Yet my one of my fellow passengers was able to get window seat without extra pay 3 hours after I was denied. Sardine city for 7 hour flight that turned 8 hours."

From Prague we were on time, When boarding in London started we were told to sit down again claiming Boeing 777 had equipment problem and they were waiting for parts to fix it. Our departure was delayed by 1 hour. Seats in economy class are really cramped so when seats are declined person behind can not eat without banging head into the back rest. Difficult to get in and out of seat as well. Arm rests do not come all the way up so one has to squat to avoid being hit by arm rest. Not very pleasant on 11 hour long flight. Joe"

Nevýhody: "The check in process from Prague to London to Dallas was inefficient. Too few agents, minimal direction from the representative guiding the line. Also, there were no food/beverage option unless you paid for them! No coffee etc on a 650a flight unless it was purchased. Ridiculous"
Nevýhody: "Prague to London flight First I was surprised and disappointed to find out there were so many extra fees. They get you to buy the ticket with a cheaper price and then hit you with all the extra fees e.g. choosing a seat, luggage, food, drinks, you will pay for everything except the flight. The second thing is that when I did go to the BA website on 5 different occasions to pay for my luggage and in order to get a cheaper rate for doing it online before check-in, it gave me a message that the site to do it was not working and that I needed to pay for it at the airport check-in. When I went to check-in at the airport the ticket agent seemed annoyed that I had luggage to check in when I hadn't registered it online. When I told her that the site was down and I wasn't able to do it before hand, she showed no sympathy or understanding. Instead she proceeded to charge me for checking my luggage. It was an outrageous amount of over $80 USD. I have never in all my travels around the world been charged for my luggage. I only travel with one carry on and one medium size check luggage because of my extensive travel. I know charging for luggage may be something more airlines will start doing but I did not think that BA would be one of them. I also would have appreciated some compensation for theirsite being down and not being able to get a discount on the fee because I couldn’t check it online. I am extremely disappointed with my BA experience and will never fly with them again. That is unfortunate for them since I am in the process of traveling around the world for the next few years while writing a travel blog and book. I will definitely publish my review and experience in detail, which I am sure will influence my readers and followers."
Nevýhody: "flight delayed over 1.25 hours because we missed our runway time due to being "unable to get a head count" of the people that are on board. This should be embarrassing for BA. And i don't understand how after all the security, boarding pass and passport checks that you do not have an accurate head count of your passangers. Thus I missed my connecting flight and had to wait over 4 hours for another and got a measly 10 Euros as compensation. Also, they don't even give water for free, and a 200ml juice costs 1.5 Euros which a) its bad juice and b) overpriced. All food you now pay extra for, and they didnt even make it in time to the last few rows so even if Id want to purchase something, I couldn't."

When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport."

Nevýhody: "This was in no way a legal connection for an international flight - we had only an hour to get from our flight onto the plane going through customs and everything else - we have Global Entry otherwise there is no way in the world we would have made our flight and ou bags did not make it."
Nevýhody: "It was frustrating to have to pay to check only one bag for a long international flight. Fortunately, I had two seats to myself, so it made it easier to be comfortable during the long flight. Food was mediocre, but good enough. Would have preferred more vegetables or fruit than sweets."

Výhody: "Chaos at the airport, but as soon as inside the airplane almost everything was excellent. Head stewardess in Eco was phenomally friendly"
Nevýhody: "One staff member extremely unfriendly to everybody. Also, Iberia was not able to sit groups together."

Furthermore, there was never an announcement over the intercom about it nor did the airline apologize in any sort of way. I had to ask the staff what was going on. Nevýhody: "had a booked flight from madrid to gatwick, london and connection the next day at 11 am to Tampa US. We were at the airport at 1500. Flight was supposed to board at 1820 and leave at 1850. When checking the board, the flight's boarding was anticipated to 1810. We were at the gate at 1815 and there was an electronic sign signaling "boarding". However there was no personal, no line of waiting passengers and no plane. Upon checking we were told that the plane had already left. (this was at 1828). The only way to make our connection in london was a flight to Heathrow later with BA. Then we had to get a taxi to get to gatwick. Will never fly Iberia again."
Výhody: "747 has smaller cabins so even economy doesn't feel like cattle class."
Nevýhody: "Standard food choices poor, chicken ran out after 5 rows. Mushroom risotto unrecognizable. Worth paying for an upgraded meal. Drinks service woeful, only 1 or 2 at seat services on 9.5 hour flight."

We were very lucky and got a complementary upgrade somehow because the crew needed our seats.

Výhody: "Key to long haul flight is keeping everyone happy without forcing them to sleep. On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby."
Nevýhody: "They didn't have place to put garbage on the airplane, we tried to stuff it in the bathroom once, we just left the rest in the empty seat next to us. Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next."

Nevýhody: "First at the airport they tell us we have to check our carry ons when we had already flown three flights with them with those same bags as carry ons, then they criticize us for having heavy bags, which they never would have known if we had been allowed to carry them on. Their back up reason for needing to check bags was the flight was overbooked and there would be no room for bags, both of which were false as I personally counted at least 15 seats open and there were at least 6-7 completely empty overhead bins. Finally, it is Kayak that notifies me that my flight is delayed 90 minutes, but yet the airline decides it is a good idea to have us board and then just sit on the plane before finally telling us after 30 minutes of sitting on the plane with the flight door still open that we are delayed another hour. I would not fly them again."

On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed"

Nevýhody: "We were left waiting without any information regarding he delay, how long it’d be, nothing!"
Nevýhody: "My luggage was taken from me and put in inside of the plane. Your staff told me that I can collect it in Rome coming out of the plane. Instead I had to go outside and collect it despite I had connecting flight which I've missed because of this!!!"
Výhody: "Difficult to say, probably just returning home"
Nevýhody: "1. After 4 hours in line in front of the boarding desk (I was between the first 10 people in line) due to a flight delay, when they began boarding they decide to start from the 15-31 rows. As I was on the 6th row, for which I payed an overprice when buying tickets, I eventuallypassed frome the first 10 people to be boarded to the last one. 2. As a consequence of point 1. As I arrived in front of the airplane door, the crew said the remaining luggages couldn’t be boarded with us because there wasn’t anymore space in the lockers. 3. The crew was very unprofessional. So, in the end, after paying more for first rows tickets and after being one of the first people in line to be boarded, because of poor organizarion I ended as one of the last to be boarded and without the right to bring with me the personal luggage. A nightmare"

Výhody: "We finally got to Rome"
Nevýhody: "Flight departed three hours late, apparently due to bad weather earlier in the day. No information available at the airport. Kayak told me the delayed departure time long before the airport display or information counter personnel. Long boarding - had to be bussed out on the tarmac and waited again to board inside cramped bus. At Rome, luggage took one hour to arrive on the very crowded belt. Terrible treatment."

Nevýhody: "3 door changes. Delay of flight was greater than flight duration. Information from crew was seriously inexact."
Výhody: "clean aircraft. smiling smart and friendly staff. on time departure. ultra quick bag retrieval. would highly reccomend"

Nevýhody: "Baggage check was slow and no room in the seats. My knees were jammed into the seat in front"

Nevýhody: "Delay without warning. Very little to no communication. No real update. Disorganized boarding. Was put in a seat that didn't recline without being told."
Nevýhody: "I was ripped off! I booked a flight for 3 passengers and paid. An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."
Výhody: "On time, friendly staff at the airport and on board."
Nevýhody: "Too hot on the ground after boarding, waiting for so long and no one explain what's going on. Captain on tbe spesker was too loud."
