Nevýhody: "What is the point of buying priority boarding if everyone gets on the plane at once.. 9 euro for 3 bottles of water says it all to."
Nevýhody: "The staff are snappy with the passengers - she tried to take my coffee away from me - this was my 4th flight in 36 hours so I needed to finish it so took it back quickly !!"
Výhody: "Clean, comfy, practical. Just as you expect of low cost flight."
Nevýhody: "Staff were tired and although not rude looked like they'd had enough."
Výhody: "Yes they was"

Nevýhody: "Everything,flight was delayed an hour and we just had to sit on the plane for the hour with nothing said to us"

Nevýhody: "Too much waiting. The process was to just herd you to the next corral for more waiting. Boarding process was much longer than need be. They charge for EVERYTHING! My husband and I were sitting separately, but the boarding pass only came to me electronically. For whatever reason, the forwarded email, or screenshot would not go through to him. We asked if they could print us one, they wanted €20. Seriously? However, I saw the gate lady print for several others with no charge.....hmmmm."
Výhody: "Boarding was straight forward and fast."
Nevýhody: "Very basic comfort. Less leg room."
Nevýhody: "Kayak provided Ryanair an incorrect email address I could not sign in on line. Unsure if I would be able to board, I had to buy another ticket from Ryanair on line. Never again Kayak."
Výhody: "Just plain good old Ryanair on time no frills"

Nevýhody: "The one and a half hour delay in taking off, especially the part where we were made to wait outside in the rain for about 10 minutes before being allowed to board. (This is not to reflect in any way on the cabin crew, who were wonderful)"
Výhody: "The flight arrived without crashing. 100% survival rate."
Nevýhody: "Cattle call. Couldn’t check in early. No gate announcement until 15 minutes before boarding closed, so had to wait in central area then rush to gate. No policing of unruly gate area. Seated in middle seat that didn’t recline. Had to check in via app prearrival at airport to avoid £55 fee per person. Basically the UK version of Spirit Airlines, but worse."
Nevýhody: "We attempted to cancel our reservations more than a week before our trip because my husband was hospitalized. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery."
Nevýhody: "They made is walk around barriers carrying our bags slowly shuffling forward to get into the seated area in front of the gate. It took 15 mins . They could set up the ticket check inside the seated area so we could relax."
Výhody: "The lines to check in do not wrap around like most airlines- we stood on a line for over an hour and weren’t even near the front. Then they announced anyone on our flight needed to go to s different line to check in as we were nearing boarding time. In the rush we lost a jacket and no one from Ryan Air. Could care less. Not one smiling face! Awful!!!"
Nevýhody: "Have one line for check in and then passengers can check in in order- quite fair! There was someone with a problem at the front of our line and we were dtuck there for over an hour!"
Výhody: "The price"
Nevýhody: "They are delayed all the time. Missed the last train going home, ended up sleeping at the airport"
Výhody: "Nothing, except we did not crash."
Nevýhody: "They made me check a bag. I had measured it art home, but they didn't like it. The seats were cramped. There was no complementary coffee or soft drink or even a bag of peanuts."
Výhody: "Not much"
Nevýhody: "More than 1.5 hours delay, they took my luggage from me, so I had to take out my laptop because the Budapest airport luggage handler thieves. Very loud speakers inside, the seating is very uncomfortable, small legspace and also you cannot put even your glasses in front of you because of lack of storage place. long walking to and from the plane, and you have to wait for ages in front ot the checking desk, than in the hot bus down. Overall totally inhuman experience."
Výhody: "The boarding system"

