No alcohol on the plane anymore. A glass of wine back in the day would make the flight much more enjoyable

Quality of the food is poor. No wine served on the board anymore.

Nevýhody: "1:30 delay"
Výhody: "Crew was ok. Cabin was super hot and they never answered call bell for us to ask for water and to cool down cabin. While doing pre departure and pre landing safety checks . Flight attendant never caught fact that person in isle seat was blocking our row ( I was on window seat) with a huge back pack . Poor safety and cabin service by flight attendants ! U satisfactory ! And Very unsafe !!"

The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Nevýhody: "The check in staff at the booth were rude to me and then short with others at baggage check in Athens. I saw the gate check in employee being short to guests as well. the company culture feels negative in my one experience. To compare with another regional carrier who seemed to have it together, Olympus, the Ryanair staff didn't appear to like their jobs. Also, Ryanair charges for seat assignments even when you don't have a preference. And the checked luggage size restriction is the smallest I've ever seen. I pack light but the bag I would have needed to have a free checked bag is tiny. Again, my money will go to Olypus Air the next time I'm in this region."

Nevýhody: "The staff was rude and took every opportunity to scam more money out of the passengers. I will never recommend Ryanair to anyone. Never have I been so disappointed in a travel experience. I'd rather be dragged off a United plane than ride Ryanair again."

Nevýhody: "We paid for priority boarding and then we're put on a bus and told to stand. When the bus stoped everyone dashed to the entrance and we were one of the last people to get on board."

Nevýhody: "I did not appreciate having to obsess for weeks about the luggage restrictions and whether we met them; the fact that we had to arrive with a printed boarding pass in hand. -- when you are traveling that is not easy. The flight turned out to be just fine, but I was expecting to be hit with another charge right up to the moment we got on the plane. Were we just lucky?"

Nevýhody: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."
Výhody: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."

Nevýhody: "When my incoming flight to Athens on Delta was postponed a day by that airline, the delay was going to cause me to miss my RyanAir flight on 13 August, 2016. Despite two sessions in on-line chat with RyanAir customer service prior to the missed flight, RyanAir refused to re-schedule me. By the time the flight was actually missed, all RyanAir flights on the following day were full and I had to book a flight on Aegean Air. RyanAir is a terrible company with an incomplete web site (no phone number for customer assistance, missing data and hyperlinks that don't work or lead nowhere), unwritten rules which are non-sensual and work to the detriment of customers, and customer assistance representatives on the on-line chat who won't do anything to actually help customers."
Nevýhody: "We were kept waiting for at least 20 minutes in a closed very hot airtight bus as other passengers were late. Why we weren't allowed to board and they didn't go back for the others I don't know"
Výhody: "it was nice shot trip in a small plane"
Nevýhody: "we had to pay extra 110 euro per couple because we didn't check online before 2 hours from the departure which is not the case in any other airlines , we told the girl at the counter that it was only 3 min past the 2 hours plz try to solve it but she refused . at the gate they always try to take our bags from us claiming that the plane was full even if we arrive the 1st people there"

Nevýhody: "Seats did not recline. We were overcharged for bags at the gate in Prague. They do not even provide water unless you pay 3 €. In the end if I had bought a ticket for the same extra cost I paid I would have had a better flight. Never use it again."

I thought if I would check in before the time the flights were to take off they would print if for me at no charge ..I tryed to check in on the machine at the airport but I could not figure it out cause there was no enter button on the machine. Then I went back to ask for help and they did not know how to use it either ."
Nevýhody: "That I paid a lot for my suitcases Didn't expect that."
Nevýhody: "Ticket was booked as Czech Airlines operated by Smartwing. Kayak directed me to checking in on Czech Airlines but did not work, spent nearly 2 hours to figure out I need to check in on Smartwing .com, but luggage fee needs to be paid to Czech Airlines, and seat selection fee paid to Smartwing."

Nevýhody: "They are very strict about luggage control at the gate; any other company charged for the pieces that were sent to the storage. It took so many time that they lost their takeoff slot and we had nearby one hour of delay."

Nevýhody: "No advance check-in. All food and drink cost money aside from water. Take off was late in both directions. Landing was horrible, pilot dipped without warning several times. No options for entertainment at all."

We sat in the plain for two hours and they did not explained why. Not enough room for legs. We paid for options to check online but it was not available."

Nevýhody: "I asked for an emergency place due to my height (6"5) and got one, only to realize that instead of placing 2 rows for the emergency area they placed 3(!) rows, making the emergency exits the smallest rows on the plane. Eventually we were moved to other seats, but that was horrible. No food. No Entertainment. Crew was Hebrew speaking but talked to the passangers only in English (bad one, I must add)."

They gave one half a cup of water and when I asked for more I was told that I would have to purchase it. they offered nothing no snacks no entertainment uncomfortable seats only 5 kilo carry on and 15 checked luggage. Even though on the Czech air website site it allowed for 23k.I hope never to take that flight again, it wasn't even cheaper."

The smallest legroom I ever had. The flight was delayed by an hour and a half with no explanation. And the best part - you're only allowed to check 15kgs of luggage, although you paid a full price for CZ airlines, which allows 23!"
Nevýhody: "היה איחור גם בטיסה מתל אביב של חצי שעה לפחות, כי הצוות לא פתח את הכניסה למטוס בזמן, ואיחור של שעה וחצי בדרך חזרה. השירות היה נוראי, כיסאות לא נוחים, צוות לא באמת נחמד. מאוד לא מומלץ"

I had bought my tickets more then 6 month before the fligth but because overbooking situation I did not enter to this fligth and I was forced to stay another day without no money and insurens when the next fligth will be.To be continue I was noticed that only fligth that can arrangeg for me to Tel Aviv is not direct via Moscow and total duration will be as 9 hours. The moment I arrived to Moscow I was very suprise to Know that my next fly to Tel Aviv on that day canceled too. I had to stay one more nigth in moskow . so I came back to Tel Aviv after 48 hours!!!! Before than I bouthg tickets I checked baggage allowance on the website of Cheh Air Travel Company and it was 23 kg. vs actually16kg !!"

They also tapped me hard when we were getting ready to land and said "Earphones out!" overall the crew was the worst I have ever had. Never will I fly with this airline again"

Result: I was supposed to arrive at the hostel 22h quietly but arrived 4am in the morning. Company Explanation: plane in Madrid. Did they not know that people had bought the ticket and waited in Prague? Where is their responsibility? 110 kc not account for it"

Nevýhody: "My flight ( Prague to London) was delayed for 1 hour. My previous flight ( London to Prague) was delayed for 40 min. I was speaking with other passengers, almost everybody was reffering to the numerous delays by SmartWings ( for 40 min to 7 hours). No warning or information about this delay was given in advance. We were waiting in the gates for 1.30 hours, instead of sitting in the lounge."
