It was planned to be a transit in Manchester, so no need of passport. Ryanair changed the terminal of the flight so, i needed a passport in the end, so impossible for me to take the plane. I had to buy another for the same day very espensive. So very stressful experience and really pissed about this kind of behaviour
We had to stand for 25 minutes after showing our Boarding Passes before being allowed to walk to the plane. It would have been better if they delayed boarding until everything was ready.
Výhody: "The desire to keep up with the schedule. impressive."
Nevýhody: "Memmingen Airport does not call "Priority" card holders at the beginning of boarding passengers."

Nevýhody: "At the Pisa airport I had to pay € 40 for a baggage I had already paid when buying the ticket, the counter staff told me after I explained that I had paid for it, otherwise I could not carry my suitcase, so I had I have to pay my suitcase again and now I have to do all the cumbersome procedures so that my money is refunded"
Výhody: "Boarding was straight forward and fast."
Nevýhody: "Very basic comfort. Less leg room."
Výhody: "Quickness with the site. Easy to use"
Nevýhody: "1) my first issue is that my card was charged 2x before having to run it a 3rd time to guarantee my flight. I guess Kayak and Ryanair do not communicate as easily as other carriers. 2) I was charged $50 Euro at the counter for NOT checking in. I attempted to check in numerous times, but it was not allowing me to check in. I received a booking confirmation, but never received a confirmation ID that would have allowed me to check in on the flight. I would appreciate if Kayak would have a response to this?"
Výhody: "Just plain good old Ryanair on time no frills"

Nevýhody: "The one and a half hour delay in taking off, especially the part where we were made to wait outside in the rain for about 10 minutes before being allowed to board. (This is not to reflect in any way on the cabin crew, who were wonderful)"
Nevýhody: "They made is walk around barriers carrying our bags slowly shuffling forward to get into the seated area in front of the gate. It took 15 mins . They could set up the ticket check inside the seated area so we could relax."
Výhody: "The flight arrived, boarding was fine."
Nevýhody: "The plane was hot and the stewardess made me keep my window open even though the sunlight got really hot. This seemed unnecessary"
Výhody: "The price"
Nevýhody: "They are delayed all the time. Missed the last train going home, ended up sleeping at the airport"

Nevýhody: "More than 1.5 hours delay, they took my luggage from me, so I had to take out my laptop because the Budapest airport luggage handler thieves. Very loud speakers inside, the seating is very uncomfortable, small legspace and also you cannot put even your glasses in front of you because of lack of storage place. long walking to and from the plane, and you have to wait for ages in front ot the checking desk, than in the hot bus down. Overall totally inhuman experience."

Nevýhody: "Was told by 4 diff people to stand in 4 diff long lines which proved incorrect. Airport organization was terrible at both points. My liquids were broken and ruined (I never have issues with liquids.) whole process took 2x normal amount of time and I lost my train because of it."

Výhody: "60 quid return to Barcelona from London. Can't be bad. Comfortable seat and very pleasant cabin crew."
Nevýhody: "They called boarding a long time before it actually started. Food available was not so good."

Nevýhody: "- Was charged left and right until I paid twice for my ticket. I even paid to get my boarding pass. - Boarding was a mess. Passengers were blocked in a hot area, then in the stairs for an hour before boarding - Flight was an hour half late - Flight crew was rude and systematically failed to resolve a seat assignment problem. They mocked a passenger instead of admitting they were wrong about not checking for the error in the seat assignment - More of an annoyance; Flight crew was constantly selling stuff, from drinks to cheap fragrance and scratch lottery cards. In summary, Ryan Air is a scam and an embarrassment to the industry."
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed took forever to get us on the plane"
Nevýhody: "Way too hard with the line for a person in her 60's."
Nevýhody: "= sardines and quite unpleasant"
Nevýhody: "The on-line check-in site for Ryanair is terrible. Not at all user friendly. Of course this may be deliberate because if you have to check-in at the airport, they extract a big fee from you."
Nevýhody: "As we landed at las palmas the passengers were screaming as we had turbulence, no one from the crew tried to ease their fear."
Výhody: "It made it there"
Nevýhody: "It was a half an hour late. My fourth Ryanair flight that was at least a half hour late. I thought they were known for arriving on time."
Výhody: "Only the cheap ticket"
Nevýhody: "Only one check in desk at the terminal with one member of staff!? Flight was late for about an hour! 15-20min is fine but one hour plus sitting on a runway for a long time is unacceptable. Especially in my case as I had a connecting flight to Nis and two hours between them. With one hour delay it was really a challenge to catch another flight. £25 charge for a 15kg bag I too much. I'd be more encouraged and travel more often with the ckeck in bag if that would cost 15-20£ but I anymore at this price"

