Meals were OK, and I was delighted that the vegan meals I ordered for my travel companion were right there as ordered. Not a common occurrence of late, I’m afraid, so I congratulate Swiss one getting this one right."
Nevýhody: "Legroom is non-existent. This was by far the most uncomfortable aircraft I have ever flown on, with the possible exception of an Ilyushin 62 operated by Tarom in 1983. I felt bad for the man in front of me, with my knees in his back. That is, until he reclined his seat and put my video screen in my face. Not much to watch anyway, but it was impossible to lean forward at all. Boarding at JFK was rather chaotic."

The same taxi in and out delay happened on the connecting flight to London and we arrived London at 2pm instead of 10:30am. Food was mainly carbohydrates. Entertainment was absent except for a screen showing a trailer of featured locations in Athens."

At the airport 15 -20 foreigners (non czech speakers) received no notice that the Prague to Budapest flight was cancelled 1 hour before official departure. Czech airlines boarded us in another flight to Kosice Airport in Slovakia and from there we would depart to Budapest. The pilot thanked us in English about our understanding for the "cancellation" and this is where I realized the change. In the meantime, the other foreigners were getting ready to exit the flight to Kosice thinking they reached Budapest. I had to stop them and inform them about the change in every language I could use. This added 1:25 hr of flight + 20 minutes in the airport in Kosice unnecessarily. Last but not least: The size of cabin luggage is much smaller than the american standard, therefore expect that your luggage will probably need to be checked in with additional payment (both mine wouldnt fit by 2 cm due to the rollers...100$ at entrance)."

To add insult to injury, when we boarded the plane we were told that we could not get a glass of water unless we paid for it because we were riding in the economy section. We have traveled around the world for the past 45 years and had never encountered an airline that did not even offer its customers complementary glasses of water. I felt that we had been taking advantage of at the gate. I had never been on any airline where they would not give a glass of water that was not paid for. I have never been on an airline with such little class. Some of my family members are planning to visit Prague in the spring. I will tell them and everyone else I know to avoid flying with your airline.We felt that we were robbed at the gate and taking advantage. We are thinking of hosting our daughter's wedding next praying in Prague. We are expecting 80 to 100 guests to come to that wedding. If our daughter decides to have her wedding in Prague, we will be telling all of those potential customers to fly air France or some American airline and to avoid the Czech airline. I found your airline and your service to be worthy of a zero"
Nevýhody: "About 15 minutes before boarding, a gate agent came over to us and asked to see our boarding passes. He then told us that we had booked Economy Lite, which apparently meant that we were only allowed a carry on bag and no personal item. He said we would have to pay $35 euro apiece to check our suitcases so we could carry our personal item on. We had booked regular economy class through Kayak, and nothing was said by either Kayak or Czech Airlines about Economy Lite or bag limits. We then went up to the gate to talk with an agent about the lack of notice and to request that they waive the fee. They refused and told us to take it up with Kayak. (I agree that Kayak is responsible for not making us aware of this.) We then asked what it would have cost us to check the bags in advance and they said 25 euro. We asked if they would agree to charge us that instead of 35 euro. They refused to do that, and then the gate agent told us it would be 40 euro, not 35. We told her that the previous agent told us it would be 35 euro. She said, "well he was wrong." No apology for the confusion, and just rude overall. To top it all off, she then charged us 1220 Czech Crowns per bag. We asked her why so much, and she said that was the same as 40 euro. We told her that wasn't correct, and she said it was. We then showed her the exchange calculation on our phone and that she had charged us 200 Crowns too much. She then said, "well it's 45 euros, then." We pointed out that 45 euros wouldn't even be that much. At that point she said "then you can just write Czech Airlines" and walked off. It's easily the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Completely unprofessional, rude, and downright dishonest. And like I said earlier, Kayak needs to be proactive and let people know these bag rules apply so they can either a) choose a different airline or b) save themselves some money and pay to check their bags in advance."

Flying back, the boarding lady has decided that a small backpack and a computer suitcase its too much and did not want to let me on the plan. At the same time she told an other couple, who had the same problem (too many luggage according to her) that they will never going to get on that plan and she will call the police... Her behavior was absolutely uncalled for., putting the lady into tears. She gate checked many passengers luggage before us, but decided we will not get on the plan unless we reorganize our luggage, Of course in the end it had to be gate checked, even when it was the same exact luggage I was flying 3 days earlier and did not had any problem. She lost her cool with the passengers and was threatening. If the airline has a rule on what can passengers bring on the plan, they need to reinforce it at check in not at boarding. It was s stressful, I will not fly with this airline again. I feel boarding crew should look at the solution not how to make stress for passengers. We met many passengers on the plane who had gate check in luggage, they did not had any issues getting on. Why the last few passenger was singeled out? 3. Boarding information was given late, for las call was only 1 minute possibility to get on. While the other passengers were waiting on the bus ready to board. I will not recommend this airline."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed by an hour in a half and then when we board there's appareantly something wrong with the plan. We sit there for 45 minutes and then the Captain was given the OK to fly. Mind you, I bought my train tickets with a 3 hour gap so if anything happened I would be okay but no! I missed the train any way because I had to wait for my luggage which the flight attendant said "did not fit on the plane" but the person behind me had the same size duffel bag and was said nothing to! As if that wasn't enough then I have to fly a small aircraft from Prague to Madrid with extreme anxiety and scared because who knows if this plane goes down for whatever problem! If there is a problem with the plane you fix it before you board yor passengers not after you're already on the taxi run way and stop the flight! That is the airlines responsibility and they were completely and utterly careless!"

