Nevýhody: "I was forced to check my carry-on, which is a standard size carry-on. The agent was anything but friendly and said she was not able to send my carry-on directly to Bilbao (she gave me no reason) and that I would have to re-check my bags, go through customs and security in Prague. She knew I had 1.5 hrs between flights, and the risk of losing my flight was pretty high. He agent could only said “sorry” and she would not offer me a solution. The agent next to her could care less about my situation. I asked her who should I contact if lose my flight (i.e. Aeroflot, Czech Airlines, etc) she kept saying “I don’t know, I’m sorry). I asked for my carry-on, but she would not return it. I called Aeroflot customer service, but they were not helpful and a bit rude. To make things worst, the agent placed me in the very last seat in the airplane, so I had to wait a good 20min to de board- time that I didn’t have. I paid so much for his flight and this was not the service that I expected. The only reason I made it to my second flight (Prague-Bilbao) was because the flight was delayed."

Nevýhody: "I booked my tirkcet online - and when I happily got to the airport and tried to check in - AEROFLOT personnel saw my reservation but actually ticket wasn't issued - so I was standing there with all my luggage and no ticket. already spent money on taxi cabs etc all I could do was to buy ANOTHER over expensive ticket - with loads of stress. when I landed in russia I received a cancellation notice from Flight Network. this is unacceptable and I am very disappointed that I have to spend so much extra money in the end and wasted so much of my nerves and time!"

After all that the flight we delayed one hour"

Kids and adults from economy class were waking around all flight and were talking very loud. Meals didn't match menu and taste was bad. But worst part is that crew were letting people change seats from economy to premium for a good review. That is Russian way of doing business."

Výhody: "Очень вежливый и заботливый персонал, отличное обслуживание, профессионализм летчиков ( мягкая посадка и надежность в полете), прекрасное меню и организация питания в целом, чистота в салоне и туалете, обеспеченность всем необходимым в полете, возможность просмотра фильмов в полете. Класс самолета Боинг 777 нравится. В целом очень хорошее впечатление от полета, гораздо лучше, чем от полета на Дельта и Юнайтед в США."

However, Aeroflot security didn't listen to me and kept saying I'm okay( I guess she wanted to say I was a right gate) and didn't let me talk to groundhostes, and kept screeming to others to show her their boading pass. I could get to talk groundhostes right when I get in the flight, not sure my baggage were with me. My suitcase was damagged at both flights on the way and back. And had to wait for two hours to receive the form, and to claim it, you have to submit so many documents and takes tim e. I am waiting for it."

In the end, the purpose of my trip was lost due to the incredible delay and I did not travel in the end. Poor Communication and Poor Handling of Passengers and our Concerns. Czech Air (booking owner) should hold Belavia (operating aircraft) accountable for this poor performance ... not the weather delay, but how they handled (or didn’t handle) passengers and communications."

When I arrived at the airport the lady told me I had to do it at a kiosk, and luckily I got there early because at 2 hours before departure she said I would have to pay more to check in. Boarding is scary because they send guys out to try to “catch” people with overweight luggage, but I guess it’s how they make their money. Also there were tons of screaming kids and one kicking my seat, but that has nothing to do with the airline lol luckily I brought earplugs. Didn’t get the food but didn’t look too great anyways. Bring a book or something because there is zero entertainment."

Nevýhody: "We boarded a bus to take us out to our airplane, got off the bus at the plane, and then were told to get back on the bus to return to the terminal. No information as to why, no announcements. We waiting for a few minutes on the bus before returning to the gate, again without any notifications. Once back at the gate, they just said to wait for information, but the flight would take off. It eventually did, and the pilot told us what the delay was (air traffic control and weather at the arrival destination), but no one in the terminal let us know that."

Kayak also wasn't helpful All Emails I got from kayak we're stating that flight is on time. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this services Both booking company and Ukrainian airlines failed No excuses for such way if treating clients that way!"

Nevýhody: "About an hour long line to check in, due to their only having a couple of counters open to check in a huge, and completely full, international flight. On both departure and return trips, flights were delayed. On our departure, this led to us not being allowed to go to our connecting flight (even though there was some time remaining and we had only carry-on luggage, but they didn't seem to understand that), and on our return we nearly missed our connecting flight, except for the fact that it, too, was delayed. On one fairly long flight, no refreshments were offered except for purchase, but there was no menu or price list provided, and the service took a very long time. The weight limit for carry-on baggage was different (less) for the return than for the departure. And so on. UIA simply doesn't seem to have its act together. Also, for our own case, our flights took longer than necessary due to UIA having to fly *around* Russia, rather than take a correct route that would go *over* Russia. While I'm sure they can't help this, it is a factor worth considering depending on your route. Overall, I can't recommend UIA. In the future, I will be taking other airlines even if it means spending a significant amount more."

Nevýhody: "We had to pay nearly $500 to fly with one small dog because we were charged twice by the airlines and misinformed multiple times if we would be able to take the small puppy on board or not. The airline also lost our bag which we checked at the gate and was supposed to be at our connecting destination but was not. Spent hours running around trying to find it and then like i mentioned having to pay double for the dog. The planes were also very outdated, reminded me of the planes I flew with my grandparents in the 1990's, knees in my mouth the whole flight and no entertainment counsel. Food was inedible as well. WORST FLIGHT ExPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!"

Výhody: "Direct and efficient"

Nevýhody: "At checkin they give me 2 tickets for the same leg. Very rude and nervous boarding attendant"

Výhody: "staff on the plane very pleasant"
Nevýhody: "1.) a money charge on the plane for everything but water. 2.) no concern at the check-in, or at the gate for my request for change of seat. Only staff on plane had any concern. I asked for a comment card, no one at the gate or on the plane had any idea what that was. Comments about the plane experience is written on what is called the "list" I filled one out. 3.) a charge for baggage under the plane, which was not well explained on the web site, where electronic ticket was bought. I had to go to another office place to pay extra for one bag to go under the plane. Apparently, other people have the same problem. 4.) the check in person was very restrictive of the weight of my carry on, like 7 kilos. I had to take things out of carry on and put into the bag that I had to pay for to put under the plane. It should be inclusive, or price shown with or without under the plane bag. The bag empty weighs almost 5 kilos, should be at least 10 kilos. 5.) much improvement is suggested, but not enough other choices."

Nevýhody: "Hello, at my check in the person who helped me was not very professional. The first thing he did was to say that I had 2 kilos overweight on my cabin bag, even before checking if I was booked on the 20.00 flight to Prague yet. And this is the exactly same cabin bag which I was carrying on the way from Prague to Kiev, its a camera bag with a tripad on the side (which at the check in in Prague the woman said was ok) . So I had to ask him if I was booked on the flight or not, since I didnt see the flight on the "departures" screen which made me a bit worried. Then he first said that I was not booked on the flight, but changed his mind immediately. But I did not receive any information from him that the flight was delayed with 50 minutes, I found out that after doing the security check. Not the smoothest service, but I think the guy was totally new so he was maybe a bit nervous. Thanks / M"

Nevýhody: "Itinerary had a narrow 40 minute window to transfer, takeoff was delayed thirty minutes, missed flight."

Výhody: "The flight was ok because it is only 1 hour from Kiev to Odessa. The price is good"
Nevýhody: "The food was bad, there was no water in the restroom"

Výhody: "Service was great, solid flight staff."
Nevýhody: "The cabin was a bit small on the shorter legs of the flight."

Výhody: "Roomy seats. Flight attendants were very friendly and constantly checking on us. Food was good. In flight entertainment was also good."

Nevýhody: "Boarding took so long. Food was average"
