Nevýhody: "The first flight was late so I was worried I'd miss my connection (however connection was delayed too so I made it). Also, I was asked to check in my bag because "the aircraft was full" however when I got on the plane I noticed it was half-empty and there would have been ample overhead room."

Výhody: "The woman who checked in my baggage was very helpful and patient. I had to re-arrange some weight and she assisted me in maximizing weight and minimizing cost. The flight attendants we very kind in trying to assist me in finding appropriate food. The flight was very comfortable and the flight attendants were wonderful all-around."
Nevýhody: "Boarding of the flight was delayed which impacted our arrival time in Zurich. I had a connecting flight- but so did at least 10 other Swiss flights at that time. The queues for customs were incredibly long and the only reason I made my flight was because I ran through the airport. I also had a challenging time with food. I am celiac and often cannot eat the standard fare on planes. I called in advance of my flight to notify someone of my allergy - and they told me the only way I could ensure such a meal was by purchasing a meal that cost $30. I was not willing to pay such a hefty surcharge for food because I had already payed a bit extra than budgeted because my partner had recommended the excellent service of Swiss. I have traveled on several airlines for intercontinental flights between Boston and Europe - and have always had my allergy accommodated at no extra cost. Once on the flight - I was offered an orange and banana for dinner and a small yoghurt for breakfast. I will be flying Swiss again in December and I sincerely hope they will be better equipped to provide for my dietary requirements."

Nevýhody: "Booked four flights from Zurich to Prague, but plans changed. No way to get a refund or cancellation although I tried two weeks beforehand. Disappointing to say the least."

Ironic that this happens to people willing to spend $'s of dollars for convenience and comfort. should be able to purchase upgrade ASAP with a smile at check-in."

Výhody: "Not anything to rave about. The in-flight entertainment was bland - fortunately the flight was only 2 hours. There were various TV screens that could be seen, but no way to listen. In this case it wasn't a loss because I noticed that they were showing cartoons, even though there were no children on board. The snack was a simple sandwich, a little smaller than the size of a hotdog bun. Supposedly it was an artesian Swiss sandwich, but I think they could have done better. Overall, I'm happy with Swiss Air, and would definitely fly with them again."

He first started to give my gate number, but then said there won't be flight to Amsterdam until the next day. I was very worried. When landing it was very difficult to find anyone working for Swiss to assist me. Then someone told me that my flight would be leaving in 3 minutes. I asked to be rushed through line, but everyone said not too worry because plane would wait for me. When I arrived at gate there was no one there. Then it took quite a while to find another Swiss employee to help me. There seemed to be a lot of confusion."

Nevýhody: "The space between the seats is very small, and the seats recline very far, I found myself a bit too tall to fit in them comfortably, as even reclined my neighbors seat was nearly pressed against my nose. My much shorter girlfriend did not have this problem, and slept through the whole flight. SWISS only has one or two check in agents at LAX, and the wait was about 3hr to process the 300-odd passengers on our 777. I know they're only running a flight or two a day from LA, but I am sure there's a speedier and more efficient way to check us all in."

When we arrived, almost all the people who could, had the baggage already with them. This happened in the past but the Crew stopped the people on time."

The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

Nevýhody: "I have booked with 2 checked in baggage pieces. On check in I was told no baggage was paid and I had to pay 100€ for the baggage."

Výhody: "Boarding was good, flight and crew were good, had refreshments and food which came as a surprise. Overall I had a very good flight."

The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Nevýhody: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Nevýhody: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"

The two people at the desk with a queue of hundreds waiting to check in. The one hour delay in the flight. The marathon walk to the other end of the airport to board the plane."

Nevýhody: "The entire process was chaos. First you wait in a crowd to find out which desk to drop your bags and/or check in. Then you race there with the herd. Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

On the way back to Dublin the crew member that checked me in informed me of this requirement and I thought she was potentially going to send me back to get it at customs. My husband who had a different crew member check him him, made no mention of the requirement."

Nevýhody: "I don't think it was very clear when I made the reservation that paying for a checked bag was only one way. I would like to have some reminder or notification that I had selected only one way. I was surprised to have to pay for the bag on the way back. And it was significantly more than on the website."

Luckily (?) the plane turned out to be 45 minutes late, so the eternity it took to have the rookie who finally showed up to look blankly at her computer screen, apprently hoping it would receive Divine instructions on how to work her way through the ONE PERSON in line in front of us, in order to stamp our pre-printed boarding passes did not cause us to miss the last flight of the day from Amsterdam to Dublin. Now lets talk about the torture device that Ryanair uses as a passenger seat. . ."

At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

Výhody: "Seat was surprisingly comfortable, even with me being 6'0. Legs had a little room to spread out."
Nevýhody: "No free drink. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes, and the board didn't update on boarding time until the plane got there. First time flying ryanair, so I didn't want to leave to get a drink. Ended up paying a few euro's because I was so thirsty on the flight."

Výhody: "We got to the airport three hours prior to our flight and hey didn’t even have the check in counter open. They only do it an hour prior. So we had to sit there and just wait. Then they do not provide gate number until about it 20 mins before boarding. It’s saves you some peace of mind purchasing priority but the seats are cramped and I just found it to be a blah experience"

Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."

Výhody: "Boarding was ridiculous from both ends of plane with people from back end squeezing past people from front end to find their seats. They list my checked backpack on a flight from Amsterdam to Spain. It took 5 days to get it back. Crazy!"
Nevýhody: "Everyone had backpacks that got checked for free. Why did I pay to check my luggage? Stupid."

Nevýhody: "Was an hour late leaving because it was late arriving in Amsterdam. Gate updates weren't helpful."

Nevýhody: "I did an online check-in the day before flight and chose to allow the airline to choose my seat so I could save a bit of money. I had a connecting flight and had 1 hour layover when arriving in Amsterdam to get to my gate for flight to Dublin. I did not have boarding passes and was told I could get them at the Gate since I checked in online. Got to the gate, they said there was no record of me checking in online, so I would have to pay €50 per person (my husband and I) in order to get on the flight. I needed to get to Dublin so I handed over the money, then was told I couldn't not get on the flight and had to be rebooked for a flight 4 hours later. I then had to go to the ticketing desk where I was told my only option was to pay a fee of €200 (€100 per person) in order to rebook my flight. All in all I am very upset with how everything happened, I am out a ton of money. The original cost for both tickets was €87, and I paid an additional €200 on top of that just to get where I needed to go, on my questionable acts on behalf of the airline."

Nevýhody: "Couldn't change the flight from10pm to 10am same day. Didn't expect a refund for the flight, but also Couldn't get a refund on ANY of the EXTRAS I'd booked for checked bags, preferred seating or early boarding. The were rude on the phone after waiting 3 hours on chat to talk with them. Will never fly with them again."

It was awkward and difficult to sort out the stuff I had to take out of the bag for security sake. When I got on board the bins overhead in my area - I took a picture - were empty. I am disgusted by this treatment and the lying of the RyanAir Amsterdam ground staff. Unacceptable. These people should be penalised."

Nevýhody: "It was very difficult to locate the check in and boarding gates even with the directions."

Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"

Nevýhody: "Did not used.mistake on the date of flight purchase. Explained to Ryanair the day of purchase for change to the date.no change nor refund of my money. Free money to Ryanair. Bad experience for me. Thanks"
