Výhody: "There was a very long line at the check in counter on the way back. Many people were nervous about missing their flights. Apparently the counter computers were out of order and they only had 2 stations to support the passengers at a very busy time. Other than that, everything was smooth and pleasurable."

My husband asked for more heat and the stewardess said she would turn it up, but nothing happened. Cold air blew out of the ceiling vents for the entire flight. When we reached our gate, we then waited in a long line to have our passports and boarding passes checked again. There were several Swissair crew members, but only one person to check all of the paperwork for economy. Then another long line to show our boarding passes again, while the business class entrance remained unused. Swissair needs someone to manage this better."

Sometimes the boarding pass just don't get delivered to my SMS. Small selection of shows on personal screen. ZRH-HKG flights don't even have touch screens, and the UI is very antiquated."

I paid you 145$ to add another luggage, why i hade to upgrade and pay another 30plus frank to be able to take the luggage that i use with ElAL and Iberia and even after i upgrade it was NORMAL set without even coffee

Nevýhody: "I had booked a day trip to London. The night before flight I received phone call from Easyjet offering me Euro250 to take a later flight as only a smaller plane than planned was available. But then you decided obviously not to send the smaller plane but did not bother phoning or emailing us customers as you had done the previous evening. I wasted more than half my day (1.5hr drive to airport plus 3 hours a airport) as I had to reschedule my day trip for a later dater to fit in the few meetings I had. I understand problems arrive, but Easyjet push their planes too hard. They are often late. Unreliable. At least communicate to your customers if you care about hem"

Nevýhody: "We had to cancel the trip because my father has recently passed away. We have spent $200+ in phone calls waiting to speak to an agent and to call back for follow up. The agent service is terrible and it’s not fair that we have to call long distance to cancel due to bereavement. I did not think it would be so hard. It’s been very frustrating. We have travel insurance through you and all the paperwork is in French that was emailed to me. The issue is still unresolved and I’m very disappointed."

Ya en el avión, el piloto nos notificó que había problemas en el aeropuerto de Amsterdam y que podía tomarnos hasta 4 horas que nos dieran permiso para aterrizar; sin embargo, el piloto y el staff hicieron todo en sus manos para hacer nuestra espera más ligera y llevadera, ya que debíamos estar preparados para el despegue y la espera debía hacerse en el avión."
Nevýhody: "Easy jet, como aerolinea, tiene políticas muy peculiares con el equipaje. Hay que tener cuidado con eso. Al ser una aerolínea de bajo costo, no debes esperar grandes comodidades en el avión, mucho menos un snack."

Výhody: "Once I got to the plane, everything was fine. The crew did their best to accommodate everyone. ."
Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"
Výhody: "We travelled with 2 full-size acoustic guitars outbound from Toulouse to Geneva and returned 5 days later. Everyone was very helpful and understanding...I have rarely experienced such helpfulness in regards to carrying instruments on board full flights. Kudos to both crews and EasyJet."
Nevýhody: "The initial welcome at the check-in desk was lukewarm at best - but improved after a while..."
Nevýhody: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"

Výhody: "I have to travel from Geneva to uk for business a lot and over the last year Easy jet have a 95% record for either being badly delayed or on one occasion cancelling my flight altogether"

Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed for 1.5 hours on the runway. We were told we would receive a free beverage and snack however the cart never made it down to the end half of the plane so we couldn't even get a drink of water for almost 4 hours until we landed. The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."

Después, la salida del autobús y el abordaje, lloviendo, fue muy desorganizada."
Nevýhody: "They took the maximum fee for the baggage , and added some more fee since I paid with master card , without an explanation. They say that the fee for baggage depends on the rout of the flight or something like that , so from what I understand it means that the far the destination the more you pay. But my flight took only 4 hours which is not that much. So, practically they can take the maximum fee for any flight since they don't have a logical reason for that , it is practically random. I had to add 83 euros for ONE suitcase , that makes the tickets expensive and not cheap . If I knew that this would be the price I would definitely order other company. I would prefer to know ahead how much I need to add for baggage. But of course they won't tell you."

Výhody: "It is cheap....I suppose you get what you pay for, bad organization, no help, uncomfortable seats on the plane and not even a glass of water is included."
Nevýhody: "It took about an hour and a half to do the bag-drop-off."