Výhody: "60 quid return to Barcelona from London. Can't be bad. Comfortable seat and very pleasant cabin crew."
Nevýhody: "They called boarding a long time before it actually started. Food available was not so good."
Výhody: "I ultimately got to my destination."
Nevýhody: "- Was charged left and right until I paid twice for my ticket. I even paid to get my boarding pass. - Boarding was a mess. Passengers were blocked in a hot area, then in the stairs for an hour before boarding - Flight was an hour half late - Flight crew was rude and systematically failed to resolve a seat assignment problem. They mocked a passenger instead of admitting they were wrong about not checking for the error in the seat assignment - More of an annoyance; Flight crew was constantly selling stuff, from drinks to cheap fragrance and scratch lottery cards. In summary, Ryan Air is a scam and an embarrassment to the industry."
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed took forever to get us on the plane"
Výhody: "The flight left mire or less on time and arrived 30 minutes early."
Nevýhody: "Once again no soap in the forward toilet."
Nevýhody: "= sardines and quite unpleasant"
Výhody: "The crew did hand us some paper towels when I asked for it."
Nevýhody: "No tv and boarding was poor because it wasn't clear for someone that are new flyers. We also had to go outside to board and it was raining. No towels to dry off."
Nevýhody: "As we landed at las palmas the passengers were screaming as we had turbulence, no one from the crew tried to ease their fear."
Výhody: "Only the cheap ticket"
Nevýhody: "Only one check in desk at the terminal with one member of staff!? Flight was late for about an hour! 15-20min is fine but one hour plus sitting on a runway for a long time is unacceptable. Especially in my case as I had a connecting flight to Nis and two hours between them. With one hour delay it was really a challenge to catch another flight. £25 charge for a 15kg bag I too much. I'd be more encouraged and travel more often with the ckeck in bag if that would cost 15-20£ but I anymore at this price"
Výhody: "crew very professional and friendly and boarding was quick and efficient.."
Nevýhody: "flight price extortionate......flight delayed by over an hour resulting in me missing my bus connection and having to wait 2 hrs at airport"
Nevýhody: "Nickel and dime you in the worst way. If you don't print out you boarding passes (who does this anymore?!?) they charge you €15 each. They claim they need to "stamp" it for passport control which never happened. €50 each if you don't check in on line. Totally dumb. Make you jump through hoops to attempt to take as much money as possible. Avoid. Nothing redeeming about this airline. Seems cheap until you pay for every bag etc."
Nevýhody: "Uncomfortable loud, poor service, unorganized, not clean"
Výhody: "That the airplane functioned correctly"
Nevýhody: "The check in staff at the booth were rude to me and then short with others at baggage check in Athens. I saw the gate check in employee being short to guests as well. the company culture feels negative in my one experience. To compare with another regional carrier who seemed to have it together, Olympus, the Ryanair staff didn't appear to like their jobs. Also, Ryanair charges for seat assignments even when you don't have a preference. And the checked luggage size restriction is the smallest I've ever seen. I pack light but the bag I would have needed to have a free checked bag is tiny. Again, my money will go to Olypus Air the next time I'm in this region."
Výhody: "The actual flight was smooth and without problems."
Nevýhody: "Staff was rude and condescending at the check-in desk. They seemed unwilling to answer clarifying questions. Same staff members seemed unhappy to be there as passengers boarded flight."

Nevýhody: "The bureaucracy over an extra bag that took 7 different conversations to resolve."
Výhody: "Price is cheap. But you get what you pay for."
Nevýhody: "They don't tell you the gate number until 30 minutes before your flight departs. Everyone stands infront of the screen waiting for the gate number and then everyone runs to the gate and stands in line for 30 minutes. Ryanair also sometimes has shuttles that will take you to the plane so you have to hop on a bus then get on a plane...it's weird."
Výhody: "They are al so helpful"

Nevýhody: "On this occasion nothing, which surprisesd me"
Výhody: "We had no problems with our flight"
Výhody: "I liked that they boarded the plane from the front and back. It makes the loading process go so much smoother. The planes were clean and new."
Nevýhody: "Everything was fine."
Nevýhody: "We didn't have our boarding passes, so they charged us 30 euros each to print boarding passes and then we wanted to check our suitcases and we were charged 60 euros each. So our original cost of the 2 tickets was a reasonable combined 110 euros, but then they hit us with an additional 180 euros for suitcases and boarding tickets. Felt totaled screwed over"
Nevýhody: "The flight was 30 minutes late"
Výhody: "It cost more for the baggage to travel than humans. Even if you pay via internet."
Výhody: "The staff were friendly."
Nevýhody: "I don't like the factory-"get em out, get em in" mentality. We were lined up and put outside before the plane was even de-boarded from its last flight. We watched (in the freezing cold) while the plane de-boarded and I'm thinking.....aren't they even going to clean the plane? I'm sure they go around and pick up trash but there is no way they would have time to clean the trays. Then we were whipped into the plane. The seats were the smallest I have EVER sat in. It was almost impossible to keep your arms off the arm-rests. I hate that you are penalized if you don't have a printed boarding-pass. We almost didn't as the web-site was down the day before we flew and we ALMOST couldn't get our boarding passes printed - due to no fault of ours. When we called to say the web site was down, there was NO HELP or understanding. Not sure I want to fly with Ryanair again."
Nevýhody: "I had to ask 6 times for sugar for my tea, I was brought some without spoon almost after an hour and it was already cold by then. Also there was 1 hour delay"
Výhody: "If was a short flight."
Nevýhody: "Cramped seat, long line to board, forced to check-in online to avoid fee but had to check-in at the terminal anyway, 30€ checked baggage fee but the flight was so cramped for space I was forced to check my carry-on too (for free). I was put into exit row, guess that means I'm not offered drink or food like everyone else since I had no tray. If it wasn't for the high cost, I would have taken the train."
Výhody: "Because Ryan air is a budget airline they have extremely strict restrictions regarding your boarding pass. One in the 21st century might think, ill download my pass online, or to my phone, or even a kiosk in the airport. Be aware few of these are actually feasible options for americans traveling within the EU and may cause you to miss your flight."
Výhody: "Fairly quick and efficient service"
Nevýhody: "It was a cramped and dated plane"
