The desk agent at check-in wouldn't check my second bag and didn't know how much the fee even was for the second bag. She was not exactly pleasant, which might have been because it was 430 in the morning but still. I just ended up carrying on two pretty big bags. The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

Taking off at over 11.00 feet and landing at sea level must be like having most of the air leak out of your tires while driving, but these guys take that in stride."

The boarding pass for our connection from Rio to Miami was not given to us in Sao Paulo when we had to manually check in. As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again."

Výhody: "First of all, all of the information regarding the flight listed the carrier as Latam. However, the flight was actually an American flight. Based on the confusion I missed my outgoing flight. Thereafter I purchased a oneway ticket to Medellin on another airline only to learn that they cancelled my return flight. They wanted to charge me almost $600 to rebook! I ended purchasing a ticket with different carrier. Money paid to Latam was wasted."

Food could be improved, specially offering vegetarian alternative for all of the food services. The movie selection could be improved (in variety and vintage). Music selection was very good for my taste."
Nevýhody: "I was unable to choose my seats on line in advance, which created a stressful situation when at check-in we found that my wife and I were not seated together. Fortunately for the first leg of the trip (Santiago-Lima) there was an empty seat by her and I took it; and for the second leg (Lima-Los Angeles) the passenger next to her was upgraded on the last minute and left his seat for me. Latam has great service, but must let customers choose their seats or guarantee assigning adjacent seats to passengers traveling together, The process for servicing of the plane during the stop-over in Lima could be improved. I know it is hard to do minor cleaning, tidy-up, and replacement of pillows & blankets while many passengers remain on board, but at least there should be an announcement describing what the passengers are to expect during the stop-over."

Nevýhody: "The offered an upgrade to bid on. I did and was rewarded one for the 4 of us. It turned out that the seats were exactly like every other seat on the plane in size. They did provide free drinks and a well used towel. When you ask to be paid for an upgrade you should be clear what that really is."

Výhody: "airlines could have mentioned that the second leg would require going thru security again and would take a very long time and that I should do this immediately after disembarking even though a gate had not yet been assigned. As A consequence of an intensive interview process before boarding the international leg of the trip (initially only two reps processing everyone on the plane for a few minutes each) the plane left the gate late. It also lost another 15 -20 minutes in flight making it 30 minutes late and I missed my connection in Miami necessitating me to spend a night in a motel and finish my flight the next day."
Nevýhody: "Had the crew enabled me to be first off the plane I would have made the connection but I lost an additional 20-25 minutes being seated in the rear of the plane"

Výhody: "Great lie flat seat. Nice FAs."
Nevýhody: "Food was not that great for intl C"

Nevýhody: "2 hours late, problems with entertainment, bad service at chack-in"

Výhody: "The crew was amazing. Very professional, kind, and accommodating."
Nevýhody: "The boarding check-in person was confusing. Anyone that didn't speak Spanish got in the wrong line. They didn't announce that there were two lines, one for A and one for B. So we were mistakenly directed to stand in the line for a Madrid flight, when we were going to Lisbon. They made the last minute call only in Spanish, so we all almost missed the flight. The landing was a bit rough with crosswinds."

Výhody: "Excellent attention by the crew and the food."

Výhody: "All except for service to handicapped."
Nevýhody: "I mad reservation listing that I needed wheel chair assistance due to walking limitations. Upon flight arrival no service was provided not was it provided on my return trip."

Nevýhody: "Book wheelchair assistance for flight, all went well. At destination Lisbon, no wheelchair no assistance very poor service."

Nevýhody: "Bags didn’t arrive"

Výhody: "Excellent Service - pleasant flight - comfortable seats"
Nevýhody: "Poor entertainment system"

Výhody: "Great friendly service. Very clean and organized crew. Nice plane, great flight crew. Comfortable seats. Free ear pieces and drinks for international flights."

Nevýhody: "Don't like their bagage fees"

Výhody: "The head stewardess was so helpful and nice! I was traveling alone with a 3-month-old baby and was very stressed out. The head stewardess helped me so much, gave me a more comfortable seat, a private place to breastfeed and a bassinet for the baby! She was amazing and I owe her so much for making my experience better. I also received a baby gift package that had a much needed pacifier clip! The flight was also the smoothest flight I've ever had across the Atlantic!"
Nevýhody: "No movie was shown on the shared TV in the first row. Had to only listen to music. Long stressful wait to board."

