Nevýhody: "At Mumbai airport, during check-in I was told that my carry on bag plus personal item together should weigh not more than 7kgs!! I have never had any airline actually weigh my personal item (laptop backpack) before this journey. Eventually I ended up stuffing my check-in bags with everything I was carrying in my carry on bag before I was allowed to check in. The weird thing is, I was never told about this rule on my journey from the US to India."

Nevýhody: "During check-in, I observed inconsistent application of rules with respect to hand luggage. My carry-on and laptop bag combined were 12 kgs and was told that I had to pay excess baggage fees. While, there were quite a few people on the plane whose hand luggage was clearly above 12 kgs."

Nevýhody: "The boarding was not handled properly. There was a 40 mins delay, keeping in mind it was never mentioned on the screens. When seeking guidance from crew members about the flight's boarding different answers were given at different time. First it was no delay, just the plane getting closer to the gate, later followed by a 10 mins wait that later became over 30 mins. Once we finally made it on the flight, when requesting a beverage the only option given is water or orange juice and if you have any dietary restrictions (even when providing said information to the airline) you will remain without food on the shorter flights."

They were impatient and impolite, unresponsive when I used the steward attendance call for water or to move my child's tray (for over two hours)... there was much I didn't care with this airline, from their customer call service (I filed a complaint) to the state in which my box arrived in Mumbai (again filed a complaint but no one folllowed up with me). I wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone, especially if traveling with a child."

Considering I took six flights in this month, I will let it slide that they ran out of New movies. Worst part was food. Obviously, there is no quality consideration when they decide menu. Check Emirates or other similar fare bracket airlines to understand the gravity of Lufthansa food problem. If one reason I had to choose to drop Lufthansa from my future consideration then that would be worst food and drinks. I would strongly recommend that they should assign people who need additional time to board at the back of the plane. It will help them to go back of the plane faster and avoid gridlock in the middle. Another advantage is it will help other passengers leave plane faster at the end of the ride. Boarding process will be come significantly faster by filling the plane from back to front by loading passanger with children and who needs time at the first loading area at the back of the plane. At that point I just gave up and paid the totally unjust fee. Took me to a back room to pay the fees, where the credit card machine and even the printer wasn't working. ...... very bad experience EVER !!!"

Nevýhody: "I actually lost money because of the misinformation -- was told there was a modification on my flight details and that I had to call the Lufthansa office. I called in and was never told that anything was wrong. I kept trying to check in online and got blocked at every trial... Cut a long story short, I showed up for my Lufthansa flight to only be told I didn't have the required visa for one of my layovers... I missed my flight, got no refund for it and got zero help in finding a solution to my problem. You could do better than that, Lufthansa."

Nevýhody: "Boarding was delayed. Though staff present at the gate, no announcements were made, not communicated to the passengers. All of sudden a big line to board the flight. Entertainment - when compared with other airlines, very few movies available."

Nevýhody: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Nevýhody: "Very stingy with the drinks Cramped seats"

Nevýhody: "Flight canceled, poor communication from the airline to the passengers. Møre than 5 hrs delay"

Nevýhody: "None of our 4 checked bags arrived with us. This was despite ample connection time (2+ hours) in Amsterdam."

Nevýhody: "The flight to Amsterdam from Gdansk was late and I had to RUN to the connecting gate. 50 minutes is NOT ENOUGH time to go through passport control."

Nevýhody: "KLM lost my luggage during the layover. My luggage didn't arrive even after the next flight to Prague. Customer service wouldn't give me any idea what flight my luggage would arrive on, nor would they tell me what time my luggage might be delivered to me."

Nevýhody: "Nothing good to say about this flight. The plane was old with no entertainment. The sits where very compact and not comfortable at all. The food was a sweet bread and water. The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Nevýhody: "Approx. 1 hour delay, which was not the airline's fault (construction on runways)"

Výhody: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Nevýhody: "They didn’t let us board the plane. Allegedly the plane was changed and make us travel by train!! They offered us a compensation but we haven’t heard from them yet. Not good experience at all."

