Although the ladies at Japan Airlines were able to get me on a later flight, it almost didn’t happen. But the kept making calls to help me. I’m very thankful they were able to get me on ANA flight at 8pm."

I feel good whenever I see her walks by, smile and very professional When the meal was serve but they only had one dish to choose instead of two ( I guess that day Chicken Masala dish was high on demand so there are only Japanese dish left) she said we are so sorry with a very sincere gesture , I chose Japanese food because I like Japanese food anyway , she politely thanks me for my choice and later bring a bag of small mix snack for me and said thank you for being flexible . Later on, when we getting off the airplane she even helped me to stroll my carry on out to the airplane because I was carry too many stuffs with me and my daughter being so tired of the long flight so I have to comforted my daughter . The stewardess saw that and helping me a hand . I wish every airlines has someone like this crew member . Thank you so much for the awesome service on Japan Airlines."

We were there more than 2 hours early and were standing in line nearly all of that time."

Výhody: "Well, let's see, I missed my flight with THY because of a connecting flight with American Airlines, and instead of helping me, they wanted to charge me $3,000 to catch the next flight out. They said it didn't matter who's fault it was. So my entire trip got cancelled. So I can't rate the flight, but unless you can guarantee you won't miss the flight, I would not recommend taking the risk of losing all your money and ruining your trip."

Nevýhody: "The e ticket info didn't accord with the real ticket info such as gates so if you don't check out the bulletin board properly , you may wait in wrong gates but not that crucial. It's always about the airport problem with crowded passengers or in size not aeroplane. Everything is about time control . ICN is quite large in scale so I couldn't use duty free shop due to so many passengers and the spacious hallways even though I had 2hours . perhaps you gotta presume it as 3hours for enough time . so I had to throw out my lotion or moisturizer at ICN .pfff I wasted my money :p"

Nevýhody: "Loading was like a cattle car. Drinks were slow to be offered. No drinks until after food was served more than one hour into the flight. No one ever seemed to check if I needed anything. When I did, there was no call-button. Seats were from the 90's and VERY narrow. I would NEVER pay for First/Business class on Finnair again. It was very poor."

Nevýhody: "Unable to pre select seats because the arrangement makes you neither a full BA or Finnair customer. Food was just about edible and that was the better non vegetable option. The plane was old and the in in seat screens were old too, with poor resolution (no touch screen to illustrate the aging technology). Although the entertainment selection was relatively current the aging connection in the arm rest, coupled with cheap ear buds made for a poor listening experience."

Nevýhody: "Plane left 3 1/2 hours late due to a mysterious mechanical problem that caused them to taxi it away from the gate more than once. Relatively little communication from American whose flight it was. Scheduled departure 10 PM. Actual departure 1:30 AM I reserved a center aisle seat in a row that was completely empty a day or two before departure, hoping to get the whole row. Didn't work out. Just before we closed the doors a couple arrived at the row and took up three of the seats. Darn it. But I still got a good nights sleep. Wish there was an option to check N/A on several of the options above. I didn't speak to a crew member. I didn't eat or drink anything. I never turned on the entertainment system."

Výhody: "The service was remarkable. Everyone was very attentive and friendly which is exactly what you would want for a long flight. The crew came around frequently to provide beverages and left you alone to sleep."
Nevýhody: "The boarding process was a bit hectic. The flight was full which I completely understand. After everyone was settled in the plane it took another 25 minutes to leave the runway."

Nevýhody: "In-flight entertainment was not working. Made and 11hr flight seem light 20 hrs."

Nevýhody: "Hi -- the flight was fine. A bit of turbulence and rocky but it was raining so it's understandable. The crew was nice, professional. The plan was actually delayed 1.5 hours. They sent a text message at 7:15 apparently but my phone was not on so I understand not receiving it. I also left for the airport around 7:15. I also received an email from Kayak at 7 am that said there was no delay so I didn't check to see if there would be any others. I never received an email from Kayak about the delay. I would just suggest making sure all the alerts I get are correct. I also receieved an email to check in 72 hours before the flight but it wouldn't let me on Finnair.com Maybe I was supposed to go to Open Skies. Thanks! Melodie"