Nevýhody: "You can't reach them via phone and they are horrifically slow and difficult to get ahold of."

Výhody: "Fast boarding"
Nevýhody: "Had to wait forever to find out Gate Number."

Výhody: "I got to Rio de Janeiro on time"
Nevýhody: "cramped seats, minimal water offered by crew on 9.5 hour flight. I also found the extra charge to reserve a seat on this flight a serious affront to economic sensibility"

Nevýhody: "Tap said that they could not find my seat (even through I paid Kayak / Webjet) and my tickets were cancelled. I lost my flight back and had to stay two days extra in a hotel and lost a day of work. Will never buy here again"

Výhody: "I got to London"

Výhody: "Seats felt smaller than most international flights"

Nevýhody: "The food - horrible... My TV did not work the entire trip."

Výhody: "They were in such a bad mood!"
Nevýhody: "The captain had fasten seatbelt on because of turbulence. As soon as it came off the crew insisted on doing the service instead of waiting for desperate people to use the restroom. They made everyone sit back down so they could serve sandwiches and drinks. There was plenty of time and they should have waited. The only time the crew smiled was when the flight was over"

Výhody: "Boarding was 3:35hrs late. I landed from Boston around 9 am and left around 12:35. The layover was longer than scheduled. I was not pleased."

Výhody: "The on-board entertainment was decent, as they had pretty recent films available to view. The on-flight attendants were very friendly and professional."
Nevýhody: "I'm an average sized skinny male (5'11"/ 180 cm), and I almost literally couldn't fit in my seat. These airlines are doing everything save on costs by jamming as many people as possible onto an aircraft...this makes for a terribly uncomfortable 12hr long red-eye flight. The food was mediocre at best (my gf actually got sick from it), and the boarding process was anything but organized, allowing anyone to board at any given time. It was very hectic and took far too long."

Výhody: "The flights was conducted safely and professionally."
Nevýhody: "Minimal legeoom on the Airbus A319; several inches less than on the next TAP leg to BCN."

Nevýhody: "The monitors did not work."

Výhody: "Crew friendliness and attention"
Nevýhody: "They ran out of diet coke and coke zero literally right after takeoff which is a joke!"

Nevýhody: "The sizing device is much smaller than it needs to be for carry on roller bags. My bag was forced to be checked by the ground crew on this Tap flight. My bag is a normal sized carry on bag that has always fit on all flights. There was plenty of space on the aircraft for it. The ground crew also let others on with larger bags so they dont even apply their policy in a consistent manner. I will do my best to avoid TAP from now on."

Výhody: "Very comfortable flight."

Nevýhody: "No offer of coffee in businesss when woke up. Still 35-40 before landing"

Nevýhody: "They kept us all day in the airport t to then tell us at 7pm that the flight wouldnt actually leave that day."

Výhody: "N/A."
Nevýhody: "Our tickets said our flight was at 11. We got to the airport two hours early but found out our flight was actually at 10 (they wouldn't let us to try to make it). The airline didn't take into account / adjust the local time when we booked. Multiple customers experienced the same issue. We had to buy tickets on another airline."

Výhody: "Low cost"
Nevýhody: "Kept switching gates"

Nevýhody: "Paid $130 for 2 extra spac s acts. Didn't have any extra space. Had a woman in front of me who reclined her seat all the way for he whole flight. Had to have on of he crew to ask her to put her sat forward for the food service part of th flight."

Výhody: "Very convenient"
Nevýhody: "There is no food"

Výhody: "They squeezed a meal into a 2 hour flight."

Nevýhody: "Terrible food, old plane, ticket fare very expensive. TAP never more."

Výhody: "Shitty service , terrible food , stay away"
Nevýhody: "Horrible food , worst flight attendants , boarding was a joke . Star alliance needs to cut them !"

Nevýhody: "Less meat in the food, please. I somehow missed the opportunity to request a vegetarian meal, but many other airlines offer at least one vegetarian entree option (e.g., pasta)."

Nevýhody: "The pitch between seats was extremely narrow! It was impossible to pick up things that fall down on the floor when the next seat was reclined. The screen in the back of next seat row (my entertainment screen) does not have an adjustment making it difficult to view when the front passenger leans the back of his seat"