Nevýhody: "flight price extortionate......flight delayed by over an hour resulting in me missing my bus connection and having to wait 2 hrs at airport"
Nevýhody: "the fact that the lady who checked my boarding pass said my suitcase was alright for a carry on. just to stand in line for another lady to just walk by me and say my suitcase is to big. this was my first and LAST time flying Ryanair. I had to pay $40 to check my bag. my bag wasn't even weighed, I was automatically charged the $40. I want a refund, you guys suck"
Nevýhody: "It took way too long for us to get into our flight, then one of my friends was told she was okay to bring her luggage on the airplane as a carry on but then when we got in line to board she had to go back and pay the €30 fee. This made the situation a lot more stressful. Also, there is just way too many fees for an only hour long flight from Santorini to Athens. I will not fly ryanair ever again."

Nevýhody: "Drunken rowdies from Ireland going to Amsterdam took over the cabin with obnoxious, vulgar behavior...fueled by the cabin staff selling the drunken crowd even more alcohol! One poor passenger had a seizure on the way to the runway and was subjected to their reticule! They should have been removed!"
Výhody: "Lots of legroom. The crew was very nice and friendly."
Nevýhody: "The plane was late and boarding was delayed by an hour and a half which caused us to pay a late check in at our hotel. Boarding was not an easy, seamless process. They made me put my backpack up top, but at least it gave me lots of legroom. Having a mandatory check in several hours before your flight to avoid a fee for "normal" check-in seems not customer friendly."
Výhody: "Sometimes this airline would offer good deal, even though the one I booked was just a normal price. And it's pretty clean and comfort too."
Nevýhody: "A bunch of hidden charges after you paid the air ticket, including luggages and check-in fee.."
Výhody: "Price is cheap. But you get what you pay for."
Nevýhody: "They don't tell you the gate number until 30 minutes before your flight departs. Everyone stands infront of the screen waiting for the gate number and then everyone runs to the gate and stands in line for 30 minutes. Ryanair also sometimes has shuttles that will take you to the plane so you have to hop on a bus then get on a plane...it's weird."

Výhody: "The ticket price was good. Everything else is a hassle."
Nevýhody: "Printing boarding passes before you get to the airport. Chaotic boarding; boarding from the back when seated in the front and visa-versa. Weight limits for baggage is different than all other airlines, makes it very difficult on a long multi-leg trip. Basically baggage ransom for the unsuspecting."
Výhody: "We had no problems with our flight"
Nevýhody: "We didn't have our boarding passes, so they charged us 30 euros each to print boarding passes and then we wanted to check our suitcases and we were charged 60 euros each. So our original cost of the 2 tickets was a reasonable combined 110 euros, but then they hit us with an additional 180 euros for suitcases and boarding tickets. Felt totaled screwed over"
Nevýhody: "over an hour late with poor communication. charged 3€ for a small bottle of water. ridiculous."
Výhody: "The staff were friendly."
Nevýhody: "I don't like the factory-"get em out, get em in" mentality. We were lined up and put outside before the plane was even de-boarded from its last flight. We watched (in the freezing cold) while the plane de-boarded and I'm thinking.....aren't they even going to clean the plane? I'm sure they go around and pick up trash but there is no way they would have time to clean the trays. Then we were whipped into the plane. The seats were the smallest I have EVER sat in. It was almost impossible to keep your arms off the arm-rests. I hate that you are penalized if you don't have a printed boarding-pass. We almost didn't as the web-site was down the day before we flew and we ALMOST couldn't get our boarding passes printed - due to no fault of ours. When we called to say the web site was down, there was NO HELP or understanding. Not sure I want to fly with Ryanair again."
Nevýhody: "I had to ask 6 times for sugar for my tea, I was brought some without spoon almost after an hour and it was already cold by then. Also there was 1 hour delay"

Nevýhody: "Everything else. The seats were the smallest I've flown in a very long time. The boarding process was chaos. The flight attendants spent more time trying to sell us perfume than they did providing any type of service, such as a beverage service. In fact, they charged money for beverages (a lot too!), as well as pretty much every other aspect of the flight experience. How does it make any sense to charge you money for checking in for your flight at the airport if you have to visit the check in counter either way? Really crappy airline, I would only fly them or recommend them to someone who is also trying to pinch pennies wherever they can."
Nevýhody: "Both flights were late. Once I got on the plane there was nothing but announcements for two hours, all of which were them selling things. Flight attendant was rude when I asked to buy a Coca Cola and proceeded to give me a Pepsi and rolled her eyes and looked at me and said that both are the same."
