Výhody: "I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful."
Nevýhody: "Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also."

Nevýhody: "So That we could attend the wedding early the next morning in Oldenburg. They then had the audacity to void our return flights. Luckily I spoke with a lovely lady at Lufthansa, explained the situation and she re-instated return flights for an admin fee. Will never ever use Swiss Airlines again."

Nevýhody: "Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

Nevýhody: "Boarding was not organized at all. I was sitting in the front yet I got in almost at the end and barely was able to find a place for my handbags. Ut took way too long and people had to stand for a long time to board. Crew members were not up to par either. I had my earphones and was watching a movie and feel asleep. And everytime one them passes by, they will knock me awake. I was extremely tired and tried hard to sleep yet they kept waking me up every time one of them passes by, no matter how skinny they were! Totally unprofessional."

Nevýhody: "You sold wrong tickets to customers. I booked economy tickets but I got Econony lite ticket. Had to pay extra charges. You shouldn’t make money to sell lower class tickets as regular."

Nevýhody: "I felt like the airlines deliberately cheated me. I purchased a flight that was listed as "economy" , which means I am authorized one suitcase. When I got to checkout they said I had pay for the suitcase. Turns out my flight was economy 'light' flight and I had to go the Austrian airlines desk and pay euro 40 for my suitcase. Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

Nevýhody: "My parents were traveling, they dont speak english and I verified with Austrian airlines that they would be assisted at the gates and that they had the correct visas for each airport they had a layover in. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."

Nevýhody: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

Nevýhody: "When our plane arrived late, many on board had missed connections. We received no help/guidance at gate, other than to be told to go up one floor. One floor up we had to go thru security to reach customer service. 100 people lined up for customer service from 3 Austrian airline reps. After 2 hours of standing, there were still 27 people ahead of me. The woman behind me gave me the local phone number for Austrian airlines and I was able to get on a flight to US leaving in 30 minutes. I managed to make it, and would not have had I waited another hour in line. Why no surge of staff to help? All 3 help numbers on my Lufthansa e-mail receipt could not help. Horrible experience."

No luggage until yesterday.It never happen before.But in top of everything my plans in Albania were messed up.I have to pospne my return flight 1 week and the charges are unbelievable tooo much 650 dollars.I am not stopping here.Thank you."

When my wife n son went to board on the Stewart or stewardess told them that they are not sitting there and that they will be flying first class today. When my wife landed n told me I was extremely happy that they saw her with a baby and gave my wife n son that option to sit in first class then be tied up in economy and no so comfortable. Nevýhody: "I have the 'Economy Class' on the tickets. At check-in at the airport we wrote "economy light" on the boarding pass and want to pay for the first baggage. I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

Not exactly my cup of tea."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

А тут - ощущение обнищавшей компании. В общем, я теперь ими полечу только по крайней нужде. А вы - если что планируйте все с собой брать."

What I have experienced yesterday was a true night mare of my life! When booking a ticket through your app in the list of travelers my mom and me have the same last name and almost the same name. When putting in MY information it auto selected my mom. Because the difference is only one letter in the first name I didn’t catch it and processed my purchase 5/17/2018. There was no “Check your name, check your birthday” page, just simply took me to confirmation page and that’s it. Yesterday was the day for my departure, when about to board my plane at the very check in I handed my passport and heard the worst news ever: booking was done under a wrong name! I couldn’t believe it. No one would help me, I couldn’t get in touch with Kayak, I couldn’t get a hold of a third party company either, I called Moscow and stayed on the phone with them for 2 hours trying to prove that it’s me flying and not my mom. Money was taken out from my account, my email is attached to this purchase, my bank account proof was also not enough. I wasted over $900, didn’t make my flight and worst of all I know that should there been a “confirm your name and birthday page” on kayak app none of this would have ever happened! I was crying my eyes out, the lady at the check in was yelling at me like I am a lier, I was begging them to honor my ticket but they couldn’t do nothing because of your mistake people! I had to travel back home to NJ (from jfk to my house its a 2 hour travel), I booked another ticket not through your website anymore but through your competitor, I had to pay premium since it’s last minute $1300!!!! I am so disappointed there are no words. I almost fainted yesterday from the anxiety! Never again!"

Výhody: "They are always my first choice because they always come out as the cheapest option to travel from US to Europe and bavk but then they are actually amazin. Comfortable (as much as the plane can be), aways good selection of movies, crew very serious (typical russians) but very polite and helpful, food is actually edible and coffee actually has a taske of coffee. Love them!"

Nevýhody: "Well, I wasn't too fond of having to sit on the runway at Dulles for three hours while the thunderstorms raged. But taking off wouldn't have been a viable option. :) Actually, it wasn't that long for the thunderstorms, but something very heavy fell on the top of the plane while we were waiting. Maybe a bowling ball? I was torn between wanting to get off the ground, and being terrified that they would take off without checking out whatever the heck that sound was. Apparently, they did check it out. We pulled over to a maintenance spot and sat there for a while before we took off. If there was anything I didn't like about the flight, it was that there was no announcement about what had happened and what they were doing about it. But I'm nosey."

They are there to process passengers through. If you have any questions or need help you are passed to a very uninterested person that only can tell you to go on the Norwegian website for anything you need to do with your booking. The check-in and gate agents provide no help or even attempt to try serve the customer. They are just there to perform a task. Norwegian sold premium seats and then puts the customer in Economy in the back of the plane. A bit is a bait and switch. They should refund the difference in the fare to be fair."

