Výhody: "Turkish Airlines is my favorite airline going to Europe. We even did the 20 hr layover in Istanbul and had a great time staying for a couple of nights going and coming back. Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights"
Nevýhody: "It's an airplane, there's not much to make it better besides giving more seat room. TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!"

Nevýhody: "The security at the Turkish airport. There were very long lines, people pushing each other, screaming. Security put some extra stamps for particular people randomly. There were three women from the same country with the same type of passport who one of them happened to be pregnant. They put extra stamp on her passport. When I asked one of the security why her he said it was random and it was American procedure. The woman started screaming after she was checked twice more and they started to use a detector on her belly. It was all crazy when another family was checked and the security decided that the three kids were okay but the parents weren't. The security told the parents to separate themselves from the kids for double checking. The father started screaming as well. It was all horrible."

Nevýhody: "What could have been better is: - the email that the airline generates and senda to people a couple of days prior to flight directs you to a site where you are supposed to fill in the blanks. About Covid. The thing is that you cannot submit it unless you as a passenger fill out an Austrian address. The electronic form does not have the option to rule out staying in Austria and indicating that you are transiting in Vienna. I had to fill that form out (at the Address in Austria section) with sentences like “not applicable” “transitting” and also had to google the Vienna Airport address for the zip code so it could be submitted. The form forced me to fool the it. Not cool. Frustrating."

When boarding, I like to see when passengers are called in groups relating to distant seats in the plane such that they do not step over each other during luggage placement. That is more comfortable than let the crowd enter randomly. 2. I notice people enter the cabin with 2, even 3 pieces of luggage. Even though each one has proper dimensions, they overload the overhead compartments and it is hard for everybody to place his/her belongings in a suitable way. 3. The rows in the airplane seems to have gotten closer ti each other. It is not the airlines fault, except perhaps when choosing whose airplanes to buy...but again, there are only two major contenders in that segment. For overseas flights, it is pretty uncomfy. 4. Lastly, unboarding the plane could also be performed (enforced by the crew) to be in a more civil fashion rather than haveing5 a stampedo - again calling separate grouos of rows in the name of fairness, or simply vacating it row by row from the front to back."

I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."

Nevýhody: "Our flight was cancelled .No explanation at all.Hotel was given to us.Thank you for that.We dear only 4 hours.The following day we were there since 5 in the morning and the first word was 10 o clock flight.After to many hours they decided that they can bring us to Mynih and after that flight to Tirana.So I left home Thursday 2 o clock and arrive in Tirana after 2 days. No luggage until yesterday.It never happen before.But in top of everything my plans in Albania were messed up.I have to pospne my return flight 1 week and the charges are unbelievable tooo much 650 dollars.I am not stopping here.Thank you."

Nevýhody: "The Senator Lounge at Vienna Airport is very poor, food selection is very limited and it is obvious that the focus is on cost saving. Another disadvantage is that the lounge only opens at 5.30am in the morning but first flight already leave Vienna around 6am. Mine was at 7.05am which meant that I just arrived when the lounge opened and I had to wait in a long cue. Boarding was due to the limited space in front of the gate a mess, priority boarding was announced but I was not made sure that priority passengers board first. The seats on board are for business to small and there is not even space to hag up the coat."

Boarding is chaotic with no staging."

Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."
Nevýhody: "Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"

When asked for two waters because I was extremely thirsty, the flight crew looked annoyed and brought only 1 to me. I hope to never fly Air Serbia again."

Nevýhody: "We were told to go to a desk for boarding car which we walked for some time to get too and were then told to go to the gate and they would give us a boarding card then. Much walking for no reason. They need to communicate with each other and customers more."

Výhody: "As mentioned many times, they are more professional than JAT, but still looong way to go."
Nevýhody: "They upgraded their system, but it fails when it comes to payments. They should definitely replace turbo props with jets."

Výhody: "Air Serbia is way better than old JAT Airways (or at least better than JAT Airways after 1992). They are improving and it seems that they will be a solid regional company, as well as a good Etihad partner."
Nevýhody: "I don`t know why they still didn`t decomission old ATR-72 turboprops. They might use them on some flights, but I believe that they should buy or lease some mid-range jets even for short-haul flights. Austrian Airways uses jets for BEG-VIE service."

Výhody: "I liked the price I paid for the flight and the legroom between the seats - as I'm fairly tall - 6'3"/over 190sm, that was a big concern for me and that's why I didn't go with other carriers. I ended up having an entire row of 4 seats to myself, so I was able to stretch out and get some sleep. Flight attendants were coming around very often with drinks."
Nevýhody: "I expected to get an e-mail with an offer to upgrade to Business Class as I was flying a day before my birthday, so I was in a mood to treat myself - but unfortunately, that never came. Once on board, when the meal was served, the breakfast meal had the scrambled eggs soaked with water, so didn't get the amazing food that others have talked about., Before landing, we were served a long sandwich that was very amateurish. Boarding was chaotic - as typical in many places in Europe, there is no boarding order - just people forming a line and getting on the plane."

