Výhody: "The plane had been refitted with the new slimline seats which give more space. The actual flight was good and easyJet are very good at accommodating disabled passengers on board."
Nevýhody: "The plane was delayed but we were called to gate regardless and had to stand on the airplane ramp for a long time, then the pilot announced he'd missed his rake-off slot and we had to sit on tarmac for further hour. The pilot, note any other staff, apologised for delay upon landing despite it being the fault of staff boarding customers so slowly and pilot not pushing back in time to get allocated take-off slot. I will be avoiding easyJet flights to/from Gatwick as they are ALWAYS delayed."

Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"
Nevýhody: "I booked a front row seat as I had to get another flight and thought I would be able to get off the plane quickly. This was not to be as I got on the plane and had to put my bag back in an overhead locker in row 10. I was not impressed. When I eventually got off the plane I realised that some people had 3 carry on bags. 2 wheelie bags and a big rucksack. How can that be allowed. I did catch my flight but was not impressed with the baggage storage. the air crew were not helpful either."

I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"

Nevýhody: "Poor customer service. Three people flying together. One person had accidentally booked a flight that left 2 hours later. We tried to change her flight but we're told this could not be done. The only option was to purchase a new ticket which we did. Went to check the luggage and it seems the had given her a second ticket on the original flight. Back to customer service. Third ticket issued. We go upstairs to find our flight is now delayed but her original flight was leaving on schedule. This was never mentioned at customer service. It would have worked fine for her to fly and wait at the airport fo our delayed flight and we would have saved the cost of a new ticket. We did not have that option because the first ticket was cancelled"

Nevýhody: "I needed special assistance, many delays on getting me to the departure gate, the team at the airport, really didn't seem to know where I needed to be, although I'd reminded them a number of times, even when last call for my flight was called, no action until the last minute!! Alicante airport lost our flight plan, as relayed by our pilot, eventually got told we've got 2 flight plans!! We could have been a half hour early landing but not to be, upon arrival there were not enough wheelchairs so confusion ensued."

We were told we would receive a free beverage and snack however the cart never made it down to the end half of the plane so we couldn't even get a drink of water for almost 4 hours until we landed. The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."

It was fine apart from some of the other passengers and their poor mask wearing. They aren’t supposed to be worn under the chin.
Due to Covid-19 checks and paperwork and not being in the EU anyone directions could have been clearer, I saw people who were very nervous and panicky.
Everything was smooth and fine.

I’m sure the food would have been fine,however, I didn’t have food and brought a book for my own entertainment although I don’t believe any entertainment other than your own is available. I would suggest that Kayak offer a not applicable option on their star rating grid."

Nevýhody: "Sat on the plane for 1:30 due to delays and missing our departure slot then to be informed that there was no water ,drinks or any food on the plane due to “supply issues”. Then the conveyor system to broke down at East Midlands and all the cases had to be moved into the collection area by had by 2 security staff All in all 3 hours later for the booked taxi and didn’t arrive home till 4am ! Never had such a bad experience with Ryanair and East Midlands airport"

At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"

Nevýhody: "On both flights we were called tbrough for boarding only to be kept queueing for over half an hour before actually boarding the plane. On the flight to East Midlands when everyone was on board we were then told due to an air traffic restriction we had to wait another 45 minutes before we could take off. On the return flight after queueing for half an hour only after I asked why we had waited so long were we told that the plane HADN't EVEN LANDED YET. So both flights were delayed with no explanation from anyone. Also all announcements on both flights were very difficult to hear above the engine noise. I am afraid that this experience has made me realise that I will NEVERTHELESS fly with Ryanair again. I would rather pay the extra and fly with a better airline."

Výhody: "The flight there and back got us there early each time despite being late departing. Choosing your seat is the ideal thing to do, even if it is only £6 more its worth it."
Nevýhody: "There was no Aircon on the plane out which made it an uncomfortable flight out there and caused for certain people to smell slightly. The staff on the flight back weren't overly great and one accused a bloke of snatching when actually his bag was just heavy. She also had attitude towards others which made me think, whats she going in this job."
Nevýhody: "Not much extra leg room and one attempted rammed the trolley into my foot trapping my toe against the wall and the didn't even respond to me shouting out in pain"
Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."

Nevýhody: "The cabin was freezing. Also, most passengers were made to check cabin baggage at the gate, reason given as 'a full flight. but once on The plane, there was many empty seats (6 alone in the two rows around me) and the overhead lockers were about half full."

Nevýhody: "Me on row 2 ...wife row 18. All because we didn't pay 'extra' for seats that we had already paid for in the price of a flight! So, basically, if you don't pay, then Ryanair purposely separate couples in punishment. As a frequent flier, this was the very last time myself and my family will be using Ryanunfair!"

On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Nevýhody: "Slow slow slow boarding, took forever. Too many people with big carry on bags that they were unable to stow, holding up the entire aisle. It was an evening flight and the lights were dimmed, but then the crew started blaring loud dance music before selling scratch cards: seriously annoyed the majority of the plane that was sleeping!"
Nevýhody: "The female staff member at the gate was extremely loud and rude and tried to charge £50 to get a luggage bag put into the hold after her colleague had approached and offered this service to my friend. She was extremely embarrassed and offended as the staff member insisted that she place the item into a bag measure. The interaction was unnecessary and unwelcome as my friend had not sked for the kind gesture made by the first staff member. As we were seated in the back row, we were subjected to the raucous behaviour of two of the cabin crew members throughout the entire flight which included discussing particular passengers on the flight including their seat numbers and their personal 'differences' with other cabin crew members whom they would be flying with today! The behaviour of the male and female crew members, both of whom appeared to be American, was nothing short of embarrassing for Ryanair and utterly unprofessional, even during service the couple appeared oblivious to the passengers as they carried on in their interactions with each other. It appeared that the only person who was actually working was the attendant at the front of the plane who I believe may have been the flight manager. A fellow passenger even commented that the couple must have been smoking something before the flight to explain this behaviour. Having flown with Ryanair on many occasions and having recommended them to friends and family in the past, we were bitterly disappointed with both these issues and would suggest that they re-examine their customer care!!"