Nevýhody: "The process was non-existent. Simply terrible and not thought through at all. First there is no on-line check in. So, you arrive without a seat assignment or boarding pass. Stress. Then you go to the small handful of kiosks and find that only a couple are working. So you wait in line. Then you get your boarding pass and walk to the security checkpoint as you do with every...other...airline..ever. You wait on line and watch countless people being turned away from the security person. You wonder why out loud and surmise with the passengers around you - but we’ve all flow. Hundreds of times before, and we all have our boarding passes and no checked bags. So, you think youre ok. Stress. Then when it’s your turn, you get rejected because you have to have a “stamp”. What stamp? I scanned my passport at the kiosk and I have a “known passenger” number. what stamp? Go back to the counter and wait on a loooong slow line. They want to weigh our bags. Why? They are all small carry-ons. We’ve all done this a thousand times. Nope - Norwegein weighs your TOTAL carry on and it all has to be less than 10kg. 10 kilograms! So, one by one, EVERY passenger is instantly angry and gets hit with a $65 fee per bag and all carry ons get checked. Stress and now we will be late upon our arrival as we didn’t anticipate checked luggage. After having your luggage weighed and deemed too heavy, you have to go wait on the “payment line” to pay your $65 fee. This is a joy - everyone is pissed. The staff is smirking and repeating, “don’t stress” over and over. After you pay your fee, you have to get BACK ON LINE to show the bag guy that you paid and then he put your bag on the conveyer. only, your bag is in a pile of all the other bag behind the counter. So he holds up each bag and says, “this one?” Farking nuts. Then you go and get BACK ON LINE to go through security. Then the gate....that’s a whole other debacle. 250 people crowded around the gate person. Literally hell. LOOK AT THE OTHER AIRLINES AROUND YOU. COPY THEM. Oh, no food or drinks on the plane unless you know the secret handshake. We realized this when the food cart and drink cart each passed us by. Mind you, this was t just our group. Every passenger around us has the same stress filled confused experience and we all spoke about it. Never, ever again. Pay the extra $100 and fly a proper airline."

My single checked bag was $65, there was also a charge for reserving a specific seat (not even the upgraded seats), there was no food or water on a 9 1/2 hour trans-Atlantic flight unless you paid extra for it. After arriving at Orlando, the cargo door of the aircraft would not open meaning bags had to be unloaded 1 at a time through a smaller hatch resulting in a 2 hour delay to get a checked bag. Not impressive for a supposedly new Dreamliner."

Paying for extras like food and luggage does not make the price economical."

Norwegian is the only airline that does NOT allow travel agencies to access reservations — meaning should any issue arise, the travel agency will be calling the same Norwegian line that you would, with even less power than you would normally have yourself. Never fly Norwegian if you don't like the sound of 8 hour delays and lost baggage that require a rescheduled flight home — because they will insist on charging you exactly what you paid for the first ticket, claiming there's a "fare difference" when in fact there is none at all. Outright. Theft. Phone operators will not transfer you to their supervisor; online request for problem resolution has not been answered in over two weeks. If you think nothing will ever go wrong with air travel and you want the cheapest seat possible, fly Norwegian every time."

Nevýhody: "The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian station manager at JFK. I then spoke with a great guy by the name of David and asked him to take me to the back of the plane. The only seat available was the middle seat in row 28, so i spent the last hour and a half in the back of the coach cabin. About 30 minutes before arrival, Vinnie came to me and asked "so what exactly happened?" claiming that he would have to submit a report. I had already explained to him and several other flight attendants what had happened and they had seen and heard for themselves. Again, I was told that Vinnie never mentioned any of this to the JFK station. On arrival, I waited patiently with all the other passengers, collected my carryon from David and exited the plane - there was no one from Norwegian ground staff or from the port police department. The assailants name is Jaramye Daniels. I am concerned about your in flight staff's lack of response regarding this encounter, especially given the fact that it occurred on the anniversary of 9/11. Public intoxication and assault are criminal acts and should be dealt with accordingly."

We checked a stroller when boarding, and when we got off we were told we could not get it until we went through customs. Customs at LAX takes an hour to get through, which left us with a baby and all of our carry-on luggage to transport for an hour. We traveled through many airports on this trip, but never had our stroller not available at the gate."

The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Výhody: "They didn't lose my luggage"
Nevýhody: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."

Výhody: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."
Nevýhody: "Rough landings but not sure if that's due to aircraft model."

Nevýhody: "One guy is very rude. Even said if we have any problem with him we can stay at the airport."

Výhody: "Crew and organized operating system"
Nevýhody: "I couldnt slepp in flight"

Nevýhody: "We were kept waiting for at least 20 minutes in a closed very hot airtight bus as other passengers were late. Why we weren't allowed to board and they didn't go back for the others I don't know"

Výhody: "Left on time."
Nevýhody: "Seats did not recline. We were overcharged for bags at the gate in Prague. They do not even provide water unless you pay 3 €. In the end if I had bought a ticket for the same extra cost I paid I would have had a better flight. Never use it again."

Nevýhody: "Late in both directions, dead light in WC, seats cramped too close together so that you couldn't properly stretch legs"
