Výhody: "The whole business class experience"
Nevýhody: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ469, I occupied seat 12 A (mono, aisle-window): A lot of plastic curved walls etc. For larger persons, the result is not quit comfortable."

Nevýhody: "Screaming children. Totally clueless, rude flight crew. Next time kids are screaming for three hours straight on a red eye, maybe offer the parents some assistance. Makes the “perks” like hot towels seem ridiculous when staff are completely indifferent."
Nevýhody: "Ran out of options for dinner and could not eat the macaroni cheese they had on offer, so got 2 small packets of nuts instead...international flight running out of food options? Pretty slack. A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

Also for business class passengers they don't get into a priority lane as you see in Emirates and other airlines. while Singapore airline is very good, they still lack in the details."

Výhody: "The aircraft was clean, new, spacious and quiet. The bathrooms were regularly maintained. The food quality, selection and quantity was excellent for the economy class. Even the serving utensils were solid metal and had a very high quality feel to it. Having an endless supply of mid flight snacks was also appreciatd I always like the warm wet towels, which were offered at take off and landing. The entertainment choices were endless, but because it had USB and regular power, I was able to work on my laptop and listen to my podcasts on phone without worrying about running out of battery."
Nevýhody: "The crew lacked its usual pep and cheer. For some reason they seemed very introverted and tired. First time on Singapore Airline that I noticed. The amenities kit was a bit on the cheap side. Also, only the supplied two prong headphones could be used with the entertainment system, I would have preferred an option to use my high end ones -- this was the main reason I chose to just work and listen to my own music/podcasts instead of watching a movie. We boarded and disembarked through the business sections and the aisles were too narrow. The announcements were hard to hear and the temperature was set too low for half of the flight (to kept fluctuating requiring constant adjustment of blanket/jacket). Having said that will keep flying them."

I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Basically, carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on purpose or by engineering error, and this makes me not want to fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class."
Výhody: "The flight attendants were very friendly. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"
Výhody: "I was surprised with the quality of gluten free meals served for me, it was well organised and taken care of where I never had to wait. My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."
Nevýhody: "I was not given any option regarding the change of my departure flight from Colombo. Originally it was scheduled for 13th 3.25AM and it was brought forward to 12th night 20.20. This caused inconvenience to me and my family to wait 7 hours for the connecting flight to Johannesburg from Doha. When the flight is changed by airline for their convenience, they would have given preferential treatment to the passengers involved. We had to bare the cost of food and make us comfortable on our own due to the delay in transit."

When I asked, I was told that none were available. The check in person was not pleasant or helpful. I also had to watch to make sure that the luggage labels were attached to be sure that they would make it to Chicago. Once on the plane there was an unrudy boy sitting in front of us jumping in his seat, never wearing his seat belt kicking the seat, turning on the light beating on the tray table, calling the flight attendant. The adult ignored the child through the flight. It was one of the worse experiences I have had on a plane. I would have to think very hard before I fly Qatar again."

Nevýhody: "One of bags was missing and I came to know this only after waiting until the last bag. The staff knew that my bag did not make it out of Doha. It would have been nice if I was informed as soon as I landed so I did not have to wait for an hour unnecessarily. And the paperwork to report the missing baggage was totally Chaotic. Whoever barged to the counter and was aggressive got priority and taking down the details and giving us a receipt. This is probably my 5 or 6 flight in Qatar and it seems that you guys are slipping up as Emirates had done. Hope you don't."

Nevýhody: "Had to claim bags at Doha and go through multiple security screenings to board connecting flight. At one point all the security was not functioning and we were packed up in lines. Barely had time to stop at the restroom before final security check where it was all so disorganized. After that check we were told that if we left we had to go through security again. Would have been nice to know that upfront. It was a madhouse going through that final security check and my husband's wallet was lost for a bit. No one really tried to help and we were told to move aside. Finally someone saw that it had fallen beside one of the counters. It was all horrible. Because of all this our 5 hour layover was a hassle with no time for food, etc. The whole airport experience was confusing and badly handled."

Zero interest by the airline helping. We found a flight on Turkish but paid an extra $500. Zero interest in helping. Last time sensitive ever on Emirates."

Nevýhody: "They should be little flexible in timing for serving Dinner, as it happened, they served Dinner as soon as the Seat belt sign was switched off, at that time it was 4 pm local time. Since we were not ready for Dinner we suggested to bring it after an hour, which they declined stating that once they take back the trays it can not be served again."

In addition, a kid was seated behind me and repeatedly (and I do mean repeatedly) kicked me in the back and slammed the tray table into my back. The crew found me another seat and were extremely nice about it."

Toilets at DXB were filthy (I searched around for the cleanest, which was still disgusting), with the cleaning attendant standing around in the restroom doing nothing. Duty Free shops really expensive compared to European airports. Meal on board (breakfast) was really terrible (and that taking into account that airline breakfast is always bad), really the worst I've ever had on a plane, even the Croissant was chewy and very dry. Emirates has become a massive sausage machine people-mover. It has loss its finesse and exceptional service."

Not only did they (Maldivian Emirates counter officer Ibrahim Shinad) refused to give me a lounge they said to get a room at a hotel was $400 US! Which is absurd. I had to sleep on metal chairs. They also closed most shops by 12am and by the time we landed and went through checkin it was 1130. Not a pleasant experience at all."

I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."
