Výhody: "I loved all the free services. Wifi, 2 large and tasty meals with free drinks (wine, beer) free exit row seating, seats reclined more than other airlines and free baggage. The staff was awesome and very helpful."

Best part was the hotel provided during my layover in the wee hours of the morning. I was able to sleep well and shower and was therefore more relaxed during the ensuing 14 hour flight."

I didn't notice when I was buying the ticket that the flight was a few hours longer than it could have been. I should have just booked my flight straight from Delhi to Europe. It would have been more efficient."

Nevýhody: "While most flight attendants are decent, a few are just not that great...making loud noises at the attendants compartments and chatting around while flyers are all sleeping, kick around garbages which makes loud noises too. Also the TV screen is a little hard to pull up at the front role."
Výhody: "The staff were wonderful and efficient. The toilets were clean and the food was much better than my first flight with emirates although the portions were small on the main meal with only four spinach ravioli offered in a tomato sauce."
Nevýhody: "Passengers do not fit on to their seats and overflow into the space you are occupying which is so tiny as it is. There is not enough room to even reach down to pick something up if you drop it. Overhead lockers are full. I think planes either need to be redesigned with sleeping compartments (such as the second class compartments the trains have) for overnight flights or seats need to be slightly larger to make up for the fact most people are larger today."
Výhody: "After what happened on Wednesday August 3rd I expected there to be some craziness but not like this. I was checked in by an employee who just started that day. She tells me in a faint voice "sir you may not make this flight". After that she tells me to check back 1 hour before the flight leaves. So I do, another teller states you made the flight please go to security. I have 45 minutes before the flight is schedule to leave at 3pm. I rush with my wife from one part of DXB to the other. Somehow make it there, but then have to wait for over 2 hours because of a connecting flight being delayed, unbelievable. Then when we land and I try to claim my bag, the bags are lost. Not just mine quite a few passengers. I go to baggage claim and the teller is screaming at me and other passangers "shut up, I don't care about your bag". This is the most disrespectful moment of the trip, never have I experienced a customer service provider yell at me like this. This experience is a direct reflection of emirates lack of management in their hiring process, as well as their ability to train their staff in high stress environments. Will I fly emirates again probably not, paying a premium for below average service is not worth it. The cabin crew were very thoughtful and respectful and made the trip bareable, their ground crew is anot her story."
Nevýhody: "Lack of management with staff, being unable to control a high stress level situation, additionally the lack of communication regarding the progress of my flight. Delays and set backs happen but communication would help me plan and be prepared accordingly."
Nevýhody: "I found the crowded squashed seating very uncomfortable, , the 380 from Dubai to UK was wonderful, the relaxed atmosphere was great, more leg room, and the staff were extremely pleasant, not sure I want to fly in a 777 again terribly claustrophobic ."

May as well have saved the money and used the terminal facilities No in flight magazine available to my seat for on board purchases and very little choice off goods on offer."

There was an incessant, loud high-pitched buzzing noise for the entire duration of the flight (we were seated in the very back row so it was particularly loud for us, but others further up said it was bad for them too). Also, we had straight turbulence for over two hours. I've never gotten sick on a plane before, and my husband never gets motion sickness, but we both threw up (and I think several others did, too). I don't blame the crew for any of this, as I know most, if not all, of it was out of their control. However, I would be very nervous to flight TAP again due to this experience."

Nevýhody: "The sizing device is much smaller than it needs to be for carry on roller bags. My bag was forced to be checked by the ground crew on this Tap flight. My bag is a normal sized carry on bag that has always fit on all flights. There was plenty of space on the aircraft for it. The ground crew also let others on with larger bags so they dont even apply their policy in a consistent manner. I will do my best to avoid TAP from now on."

Nevýhody: "The airline makes money by having very low weight allowances on carry-on and checked luggages. The staff at the check in desk act like they are surprised and symphatetic about the overages meanwhile they enforce the weight limits to the gram. Most deplorable of all is the fact that they have one person on staff at a special desk where one can go to pay for the newly discovered overages. This desk and the person assigned to it full time is the proof that the company expects this kind of result before hand. Where on most continental flights the weight limit is usually set at 31 kilograms for checked-in baggages TAP Portugal has a limit of 23kg. Where most companies have no weight limit or around 20kg on carry-on baggage they have 8kg. The overages in weight result in a flat fee of $100 per luggage, even if the luggage is just one kilogram over the allowed limit. The low ticket purchase price is in my opinion a deplorable marketing scheme aimed at getting people to buy their tickets and then be faced with extra charges when it turns out weight alloweances are set at domestic standards."
