The food was ok, but not great. The full meal was good, the sandwich late in the flight was not good. The seats needed to be pushed to the recline or upright positions, they would not move without forceful help.

Completely impossible connection- especially with delays. Ticket issue online was a nightmare

Food service from Madrid to Chicago was exceptionally good. Unfortunately food service when we left from Chicago to Madrid was poor. Huge difference in catering services.

I am so disappointed, It was delayed more than 6 hours and they changed the gate more than three times... it's horrible really

Nevýhody: "During the reservation process it seemed that the ticket included luggage, and only when I received the ticket I discovered that I had to pay 30 Euro extra, each way, to check in luggage. The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :) Thanks!"

It was quite hectic and stressful to arrive to the airport and not see your airline booth anywhere. No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

Nevýhody: "I am filing a complaint for my recent flight from Madrid to Chicago, IL on 2/26/17. During my flight, a five year old sat in front of me who was disruptive throughout the whole 9 hour flight. He was yelling and slamming on his tray table nonstop. This made it hard to sleep or relax on the flight. He was disruptive to everyone in the whole cabin. I tried to be patient, as it was a child, but when the child started climbing the seats of the row and kicking his legs in the aisle, I had to act. Not only was the child a hazard to the well being of the passengers of the flight, but he could have hurt himself. His parents did not seem to act on his behavior and did not speak my language so I was forced to approach the flight attendant in my cabin. I told the attendant, “N. Cara” as her name tag stated, how concerned I was with the child’s safety and how he was disrupting the flight experience of all the passengers on the flight. She was disgruntled as I was the third passenger to approach her. Instead of acting on the situation, she scolded me. In a rude and derogatory tone, she yelled at me claiming she couldn’t do anything and I should just move to a different seat. She yelled so loud she attracted the attention of all the passengers around. I am shocked and disappointed with the treatment and customer service I received from the crew on this flight. Furthermore, I recommend that the airline should ensure that their employees are competent enough to deal with situations where passenger’s safety are at risk. The fact that the crew member did not attempt to approach the child’s mother or address the situation at all was appalling. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to address disturbances or safety precautions on a flight. I do not think I was treated well on this flight and I am very unhappy with the services I received and paid a great amount of money for. I believe I should be compensated for the mistreatment I endured. This may have been the worst flight I have ever had and I do not plan on choosing Iberia Airlines ever again due to this experience."

Vueling looks very professional. There is an extra layer of safety about COVID I feel there is always a big risk of a delayed flight with Vueling. (That what’s the case) Otherwise, pleasant flight

Vueling can’t be recommended."

The flight attendant asked if I would like to move to row 32, the last (and worst) row of the plane, which has no window, so that the people in my seats could sit together. I thought she had to be joking, but she wasn't. These people need to get a SERIOUS reality check. It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!"

An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."

Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

Nevýhody: "Delayed at Stansted due to Donald Trump"
Výhody: "The fact that I won’t fly this airline again."
Nevýhody: "We were delayed 1 hour on the ground in Dublin. The captain never addressed the passengers and the crew - despite being asked to allow passengers with tight connections to depart first - never allowed this to happen. Insensitive and uncaring. We almost missed a connection that would hav caused us to lose $7000. When the crew was asked to find out if we could make up time in the air they never came back with an answer. Thanks Ryan air - next time take a lesson from Southwest Airlines."
Výhody: "Nothing. They treat people like animals."
Nevýhody: "The hidden fees, the service, the constant delays without reason or apologies, the filthy planes, just terrible overall. Will never fly with them again. Pay more and avoid this airline."
Výhody: "Low cost"
Nevýhody: "Passengers treated like cattles. Not prepared at all"
Nevýhody: "Boarding was not convenient, a lot of walking outside and standing near the plane. We were not offered just water for free. The worst thing: husband and wife with one checked in bag and one carry on bag can't board together, should board in different time."
Nevýhody: "The airline called the passengers to stand up in line over an hour prior to boarding. Most of the wait was done indoors, while the last 15 min or so were spent outside, waiting for the plane and watching as the passengers from the flight that just landed were getting off.. immediately after they all got off, our group boarded... no one cleaned the plane... never flying Rayanair again...."
Výhody: "Not much"
Nevýhody: "Had tickets with reserved seats. Check-in counter opened only shortly before flight. I checked a bag at the counter (not at the gate) and was surprised to learn that the fee was 40 Euros instead of the expected 25. We were marched outside to stand for 15 minutes before anyone was permitted to board."
Výhody: "No pude abordar por un error de la gente de atencion al cliente y despues viaje por otra aerolinea pagando nuevamente mi pasaje"
Výhody: "Nothing"
Nevýhody: "I used my carry on suitcase for a Ryanair flights in Brussels and for multiple other flights with other airlines and had no issues. At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

Nevýhody: "Uncomfortable"
Výhody: "If you just need to hop across countries and can get by without knowing your seat or without a big bag, take Ryan. They’re reliable and you get exactly what you pay for."
Nevýhody: "You’re not going to like it if you don’t like to get nickled and dimed to death. Check in and print a boarding pass before you get to the airport...it’s 50 quid if you check in in person!"
Výhody: "Flight boarding was delayed but arrived on time to the destination. Cheap flight"
Nevýhody: "No entertainment or free snacks/water. Flights were cheap but you can't cancel them, just modify the reservation. I bought the return flight to a different airport by mistake but i was not able to cancel"
Výhody: "Cheap flights - that’s about it for the positives.."
Nevýhody: "- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed."
Nevýhody: "Having to pay extra for everything!"
Nevýhody: "Staff at the check-in desk was rude and condescending."
Nevýhody: "The flight did not fly out of the airport I selected thru kayak. I missed my flight because I was unable to make it to the correct airport in time. I will NEVER use Kayak again."
Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."
Výhody: "Boarded on time"
Nevýhody: "took forever, endless queues, confusion, more queues. Plane looked dumb inside. Constant up-charges. The whole experience felt bush-league and classless."
Výhody: "Nothing."
Nevýhody: "In the past, you could accept to be hauled like cattle through the gate, walk to the plane under the rain, sit on a bench, be bother with scratchers, etc. because the cost was really low. Not anymore. Nowadays the generic name should be very-high-cost/service-ratio airlines. They charge you way too much for the same crappy service as always. Bye, bye!"
Výhody: "I liked the staff, the plane..."
Nevýhody: "It would be nice to know in advance if the airport accepts mobile boarding ticket."
Výhody: "Nothing"
Nevýhody: "The crew is not welcoming, cramped seat, long line and force to check in my bag and paid 50euros."
Výhody: "Fast efficient service"
Nevýhody: "Some times cold crew"
Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."
Nevýhody: "Don't even get water on flight pretty cheap"
Výhody: "All"