Výhody: "The food was good as always, the crew is nice."
Nevýhody: "It's not really comfortable, but I guess that's because of the plane model and the economy class, so not much to do there. Boarding was delayed, and they put too many people on the bus taking you from the gate to the plane. The entertainment system should have more content."

Nevýhody: "It took 1:40min to go through the boarding process (drop luggage, get boarding pass). The actual flight is 1:20min. Total incompetence and lack of speed. This is how they worked it...They try to board multiple flights off the same counters. You stand in line for 1 hour and no movement happens- literally!?Then, since the next flight is about to be delayed - they announce for you to stampede forward, to make your flight. Then the process actually begins and 20min later and some bureaucracy on extra luggage you get your pass. Then you run through passport control and security, exhausted and frustrated (as was everyone else). Etihad should instruct Serbian Airlines in which they invested, how a plane (s) are to be boarded. After all it's over 100 years since the first commercial flight took place, its not that much of a mystery any more:)"

Nevýhody: "This is a rating for our entire experience which was awful. In our area you were unable to check in online or use a kiosk. That meant every person on the flight had to check in at the airport. There were no lines, no directions, just a mob at the desk. Once onboard the intercom went out during taxi. We had to turn around. No information was given as we sat on the taxiway. We finally took off late and again no information was given about connections. When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia."

Nevýhody: "This airline RIPS OFF the consumer. We flew RT from Prague to Budapest and had a choice between Czech Air and RyanAir. We decided to pay more money and chose Czech Air because RyanAir had multiple warnings about extra costs that are incurred if strict luggage size and weight restrictions are exceeded. We felt it was worth it to pay more up-front with Czech Air so we could avoid this additional cost and stress. The first leg of the flight went fine — no weighing of luggage, no additional costs. (Our luggage is standard carry-on size.) During the second leg of the flight a very unsympathetic Czech Air employee in Budapest weighed our luggage carefully, claimed that we exceeded the weight limit by a couple of kg, and charged us 35 euros more PER BAG. Now we wish we would have chosen RyanAir as it ultimately would have been cheaper and at least RyanAir is more honest up-front about these extra charges associated with one’s luggage. As consumers, this felt to us like a bait-and-switch situation — not good."

Výhody: "- Crew was polite and helpful, which was surprising given the disaster zone left throughout the cabin by my fellow passengers. Kudos to the crew for being for more patient than I think I could have been."
Nevýhody: "- Ended up with the last row of seats. Did not realize that they were so small. As a 6' guy with a tall fiancee, it was pretty rough for 9 hours, especially when the lady in front of me leaned back and the movie screen was right in my face. - Food was okay, but the little breakfast sausages definitely had some gristle and tough bits."

Nevýhody: "All passengers were told they had to check their carry-on luggage at plane-side because there were no overhead bins and not enough room under the seats. Both statements were false."

Nevýhody: "The staff were very slow and rude when I checked in on Friday July 21. I had to pay to check a bag and the credit card machine was not working at the counter. So myself and others had to goto another and this person was very rude and unpleasant. Her machine also was not working and was told to go downstairs to the ATM snd get cash. Which I didn't need and would be charged a fee. Finally my card worked (others were less fortunate). Still the person took forever and was making copies of card numbers on carbon paper I believe to show payment proof. I was uncomfortable with this from a card security perspective and asked her about this. She said it was none of my business and why do I care. I fly many places and this is the worst service I have ever received by an airline. I am also a very friendly person and understand when things can be challenging but this staff of 3 was aweful."

Nevýhody: "Czech Airlines flew the plane from St Petersburg to Prague with no checked luggage for anyone on board. We waited about 30 minutes at the baggage claim, no luggage showed up, and then there were only 2 people from Czech Airlines to help over 100 people process the lost luggage claims, which took another 4 hours, for a flight that was already delayed almost 2 hours. I would never fly this airline again due to this incompetence, poor service, and treatment. At least we got our luggage back about 36 hours later."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours in total with 20-25 minutes delays each time the flight time came nearer without information of the reason. Even in flight we were made to sit without AC for 20 min before take off. No apology or explanation was given which was disappointing."

Nevýhody: "We were charged for luggage but as a Skyteam member we should not have been charged based on our Delta status."

Nevýhody: "From the moment I checked in to the end this was just awful. I asked to sit next to my friend the attendant said their were zero seats next to each other. I board and there are at least 15+ seats that are open. I was told I needed to check in my bag for $35 because my luggage was 1 lb over the limit - I ask to take something out and she says no $35. I ask to then sit next to my friend after clearly seeing so many seats open next to one another. The attendant says no. Awesome!"

Nevýhody: "They wanted to charge me for water in Euros, though the flight left from Istanbul and I only had Turkish lira with me. So we tried credit card, but credit card machine didn't work on any of my three cards. So they kindly brought me a free cup of water after all."
