Nevýhody: "Staff at check-in desk were rude. My carry on luggage was taken from me and placed in the hold even though I booked my flight long before Ryanair changed their rules about charging for carry on luggage. The sticky tab that the member of staff placed on my back has left marks all over the handle."
Výhody: "Price, flight crew."
Nevýhody: "The gate was in a sheet-metal hangar outside the terminal alongside the parked plane, no bathroom or seating. We had to line up for the plane outside in the night air for 30 minutes before boarding. We were overcharged for checked baggage."
Výhody: "like the priority lane, so that I got onto the airplane first"
Nevýhody: "Chaotic airport Messy check in The bus was parked for almost 20 mins before heading to the plane. The flight was late for 30+mins and it was very crowded."
Výhody: "I like a few other people on the same flight were informed on checking in at Rome airport that we had no luggage drop. We were sure that we had paid for luggage for the return voyage. This meant that I was charged 80euros extra. Now obviously the site for booking did not. Make this clear or so many wouldn’t make the same mistake. I think the least that could have been done would be to charge 25 euros per bag. I my husband, brother and his wife will not travel Ryanair again."
Nevýhody: "Late taking off after a long wait in the coach taking us to the plane. Had to wait for an hour for baggage return."

Výhody: "The captain (pilot) and the crew were friendly and helpful"
Nevýhody: "2 hrs 30 min delay trapped on board without air con. I was with my son (7 weeks old) and didn’t have enough space to breastfeed and fresh air to cope with the heat."
Výhody: "The crew were lovely and the Chicken tikka masala was too, it could have done with a little more chicken in it though."
Nevýhody: "The hour delay in Rome and the heavy landing in Manchester really scared the hell out of me."

Nevýhody: "1.5 hours late. No air conditioning Cabin crew not attentive, and had the intercom turned up, so when she spoke it was like nails scrapping down blackboard. Minimal information coming from the cockpit."

Nevýhody: "Passengers treated like cattles. Not prepared at all"
Nevýhody: "The price of my ticket had nothing low cost. It was $300 for a one way Rome - Paris. Since I never fly with Ryan air, I had no idea you had to check in online. Otherwise they charge you a 55 euro fee for a normal check in at the airport. It’s written in very small letters at the end of the confirmation email they send you. You obviously don’t see it unless you scroll down 10 times all the way to the bottom of the email. This is called a rip off. This should be mentioned all the way at the top near the confirmation number. So I had no choice but paying that fee. I’m sure I’m not the first person this happened to. These thieves must make a lot of money with this. The other bad surprise was that the arrival airport was so far from the center of the city, I paid 120 euros with Uber to get home versus 45 euros when flying into the main Paris airports. Overall, it becomes the same price than flying with Air France."

Nevýhody: "I used my carry on suitcase for a Ryanair flights in Brussels and for multiple other flights with other airlines and had no issues. At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."
Výhody: "Shut my eyes, and woke up when the plane landed."
Výhody: "Ryanair still not putting their customers first. Poor experience checking in online. Had to use online chat which needed several attempts to get an answer, be careful calling Ryanair as they charge 13p per minute"

Výhody: "Okay seats for a 2.5 hour flight and their app makes boarding and checking in easy"
Nevýhody: "Not much it’s ryan air so no frills as you would expect. I did get effected by cancellations and lost 5 hours of my trip but they did rebook me and gave me free seat selection"
Výhody: "Everything ran smoothly, arrive at the airport at 8am, was through security and check-in by 8:10"

Nevýhody: "There was no water in the toilet.Aircondition not working well.Have to travel by bus to get into the plane.Delayed flight."
Nevýhody: "The service is poor. They just want to rip you off. The bag price is ridiculous. When you check in they put you in separate seats do you pay. I paid for my son when we were flying out but when coming back l refused to pay. Guess what happened they allocated my 22 year old to sit on the emergency exit. The crew then came to me asking if l could swap seats with my son as he was not allowed to sit there as if it was me who had allocated him that seat. If it was the other way round they would have asked me to pay. When it suits them."
Nevýhody: "Ryanair wouldn't let me cancel my flight, which means my money was completely wasted."
Nevýhody: "I did call the Ryanair Airline to confirm my flight 2 weeks before I go to the tours . They told me everything was fine. But when we get to the airport today , they do charged us £180 /4 luggage, we were so mad . I NEVER think about come back to travel with Ryanair Airline and also tell to all my friends and family don't EVER trust Ryanair Airline...!!! Also we're seated separate events the next seat wasn't have nobody... So sad and so mad .... Hopefully the Ryanair Director know about this happening????"

Nevýhody: "We were told to use the app for boarding passes-ok great except 'one or more passengers in your party may not use a boarding pass created on this app' ok fine I'll use the website. Except the website will not except any of our flight and travel or information it is it long and laborious procedure. We ended up spending over two hours attempting to get everyone in our party of four registered to check in for their flight only to have the website repeatedly crash and not send us the boarding passes . So in the end I would just warn anyone dealing with Ryan air to print your boarding passes as soon as you book your tickets and slip them into your suitcase once you're traveling and you don't have access to a business center you cannot get their website and/or their app to work correctly for you and if you don't have a boarding pass before you get to the airport they will charge you I believe the charge is €30 per person for them to print you a boarding pass even though their website and their app will not let you download a copy of your boarding pass in a timely and or easy fashion."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed for an hour without any explanation"
Nevýhody: "Unhappy about having to pay 45euros because I couldn't print boarding pass. I bought ticket in June, started travelling Sept 2nd and flight was for Sept 29th. Not having access to internet and printer during the 7days prior to the flight cost me 45euros. Thanks."
Výhody: "On time. Drinks were cold and with ice."
Nevýhody: "Priority boarders were kept standing for 20 mins in a Bis while the rest of the passengers loaded. Then it was virtually a free for all at the aircraft door. No sandwiches. Very few snack options for veggies"
Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"
Nevýhody: "Service was terrible. Employees were rude. Charged for everything."

Nevýhody: "I understand this is a budget airline, but there is zero transparency regarding fees for luggage. My fiance and I were forced to pay more for our luggage than we even paid for our tickets! Additionally, the processes in place to pay for luggage are completely inefficient and time consuming. If you can avoid traveling with this airline, I would suggest you make sure to book with someone else. Absolutely worth spending a bit more money to avoid the experience we (and almost everyone else on our flight had)"
