Vegetarian option was below average with almost raw ravioli, seats were very small for a business class unlike lufthansa which had nice wide seats. Entertainment particularly indian was awful.
There was not enough time between connecting flights to be able to make them comfortably. I had to RUN to each connection. For a 74-year old that was very distressing. The food on the United Air from Frankfort to San Francisco was deplorable for a 1st/business class ticket. This really needs HELP!

Nevýhody: "Staging at the gate was chaotic and disorganized. The passengers formed a big mob since there were no instructions for where to form lines for an organized boarding. Passengers could not hear boarding instructions from the front desk."
Výhody: "The crew was great. Very friendly and provided excellent services. I was surprised that they serve food (a cheese sandwich) and drinks for a 40 mins flight. That would have never happened in the US"
Nevýhody: "We had to take a bus to get to the airplane from the terminal, which was no big deal. The bus driver was a little rough though."

Výhody: "Once again the crew was great and helped me find a place to stow my carry on since I was in the emergency row. The snack was also very tasty."
Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."
Nevýhody: "As I checked in for the flight around 10 am on Saturday my ck in was "finished" because our pass ports were due to expire in April. We were not allowed to board our flight and the passport office is closed until Tuesday. As a result we lost $700 dollars to the hotel booked and Lufthansa may not reimburse us for the flights which were over $2000. Absolutely horrible service, no help. Negligent in informing us rapier when i chose seats for the flight. The flight was also delayed 2 and a half hours. We now have no vacation for which we paid $3000."

However, I have NOTHING good to say regarding Lufthansa/KAYAK/Vaymara regarding your missed flight/re-booking policy, nor working with anyone who speaks anything other than broken English at best. If it had been possible my mother and I would have completed the flight from Frankfurt to Houston on 5/15/16; however, my mother's medical condition precluded that from happening. I submitted hospital admission paperwork which I was told that the airline was requesting that I needed to get the forms in English. REALLY???? We were in Germany; the hospital admission and discharge paperwork are in German. Lufthansa is a German - based airline. Nobody speaks or can read German? The hospital did not offer an option of English paperwork and I could pay for translating the paperwork for a price and it would take a couple of weeks.. I had to re-book through another carrier after receiving clearance and a certificate that my mother was medically cleared to fly. The price was ridiculously high but I had no other option since your representative told me it would take 4-6 weeks to reach a decision. Thank you so VERY much for inquiring in to my satisfaction on flight from Frankfurt to Houston Intercontinental on Lufthansa. As you can tell....it was quite the experience."

Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

This should be illegal. Buyer beware. Kayak did not know about this scam."

We arrived at the airport and they made us pay €37 per boarding pass!!!!! Turns out you have to download an app to retrieve an electronic pass. Well, we didn't know that, and since we were in a foreign country whose airport had no WIFI, we couldn't download the app. We were traveling with friends who had carry on luggages. The carry on luggages were deemed carry on to our destination. When traveling back home, they were no longer deemed carry on and my friends were charged €60 per carry on bag. Ridiculous. In summary between check bag fees and boarding passes we paid triple the amount of th airfare."

We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Nevýhody: "Anytime I felt asleep I was poking by the crew member running around the plane to sell food, scratch cards etc. When I asked for a glass of water I received an answer which states that water is impotable. What a shame. They force you to buy whole bottle."
Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"
