and very bad experience and feel robbed, this is not acceptable business approach. my suggestion is that you will refund me the extra cost for the luggage. thank you."

Výhody: "So far best flight I've ever experienced ! I was traveling to Europe and both ways I was pleasantly surprised, planes were on time , super nice crew and great food , Way to go SAS !!!"

Nevýhody: "No one from the flight crew gave us the border card. We waited in the border line only to be told once we reached the front that we needed to leave the line to fill one out. No guest on the Oslo to Edinburgh flight was given one."

Výhody: "They had a kiosk, which was nice. In the US (Dulles) on my way out, I had no way to print a picket without waiting in line. I don't have a printer at home and the mobile ticket system was not working, so I had to wait in a very long line despite the fact that I had no luggage just to get my ticket. Every other airline had a Kiosk. In Gdansk, I was glad to see that they had a kiosk."
Nevýhody: "Although I could print my the ticket for the first leg at the kiosk, I could not print the second. I asked the woman at the desk, and she could not print either. I had to fly to the connecting airport with no connecting ticket in hand."

Nevýhody: "My luggage was ripped open. The suitcase is damaged. Alcoholic drinks are not free(even on the international flight, which I never experienced). Trays with food stay forever on your table( slow service).on The 7hour long international flight you can hardly sleep because the food is at the awkward times and it's not cleaned up in forever afterwards. Not very friendly crew."

Výhody: "Flight was cancelled but i didn't receive email notification from SAS Moreover i was able to check-in on SAS website and print boarding pass 10 ours before flight (and after Kayak sent me notification that flight "may be cancelled"), and they sent me confirmation and everything. When i arrived in airport i realized flight was actually cancelled. And i tried to call and nobody picked up the pphone. I was travelling from Moscow."

Výhody: "Everything was well organized and orderly, though the staff were not too cheerful or friendly. Even though it was a short 1 hour flight I saw flight attendants giving crayons and papers to the kids and everyone was offered a small chocolate cookie, a tiny packet of sour gummies, and a cup of water for free which I didn't expect. The plane was very small but clean and I was fairly comfortable in my seat for the short flight. There was a magazine in the seat pocket in English and Polish. Mostly I liked the cheap ticket price and that it was an on time flight."
Nevýhody: "When we landed we went down 5 steps to the ground outside and got in a bus to go in the terminal. The plane was so small that there is very little space for carry on bags so that was a problem for some people, and as we entered the plane I noticed that the ceiling of the aisle is so low that my husband could touch his head on it if he went on his toes a bit (he's 6'4") It was odd to me that they had my husband and I assigned to seats an aisle apart, but a kind stranger agreed to change places. Lastly, the carry on baggage weight allowance is very low and they weighed our bags and we had to pay 24 dollars each for our overweight carry on roller bags which were then checked."

Nevýhody: "Terrible old plane, with tv that don't work and are from 50s. Food was really really bad"

Výhody: "I have been flying with them for the past 16 years(economy seats), and I have to say that their service,and comfort of overnight flights have improved tremendously! Partially due to the fact that they have 787 Dreamliners now, in which the seats are wider and are reclining more than before, the leg room is bigger, the air quality better. The crew members are very professional,not overly sweet,yet caring and understanding,especially when you are flying with small children.As to those complaining about overcharged luggage- read the rules people! If you go over the maximum limit of 50lb for a check in, let's say 2lb,they won't charge you,but don't expect them to close their eyes when your luggage weighs almost double that!"

Especially on a brand new planes there is no excuse, the pre ordering of food on the flight is a fine idea just ensure the all interfaces to book the flight makes this VERY clear that’s required."

No blankets offered, or available and attendants were quite grumpy when asked. Asked for veggie meal before hand. This was treated as an imposition. When it arrived, it was pretty terrible and I decided not to eat it. Gave it to a fellow passenger who had been overlooked and was hungry. We boarded 7 hours late. We were given notice, but we were also required to come to the gate or miss our flight no later than 11:00 (check in shut at 12:00) this meant all of us spent an overnight at the gate. Plane boarded very early AM. No one apologized or offered any accommodation. Pilot actually told us about how frustrated he was, asked us to go out of our way to accommodate his crew. Some merit in this, except that passengers paid for their seats, and the crew were not particularly nice to us. Long story short: I cannot recommend."

Výhody: "We like the automated self-check in for checked bags so you don't have to stand in long check in lines when you already have a boarding pass. we also like that the boarding process is fast and uncomplicated. Often planes are boarded from both ends."

Nevýhody: "The boarding process felt a little chaotic. They boarded the back half of the plane and then opened general boarding. People who knew about it lined up to wait to board for 45 mins before the flight began boarding... because the way it's done is so open. It doesn't create the most relaxing wait experience. But once I got on the plane, all was good. The check-in process was also a bit tiring too. There is no automated check-in option, so you have to stand in a really long line to get your boarding pass for international flights. Make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to check-in... especially given that there's a long security line next."

Nevýhody: "We have taken 6 trans-atlantic flights with Norwegian, and *all* of them have been delayed by multiple hours. They clearly do not have the operational capabilities to run these long-haul flights. Our most recent flight, for which I am writing this review, was delayed by 5 hours, and on top of that, we had to wait to de-plane for 40 minutes since the small destination airport (OAK) could not handle our arrival simultaneously to another Norwegian flight; they coincided because of our astounding delay. There was no legitimate reason for the 4h45min departure delay--no mechanical issues, no weather problems, no airport issues; it was purely Norwegian failing to have their staff available, or them waiting for other delayed flights to arrive to allow those passengers to transfer. We heard absolutely zero explanation except from the pilot who said was due to Norwegian's "own operating issues". There was no staff at the boarding desk, and after the 5 hour delay, some non-Norwegian-affiliated airport employee just said "ok everyone board", because clearly they needed the gate and the Norwegian staff was dragging their feet. I have never seen anything like it: a whole crowd of disgruntled people heading to the podium with no organization. Fortunately, we were flying from Stockholm and the Swedes were all very reserved about the horrible service. In the cabin, it is no-frills as you would expect, but I continue to be disappointed by a lack of water! I can afford to order bottled water from the snack bar, and we did that, but really water should be delivered to all passengers spending 11 hours on an aircraft. The pre-ordered food was pretty bad and definitely not worth the money that they charge for it. If you compare this to a "real" airline's trans-atlantic flights, there is no comparison: Norwegian's cabin crew is a bunch of amateurs from third world countries; a major airline like Lufthansa actually cares about passenger comfort and makes 2-3 times as many rounds through the cabin to deliver things like water, food, wine, hot towels, etc. I think this will be our sixth and final Norwegian trans-atlantic flight. Within Europe, we have had much better experiences with Norwegian."

Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff"

Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay."

Nevýhody: "The entire process was chaos. First you wait in a crowd to find out which desk to drop your bags and/or check in. Then you race there with the herd. Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Additional, I travel with oversize luggage by theirs standards. Then I paid the price almost 3 times more for that flight, so be prepare before boarding on low budget airlines."

Nevýhody: "We had a 5 hour delay and were given absolutely no information. No one came to tell us what was going on, and we had to run all over the airport to find someone who worked for Ryanair to try to find help. Even when we finally located the "customer service" desk, they had no idea what was going on and were unable to help us. All they could offer was a "lunch voucher" but they sent us to the wrong café, which didn't know what we were talking about. Beyond this, the hassle of trying to figure out how much your luggage weighs while you are traveling (we had no access to a scale) isn't worth it. Would NEVER fly this airline again."
