There were no info about 55 eur thst I had to pay, I have back with same aircraft and didn't had to pay any fees, it would be nice if you could said before. Maybe I don't have anough money

It was late… the seat was so worn out I could feel the seat frame.
Very friendly staff at the airport and onboard.
Boarding and special attendance not managed well by ground crew. Also to late in general. After 90 Min. delayed boarding, it was found that technical repairs of the plain were needed before taxying. Immense waste of time for everybody, Ryan / Malta Air seemed to be doing it all for the first time. Not acceptable.

Nevýhody: "They screwed us at every opportunity. I tried to check on online from my smart phone. I was able to acc SS my itinerary and it allowed me to do everything BUT check in. We had to wait to get to the airport, then they said we were too late (we were 90 minutes early). They raped us with 110 pound fee, which was more then we paid for the tickets. Then because we were “late” by their definition they wouldn’t let us take our carry on into the cabin. They forced us to check it. Then on the plane they wanted to charge for a diet drink. We are usually pretty laid back but by this time we were both pretty upset. Obviously."

I along with every other person who can't afford a more expensive airline royally salute you on such a sensational farce."

They: - Stood next to me and bitched about their job and people on board the flight - Laughed about a girl in front of me and her weight - Yelled at me for having my laptop open at the start of our decent (rather than ask me to close it) - Did not apologies once for the delay (which meant I missed a family members birthday) A formal complaint will be written."

Výhody: "The flight was on time and the crew members were courteous. The landing was alright and we got where we needed to go. I don't mind checking in online as well. It saves the hassle of standing on long lines to get on the plane."
Nevýhody: "The airplane was small so I naturally expected the flight to be cramped to a certain level. It was indeed cramped but not all that bad. However, it was considerably warm inside the plane as if the AC was having issues. The other funny thing was the crew members selling items like it was Walmart. Everything from fragrance to selfie sticks to tablets were being sold on the flight, which was kind of annoying."

Nevýhody: "Bag check at Malaga took almost an hour. Terrible queuing everywhere. You need at least 2.5 hours AT the airport if you are checking a bag on ryanair. Security moves very slowly, too, is very far from Ryanair bag check, THEN another queue to get through to your boarding gate. It was worst experience ever."

Nevýhody: "We had a 9:15 am flight, we had bought one 15kg luggage for check in beforehand and we each had our own carry on (group of us 3) given that we had an early flight and it took us over an hour to get to our airport we had very limited time to get through check in and security to board our plane. Upon access to our boarding gate they would not let us in due to the size of 2 of our carry on. We understand it is policy for them to fit into the carry on fitment test in order for it to be free so we were then directed to pay extra for our carry on and have them checked in. By this time it was 8:40am, the person in charge for checking in luggage said it was closed and to let the boarding agents know that we can get through. Although we told them this (lots of going back and forth wasting more time) the boarding agent said it didn't matter and we needed some sort of proof that they said it was ok. We had no idea what to do then since they wouldn't let us check in our carry on nor get through the boarding gate & pretty much getting brushed off whenever we tried to ask if there were any other options. Finally by 8:50 we decided to take out some items and carried them. Through the security line we see a lady with a carry on almost twice the size of ours! Very frustrated with how things were dealt with considering they knew our plane was about to depart, our experience was a complete nightmare & will most likely not be flying with Ryanair again"
Výhody: "Trying to print your boarding pass was very difficult and then coming to airport without it caused penalty if 50 eu plus going to stand in another line. Every other airline I've used could print a boarding pass for you at the point where you checked your baggage. Huge dissatisfied!"

Nevýhody: "The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again."