Nevýhody: "Late Cabin extremely warm Full flight and centre seat means no room to relax or carry out work"

Nevýhody: "magazines very dog eared and some badly torn"

Nevýhody: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

Výhody: "Staff at Schipol airport were lovely and very helpful. Cabin crew were friendly and efficient. On board snack was nice."

Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed 4 hours. was not able to make connecting flight in Amsterdam. No flights from Amsterdam to final destination in the US. Lost one full day. Had to stay overnight. What a cluster mess. Will never fly with KLM airlines and would not recommend. Will spend a little extra money and fly on other airlines......very poor, disorganized, and horrendous flight experience. Buyer beware."

Výhody: "Good aircraft, good service, on time, eventless"
Nevýhody: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Výhody: "Flight attendant was rude to my non French speaking 12 year old. He ripped his charger out of the USB port and threw it at him."
Nevýhody: "TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

Nevýhody: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Nevýhody: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."

Nevýhody: "I leave my jacket in the hanger when I get off the airplane I realized that they didn’t gave it to me. I inmeadiatly tey to go back but I couldn’t I went to the counter and they said that there was noting on the plane !"

Nevýhody: "We were not advised of a flight number change or checking in location change. This could have resulted in us missing our flight."

Výhody: "Yelling, cheering and literally rolling in the aisle made for a really annoying flight"
Nevýhody: "Infusions bad behavior. Also, flight number was changed and AF. Was understaffed to handle questions on squirrelly luggage check."

Nevýhody: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!"

Výhody: "The crew was Nice onboard But in the AirPort No Good at all.."
Nevýhody: "People in CDG AirPort Seen so Rude or stressfull, Well also a flight almost 3 hours with out entreteiment .. boring .."

Výhody: "It was on time and the crew was good"
Nevýhody: "The food wasnt upto the mark"

Nevýhody: "Long delay during connection at CDG Unclear information about delay Repeated changes to boarding time Unable to take stroller during connection Had to go through security again at CDG, although same terminal (2E)"

Výhody: "Personal treatment I have received as I was with a 7 months baby. An agent helps me to carry my hand luggages up to the plane entrance and to pass in priority"

Nevýhody: "Flight left late The seats are small and crowded There are no entertainment options"

Nevýhody: "I think I caught a stomach bug on one of the 3 legs of this route. More likely on last 2, i.e. Mumbai to RDU, as I fell sick almost 10-12 hrs after my last flight meal."

Nevýhody: "The food was not very nice and the aircraft was really cold."

Nevýhody: "I was told the wrong flight time, wrong terminal, wrong gate, and wrong airline. I couldn't check-in online. It was horribly inconvenient and I nearly missed the flight. We got there with 5 minutes until the doors closed."

Výhody: "Our flight attendant and fnally making it home!"
Nevýhody: "Disorganized uninformed staff. One says I have to have an additional "random" security check after going through the same thing in security. Turns out it wasn't random and I didn't need it. Both times they read my boarding pass wrong thought I was going to Tel Aviv - not random. Airport was hot as hell! Flight kept getting delayed then we had a gate change as well. Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes."

Nevýhody: "We tried to check our bags through Charles DeGaulle onto our connecting Air Canada flight and the agent refused to even discuss it. Pretty bad service."

Výhody: "I enjoyed the food, the crew's friendliness in First Class and the boarding process."
Nevýhody: "The wi-fi did not work on our flight"

Výhody: "The crew was very comfortable speaking two languages and friendly. They also had air conditioning! This was great because it was strangely hot in Paris and we were sweating profusely. And our last air france experience we were so hot and it was aweful. Even though it was like an hour and a half flight they still served us sandwiches ,really good."

Nevýhody: "Poor communication. Did not know was airfrance the booking was completed with Austria airline. In the ticket was not the information. Also, airfrance could not find me in their systems I was late to board the plane. Terrible messy and confusing time for me."

Výhody: "Although plane was full staff moved us through quickly"

Výhody: "Professional and helpful crew."
Nevýhody: "Food - two meals, one "hot pocket" item in each. Was not good. Noise level in the back of the plane from engines, very loud. Difficult to hear with headphones, volume very very high. Tray table was difficult to latch, recline feature of seat did not hold in place, bounced."