It caused some panic that we would be stranded as there was not another flight (from Paris to LA) with this airline for 2 days! It was hard to believe that the airline staff would tell us nothing, as somebody knew what caused the delay and if it was likely that the flight would go, right??!"
Nevýhody: "The crew was inattentive. No one checked seat belts or chair positions at takeoff or landing. To the crew, the passengers were non existent . I had cold air blowing on me throughout the trip and asked that the direction of the air be changed. After my request, I never saw the crew member again and I spent a five hour flight with my hair blowing in the wind. The crew enjoyed their own company partying in the “kitchen “ without caring that passengers could hear their conversations at 2:00 in the morning. Again, inattentive and unkind!"
Nevýhody: "Kind of a bumpy landing and the flight was delayed. Baggage check in terminals were down as well, which caused quite a bit of delay"

I then had to take the small additional box to another counter, because it wasn’t a suitcase???? Staff were very rude, and at best the crew was indifferent. I have flown all over the world on many airlines, and this was by far the worst experience. I will never fly Norwegian again."

The entertainment system was from the 80s, did not function, but I was able to see a blurry image on the screen that said "Malaysia Airlines." The crew were in Wamos uniforms so the connection to Norwegian was completely unclear. The armrest next to mine had fallen off and the life preserver in a row near me had fallen out of the seat. If the interior of the airplane was in such shocking condition, I had to only pray the engine was in better shape. Truly, I wondered if I was part of an elaborate punk the entire time. Flight was delayed on the runway for two hours and then getting to the gate for a half hour. And yet still no food."
Nevýhody: "Other passengers keeping their lights on the duration of the flight. This international flight left at 11:30pm and it would have been helpful to beat the jet lag by being able to sleep."

Nevýhody: "I flew out with the same luggage that I flew in with. They charged me $56 for it. It seemed as if they made a new rule out of the blue and included my personal bag my carry on. It wasn't that they had to be concerned about the FAA weight requirements because the flight was only about 80% full. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there was no audio... so in other words, you could not simply turn on music to go to sleep by. This is a very bare-bones airline. Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment."

Nevýhody: "The flight going to Paris was fine, but the return flight from London was the issue. In over 40+ years of flying back and forth to Europe I have never had an airline weigh my pocketbook to be added to the weight my carry-on baggage for a total weight. I feel this is extreme and cheap and just an excuse to get more money from the passengers. The weight of my pocketbook is not going to cost the airline more fuel to fly the plane."

My single checked bag was $65, there was also a charge for reserving a specific seat (not even the upgraded seats), there was no food or water on a 9 1/2 hour trans-Atlantic flight unless you paid extra for it. After arriving at Orlando, the cargo door of the aircraft would not open meaning bags had to be unloaded 1 at a time through a smaller hatch resulting in a 2 hour delay to get a checked bag. Not impressive for a supposedly new Dreamliner."

In total we spent nearly 12 hours on the plane which should have been an 8.5 hour flight. There was not enough leg room and it was extremely hot. Over all a very poor experience and will not choose to fly norweign again."

Nevýhody: "I felt this was a bait and switch offer. Cheap price offered, but no checked in baggage included nor any food and drinks or snacks. NOTHING. Flight attendants basically ignore you the whole flight unless you purchase on the flight or in advance. Very poor choice of movies, all old movies. And no WiFi whatsoever. All of these are major inclusions on trans-Atlantic flights, and were not visible when purchasing this flight. I thought it sounded too good to be true. To be honest, if this were all included up front, I couldve brought on-board food and drink for the flight. I dont like being nickel and dimed on everything. Charging over $50 for a checked in bag is ridiculous. At least if it were for $25 like every other flight, I wouldnt of minded."

Nevýhody: "They didn't give us any (free) food for a flight from Providence to Dublin. You have to get your carry on approved by the check in desk first, so you can't go right through security even if you've printed out your boarding passes."

Norwegian doesn't have a designated window or kiosk so I wasn't able to get any help on the matter."
Nevýhody: "My flight was cancelled, and I understand Easyjet couldn't control that, but the way they handled the situation was absolutely terrible. I waited in line for 3 hours trying to talk to a representative about rebooking my flight and getting a hotel, but after a while they said they couldn't book hotels anymore and we would have to do it ourselves. After three hours of waiting in a line that barely moved I decided to give up and went to my hotel which I had to book myself and booked a flight for the next morning with a different airline."
Výhody: "The Dreamliner is excellent. Everything is new. I surprisingly enjoyed the games available in the personal entertainment screen."
Nevýhody: "For an 11-hour flight, I was surprised that pillows and blankets were not offered--especially since the AC was blasting out cold air. I was freezing throughout the entire flight and ended up getting a cold that I'm still recovering from. The only other issue I had was the lack of variety in movies and tv shows. Most were obscure movies and shows that I had never heard of. More recent/relevant options would be appreciated."

So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."

Traveler be aware of this airline cheap tickets but they get you in other ways...."
