Cheap price ticket and understandable that they charge extra for everything including choosing seats but for 99.5% of all other airlines that default to assigning you a free seat if you don’t pay… they always seat you with you together if you’re a pair. Ryanair literally played musical chairs with everyone. Everyone was spending time moving around and asking if people were willing to switch so they could sit next to their friend. Wow way to make a point that you must pay or else.

Nevýhody: "What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island."

I saw the gate check in employee being short to guests as well. the company culture feels negative in my one experience. To compare with another regional carrier who seemed to have it together, Olympus, the Ryanair staff didn't appear to like their jobs. Also, Ryanair charges for seat assignments even when you don't have a preference. And the checked luggage size restriction is the smallest I've ever seen. I pack light but the bag I would have needed to have a free checked bag is tiny. Again, my money will go to Olypus Air the next time I'm in this region."

They have their advertisements there and there' no way to avoid seeing their ads. Boarding: I had priority boarding, but I could see chaos taking place . More importantly, there was a lady with serious mobility issues (she was old, limping and walking slowly) and nobody from the crew even spoke to her or offered to help as she was getting on or off the plane. I had to tell someone from the crew to get a wheelchair for her after she exited the plane. Upselling: disappointed. They even sell you scratch gamble games, they charge for water during the flight. Ticketing: they charge to print your boarding pass at the airport. I usually get a printed boarding pass at the airport, but stuck to just using my phone. Can not believe this experience. What kind of a airline is this?"

Nevýhody: "When my incoming flight to Athens on Delta was postponed a day by that airline, the delay was going to cause me to miss my RyanAir flight on 13 August, 2016. Despite two sessions in on-line chat with RyanAir customer service prior to the missed flight, RyanAir refused to re-schedule me. By the time the flight was actually missed, all RyanAir flights on the following day were full and I had to book a flight on Aegean Air. RyanAir is a terrible company with an incomplete web site (no phone number for customer assistance, missing data and hyperlinks that don't work or lead nowhere), unwritten rules which are non-sensual and work to the detriment of customers, and customer assistance representatives on the on-line chat who won't do anything to actually help customers."

Then had engine issues again when descending that were absolutely terrifying the whole plane was yelling and crying, very trematic. I have flown 100's of times and have never in my life experienced something like this. The landing itself was also horrible as we just basically smacked the ground. If you can fly a different airline do so! I think quite possibly these aircrafts are over due to be retired and the company does not maintain the safety of them."

Nevýhody: "1. From Tel-Aviv: to Prague, the flight was delayed by 2h 2. Prague to Tel-Aviv; flight was delayed by 3h with 10 days notice. Then, was additional delayed after checking. Thus, instead of 11:55 (initial time when we bought the tickets.) we flew at 4:00 AM. 3. My husbands flight was canceled without any notice. We got to checking, I was on the system but my husbands ticket was canceled. My husband had a confirmed E-ticket. It was already 1 in the morning... we were shocked... Nobody was there to help. He was sent to another office in the airport to talk to someone that did not a represent the airline. The only flight that could be arrange was via Moscow. My husband arrive to Tel-Aviv 12h later. No compensation was offered, no hotel, food. My husband his a specialist-physician. 20 patients waiting for over 3 months to see him had to be cancelled. He arrived exhausted and upset and could not work even the next day. I would to point out that the travel agent did not get any notice of the cancellation and did ask for it. 4. Old airplane, not comfortable, no space, unfriendly flight attendants for checking and on board. 5. We were not served even water 6. I was very cold but could not get a blanket from the flight attendant. 7. On overall, very bad experience that will not be repeated. I will never fly with this company again."
Nevýhody: "I will not fly with them again. I have too much stressful experience. I had bought my tickets more then 6 month before the fligth but because overbooking situation I did not enter to this fligth and I was forced to stay another day without no money and insurens when the next fligth will be.To be continue I was noticed that only fligth that can arrangeg for me to Tel Aviv is not direct via Moscow and total duration will be as 9 hours. The moment I arrived to Moscow I was very suprise to Know that my next fly to Tel Aviv on that day canceled too. I had to stay one more nigth in moskow . so I came back to Tel Aviv after 48 hours!!!! Before than I bouthg tickets I checked baggage allowance on the website of Cheh Air Travel Company and it was 23 kg. vs actually16kg !!"

Nevýhody: "It is very confusing that you can nto do the check in before the flight or to do it through different company and with code number wich you even do not have! and anyway it did not work! so thepassenger doesn't know about his terminal or check in before the flight! another thing - last call they did exactly in the same time of opening the gate - there is no reason for making your passengers nervous and pissed before the flght some of the flight crew weren't too polite... there is no place for passenger on his seat if passenger in front of him puts his seat down. I am flying pretty often. I also had few flights with smart wings and I never experienced this uncomfortable flight."

Once boarding was completed, 1 hour late, we sat in the plane for a further 30 minutes without any communication of the cause of the delay or when we were going to leave. In fact, when the flight actually pulled back from the gate, several people were standing, or in the rest room, having given up on the flight actually departing. Once on the plane, the cabin service was so slow that they were only to serve the first 20 rows before they had to pack up because the plane was about to land. An airline to avoid ..."
