There was a 7 hours delay and the airline did not arrange any accommodation for an overnight stay at the airport.

Food was poor. We got sick

I liked the Crew . The food was terrible .I was starving. I couldn't eat the food.

Never let me on flight bc of Covid requiremrnts

For 13 hour flight seats were slightly uncomfortable, not much room. Otherwise, everything else was excellent, food, cervice, entertainment, very pleasant.

Ty e bathrooms could be kept better . The crew could pass waiter or some juices during the flight as it used to be before . The guys could be more friendly during the flight .

This complaint has nothing to do with your airline, quite the contrary. I will be looking forward to traveling with your company again and highly recommending it. It has to do with the wifi service at both the LAX airport and the Munich airport. I have a Spanish phone company, and don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I could not sustain a connection at either airport. Again, thank you for the wonderful service and have a wonderful new year.

The flight was delayed by 4 hours, we lost all our connection flights and what started as a 17 hour trip turned into 28 hour trip

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Fortunately the woman who checked me in realized there was 1 seat available on the last flight that would get me to Lima in time for my connection flight (departing same time as my flight pre-delay). She personally got me to the front of the line, and ran with me just about to the gate, where I caught a shuttle to the plane. If she hadn't done so, and if I hadn't checked in so early, I would have been forced to stay in Lima 24hrs, despite buying a rightful seat and having reservations in Buenos Aires. It is appalling and unacceptable that y'all continue to overbook flights, causing incredible trouble, inconvenience and potential harm to your customers. For a service that costs so much, the only acceptable delays are weather and mechanically related. if it hadn't been for amazing staff immediately, I would've been furiously waiting in a city I didn't need or want to be in. Customer service will continue to grow your business or impede it negatively-- how y'all act is up to you. I appreciate how well I was taken care of by several kind individuals."

I was in Nazca, so could have easily boarded in Lima which was 3 hours away, but the airline forced me to make the 14 hour trip back to Cusco instead, just so I could fly BACK to Lima on their plane, otherwise they would have cancelled my whole reservation. I will never fly with LATAM again."

We rode in Business class which allowed for priority boarding and comfortable seating. Flying across the Atlantic from Lisbon to San Francisco, I found the configuration and comfort of the seats lacking. The USB and earphone outlets were in a very awkward position, right under your knees and hard to find without a flashlight. Once in the seat, it was awkward to get out. The cabin crew was very pleasant and the food was okay. For the price I thought it was a good deal over all.

Boarding was extremely slow, in part because gate personnel made no effort whatsoever to police and enforce the four-group boarding process (premium - no carry-on - group A - group B). People boarded whenever they felt like it, many carrying on huge backpacks and multiple other pieces. Will definitely avoid TAP in future."

Nevýhody: "We were not able to board the plane. We left our morning flight from Madrid on time and arrived as expected. We hurried through the airport and went exactly where we were directed. Despite this, the gates closed on us while we were running to the gate. TAP sold us a service they could not provide."
Výhody: "The crew was good. The plane was clean. The snacks provided were good."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed so that could improve. There were no entertainment options. It was a short flight but at least they should have a audio channel or something."
Výhody: "Cod fish meal was nice! Lots of movie options, and the staff were nice."
Nevýhody: "Foot rests would have been great to have. The boarding process was exhausting. A long line for another passport check (after the immigration check point) and the long bus ride to the aircraft."

Furthermore, there were NO snacks available for purchase so you were forced to eat gross food."
Nevýhody: "We called the day before to ask about baggage and was told was included in price of ticket. Only to get to airport and be told was not included and cost 95 euro per bag. absolutely unacceptable and will warn all future associates that travel to Portugal"
Nevýhody: "We didn't select our meal option for vegetarian because the last time we did we ended up with a horrible, horrible, hockey puck like dry food option. We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. So we got a roll with butter, a tiny fruit, and a disgusting wet dessert. Even the breakfast was meat and cheese. I got online to select our meal option for our return trip, and the options are out of control. We have a lacto-ovo-vegetarian option, whatever that is"

Nevýhody: "The flight was cancelled few hours before departure. I called the customer service and they a flight to Tel Aviv a day after with 3 stops. It was imposible to accept, so I've cancelled and bouhgt another ticket from other airline and ask for refund. Three months later I still waiting for the money. Not recommend at all TAP."
Nevýhody: "They had us inside the airplane for 1.5 hours. We understand there was a bad weather but we could get on board when they are ready to depart. It is not nice to be 1.5 hours plus 8 hours traveling"
Výhody: "First off I'd never heard of this airline but that was ok because we (group travel) were originally booked on another aiine I'd never heard if before either called Nirwegian. Well less than 24 hrs before we were scheduled to fly out, the exact same day, they cancel our flight! After a lot of phone calls and wait times we were booked onto TAP AIR PORTUGAL. Easy check in, my carry on was great, entertainment was on point, food was good (first European trip), crew was nice, plane was huge; just a good experience overall. I will definitely fly with them again."

Got a ticket with seats “free of charge” on the printed e-ticket, but had to pay for them at checkin. It seems to be a scam... There would be more, but i lost my patience with TAP."

And to sit on the plane for a long fight in this uncomfortable position is not good. They need to make sure all chairs a fixed and now obstructing passengers comfortable manner"
Nevýhody: "40euro checked bag fee on an international itinerary was an unpleasant surprise. They were quite disorganized; our airport-printed boarding passes wouldn't scan at the gate, they didn't have a jet-way ready upon arrival in Lisbon ..."
Nevýhody: "Be aware at check-in. It seems TAP never keeps the promise on the seats you reserved/paid for. The seats reserved appear in your e-ticket and in their app after purchase. But at check-in you find you were moved to the back and to the middle. All good seats gone. Has happened frequently with us!"

Nevýhody: "They cancelled the flight, losted the baggage and couldn't help to resolve the problem. They also lied about the flight they wanted to replace to solve the problem which even didn't exist in their company. So, I will never ever take the flight from this compound again."

Nevýhody: "Although the flight crew was patient and kind, considering it was a late flight that arrived in Dakar around 2 am, it would've been helpful for them to assist talking with the passengers that were inconsiderate and unreasonably loud throughout the whole flight. Majority of the passengers were trying to sleep or enjoy their flight, which was difficult due to this situation. Additionally, the children of this family continued to kick seats and even stood during landing, and were yelled at by another passenger. I understand that the flight attendants can't see everything that happens, but the noise level was unacceptable."

After 4 hours of delay because the Pope was traveling to the same place we were and having to hand out all new boarding passes to confused and anxious passengers, the crew were always friendly and helpful."
