When I did the check in in Prague and got my boarding pass the told me that the system picked me to have the additional random checkup at Zurich airport. Its ok. If it’s done for security reason why to tell the people ahead of time that they will have additional checkup of bags and personal stuff. If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."

Nevýhody: "The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process."

Nevýhody: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."
Výhody: "If you have to fly coach, this was the way to go. The star were lovely, plane clean, food was good. Very nice flight from LAX to Vienna."

Nevýhody: "The Senator Lounge at Vienna Airport is very poor, food selection is very limited and it is obvious that the focus is on cost saving. Another disadvantage is that the lounge only opens at 5.30am in the morning but first flight already leave Vienna around 6am. Mine was at 7.05am which meant that I just arrived when the lounge opened and I had to wait in a long cue. Boarding was due to the limited space in front of the gate a mess, priority boarding was announced but I was not made sure that priority passengers board first. The seats on board are for business to small and there is not even space to hag up the coat."

Nevýhody: "These jerks delayed our flight because our plane was late in arriving. Fine. They give us zero information on what’s going on as we stand in line forever. Then they load us onto the jet and apologize for the delay. Then the jerks announced a new delay. This time a flight in Palermo had technical difficulties, so we would take on their passengers. After another hour sitting in this tin can and our own flight passengers now missing there connections due to this double delay the pilot announced he has no clue what’s going on. He hasn’t heard from the company!!! The passengers were mad! Another time elapsed. Captain says we can’t wait. Let’s go. Now half of us missed our connections!! Air Malta I have a message to you. Clean up your unprofessional act. I get it that a flight had delays but then you did the same thing to us!! I’m pissed at your holier than thou attitude. You were 100% unprofessional."
